I just want to let everyone know that for a detox you don’t need to add lemons to your salt water cleanse. all you need is two teaspoons of non-iodized salt, preferably pink himalayan salt, and warm water.
The lemon is just for taste, stay safe and happy cleansing! ✦

*~Six Types Of Fasting~*
(1) Intermittent Fasting
- A great option for beginners, where one goes 13 to 15 hours without food. This is typically done daily with an eating window.
- A longer life, a leaner body, and a sharper mind. Protects organs against chronic diseases and inflammation.
(2) Autophagy Fasting
- This type of fasting starts after 17 hours and is ideal for brain and hormonal health.
- Prevents disease, removes damaged protein, fights pathogens, promotes healthy aging, and balances hormones.
(3) Gut Reset Fasting
- A 24 hour fast that resets your gut.
- Provides periods of rest for your digestive system, reducing the constant workload of digesting and absorbing nutrients.
(4) Fat Burn Fasting
- A 36 hour fast that forced the body to burn stored fat.
- Boosts ketone levels and weight loss
(5) Happiness Fasting
- A 48 hour fast that helps rest dopamine receptor sites in the brain.
- HGH surges, inflammation falls, and brain cleaning.
(6) Immune Reset Fasting
- A 3 day fast, famously discovered by Dr. Valter Longo. Results in the formation of new white blood cells after 72 hours of fasting.
- Autophagy peak, stem cells forming, immune cells refresh, insulin sensitizing.

Fast metabolism does not exist. “Naturally” skinny people just have a small appetite and eat less calories than they realize.
