Each day I consume 48oz of fresh organic cucumber 🥒 juice to help me get in front of my chronic dehydration. Sorry for the delay with Finnegan’s update but we came home to a heat issue which will hopefully be resolved tomorrow. The good news is Finn was super brave at his appointment and did great. We should get the bloodwork results back from this special test soon. He got a new lamb toy for his courage day and I stopped at Whole Foods for his boneless turkey on the way home and made it for him with some steamed baby organic potatoes. He gobbled it up 🐶he is grateful his vegan Mom understands he is a carnivore and that his Nana doesn’t mind cutting it up. 🤪 I will let you know when I hear more. As I move forward with my health dance, I am mindful that some days will be more challenging. I am grateful for @medicalmedium information and the support of my animal companions, family, and friends as I continually explore the possibilities. Being patient, kind to myself, and understanding that sometimes things go backward before accelerating forward is a vital part of healing. I, like so many, have lots of symptoms and challenges that are not connected to just one “label/diagnosis,” but I also have lots of tools that I believe will continue to support me as I move forward toward optimal health. I can’t wait for the delivery of my next Medical Medium book that arrives next week. I know it will only reveal more tools for me to utilize. My Mom knows that Gerbera Daisies have always been my favorite flower. I even named my ostomy (stoma) Daisy in 9/2011 after she saved my life. On 10/2019, I had a phenomenal tattoo artist in Tralee, Ireland 🇮🇪 tattooed one on my left upper wrist with 🌱 vegan 🖊 ink; along with a shamrock ☘️, a spiral 🌀 with three dots, and the number 11. All significant symbols in my life and healing dance. Today my Mom surprised me and brought me home some beautiful Gerbera Daisies just when I needed them. ❤️ Before covid, every Tuesday after attending qigong and receiving tuina at the @wuhealing center in West Hartford, I would go on a mini Artist Date to @traderjoes to buy fresh Gerbera Daisies. Today it’s nice to be sitting next to them in the sunroom as I spiral up and write, create and advocate.
