Do you think you could do anything that might help a covering junko? I'm trying to be more healthy with what I allow myself to eat and it's been kind of hard. Thank you just found your blog, but I already love it. 💙
Hiiii!! I absolutely can! It might take a while because I usually do eat the same meals most of the time, but I will certainly get around to it for you ^-^
The most important thing is to make meals that actually taste good to you and not deprive yourself of your cravings (it leads to binges), but rather enjoy them in moderation!! I'll show you some of my favorite meals from when I was also trying to start eating healthier foods! :]
Do be gentle with yourself about it,,, you're doing your best and that matters. I'm proud of you !!!

Chicken and Vegetable Plate ੈ✩‧₊˚
100g chicken breast (108)
20g corn (18)
1-2 tbsp hot sauce (11)
60g broccoli (20)

--- Volume eating is such a savior omgggsss,,, it makes meals so much more satisfying !! ♡
For the chicken, season with salt and pepper, grease a pan with cooking spray (optional tbh) and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until it's cooked all the way through. I buy frozen corn so I defrosted it in the microwave and tossed it together with the chicken. Add any sauce you'd like (Sriracha, Nandos etc) and it's done ! I added sesame seeds just to make it look pretty ^-^
For the vegetables, chop up or break apart broccoli and cauliflower and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt and black pepper on top! ₊˚⊹
This was filling and I absolutely love how quick it was to make ! If you'd like to make it more satisfying, add a base of rice <3

--- I have been looking for this pasta sauce for yeaaaarsss!! It's my childhood favorite!! I thought it was discontinued but then I saw it in the store yesterday and I was so so happy!!! :D
Any pasta sauce brand (as long as it's tomato based) is probably going to be around the same calories so it's really up to your preference ! ^-^
This pasta sounds sooooo fancy but I honestly just used it because my aunt gave it to us :] The calories are very sliiiggghhttlyyy less than normal pasta, truly not a huge difference. Feel free to use any pasta of your choice! ♡
I boiled it together with the vegetables for 15-20 minutes, drained, then added the sauce while it was still hot ₊˚⊹
This was really filling and comforting! I hope that you enjoy it if you happen to try it! Adding chicken or cheese will make it even better! I didn't becauseee uh . I was lazy :3

--- This was honestly a hugeee salad and so so sooooo good and filling !! ^-^
Chop up vegetables of your preference for the base of your salad,,, try to use vegetables you genuinely like since this is the bulk of it :]
Top with additions of your choice to make this a satisfying meal! Olives, corn, chickpeas, black beans, feta cheese, etc are all options ₊˚⊹
I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, used cooking spray on a baking tray and roasted in the oven for about 15-20 min until it was fully cooked (my chicken pieces were pretty small so just make sure yours is cooked well, as in not pink at all in the middle, before you eat it !!)
The dressing was simply plain yogurt mixed with cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt ^-^ I added sesame seeds and more black pepper on top to make it look pretty :3

--- A light and low-effort meal ^-^ It only takes a few minutes to make and the protein, fat and fibre help keep you full for a good while ! ♡
The salad can be made with whatever vegetables you prefer! I love lettuce very much, so I made that my base before adding in the cucumber, onion and tomato. I boiled the egg for ±7 minutes, but the time will vary based on how you like your eggs ! ^-^ I seasoned it with salt, black pepper and sesame seeds ⊹ ˚.

--- Roughly chop the spinach, season with salt, black pepper and garlic flakes/powder or crushed garlic (amount is based on your preference). Add cayenne pepper if you want some kick. Steam for 10 minutes or until you're happy with it ^-^
For the prawns, since I buy the blanched and frozen ones, I just defrost it, season with cayenne pepper, salt and paprika, and lightly fry it using cooking spray :]
Side noteeee,,, you should probablyyy chop up the prawns and mix it into the spinach but I needed pretty plating sooo :3

--- This was more filling than I thought it would be andddddd it has 17g of protein which is a lot for me so I'm very happy about that ! ^-^
I chopped up some cabbage into little pieces then boiled it for about 5 minutes to soften, drained it, then mixed it into some beaten eggs. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and used cooking spray to fry the eggs on medium-low heat

--- Pretty simple meal but ommmmmgs I love eggplant sm !! It was very very filling too! I roasted the eggplant in the oven with just cooking spray (150°C for 15 min) and steamed the broccoli for 10 min (you can microwave it instead if you prefer). Please do season them both with salt and pepper (I beg.)
I, as usual, use frozen blanched prawns so I just defrosted it and tossed it in salt, black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper ≽ܫ≼
UNRELATED,,, I roasted pumpkin seeds earlier and like... I didn't know they could explode ??? (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠) Yeah .

--- Perfect if you love pumpkin as much as me! ^-^ It was really comforting and very filling! The spices made the house smell absolutely wonderful too! ♡
I boiled chunks of pumpkin until very soft (± 20 min) then smashed it while it was in the water, then added oats and my preferred spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger). I simmered it for 15 min until the oats were done and finished it with a splash of milk ^-^ I topped it with a spoon of yogurt and a pecan so it looks extra pretty! ₊˚⊹
Pumpkin is slightly sweet on its own but feel free to add zero-cal sweetener or sugar (calories will ofc change based on your choice) but I find it's good either way :D

--- I sent this to my friend (for approval) and he sent me a dino nuggets picture back and I love him very much hehejsksk ^-^
Okay SO, I boiled the pasta for 15 min and tossed in the broccoli pieces in the last 5 minutes, longer if you want it softer! I use canned black beans so I drained the liquid (brine? ;-;), took a few spoonfuls for the pasta, and froze the leftovers to use in other meals! Season everything with black pepper and salt !
For the prawns, I use frozen blanched prawns and heated it up in the microwave before tossing it in cayenne pepper and salt! Set it on top of the pasta and there we go! ^-^

--- omgs this was so so good, I can't even explain how much I love it! :D Literally dessert for breakfast !!
I boiled the strawberries for about 15 min (until they kinda just.. disintegrate?) then added the oats and cooked it for another 15 min before finishing with some milk (not necessary but does make it yummier!)
It made a much bigger bowl than I was expecting and was perfect for my sweet tooth! ^-^ You can add zero-cal sweetener but my strawberries were already so sweet so I didn't need to! This can be made with other fruits too (blueberry, apple, pear, banana etc) if you prefer it! It tastes absolutely amazing!

--- I apologize for not posting in a while,,, things have been absolutely awful at home recently :( buuut I think everything is finally getting a bit better, so I had enough energy to make my food look cute today ^-^
Pear is one of my absolute favorite fruit ever!!! It's so sweet and the texture is so lovely! I just chopped it into cubes and ate it with some plain yogurt (if you don't like the taste, you could have it with low-fat flavoured yogurt!) It was like having dessert for lunch :D
