since your last partner you can say “I was

tested and we are good to go.”

Body-safe silicone “diva cups”/”moon-cups” may be a more affordable safer option as well, make sure to keep them as clean as you can with vaginally safe cleaners and not all people can handle how uncomfortable diva cups can be, some people find them MORE comfortable than tampons some find them VERY uncomfortable it’s best to START with a small bendy size and if it hurts to insert STOP never “force” a tampon or diva cup!
