I regret eating. I could have been skinny by now. Why do i eat. Why can't i just stop. I regret it so much. I wouldn't feel like this right now if i would have not eaten today but i did. and now my brain is telling me how useless,fat,disgusting and dumb i am. i lost all my muscles but i still weight the same or even more which means im bigger bcs fat is lighter than muscles.
plus i can fit my old clothes which sucks even more and i can't really train anymore and keep eating. eating a lot. i havent been under 1000 in months lmao and some days i only have a meal im just so fat and gross and have no control over myself

few weeks went by and i almost always stood under 1500/600 and burned 200+ daily.
i honesty feel like shit because i feel so awful when my net is 1100/1200 even though i know it still low.
i feel like I'm understanding everything and idk
also almost binged yesterday after two weeks and my cals counted 2000+
i feel gross and i really suck at being constant.
I just wanna go back
yesterday i planned what to eat but drank at night and binged right after my meals lol
today i planned on staying lowish but i had a big lunch with my family. i got up early to train and i really did it but then my mother told us we'd get pizza for dinner lol.
but they went out to eat and i was home with my siblings.
had 700ish then almost binged lol but i did train so i stood on 1000 ish
