Why rice cakes are a common food among ED community but not cucumbers?
Cucumber has 2 cal per one
Rice cake has 35
Cucumber is full of water
Rice cake is dry af
Cucumbers are cheap

How I lost 20kg!!! (75kg-55kg)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I see a lot of totally unrealistic time frames in this community and I know (from experience) it makes you feel like shit that you aren’t making progress fast enough but you just have to keep trying and not give up. REMEMBER EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT BODY SHAPE SO DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS
It took me around a year to lose the weight and there were times where I stopped working at it and that’s when I stopped losing weight.
What I did:
Restrict for a few days then eat healthy for a few days so my body had a chance to recharge and reduced my chance of binging.
I did 20mins of HIIT training a day (cardio) and reduced how much I worked out during restricting periods because it’s so dangerous to exercise while restricting.
I did binge, but because I worked out everyday I didn’t feel as guilty when I did binge. I did purge at times but because of my 8 year struggle with binging/purging I am still trying to stop that.
I still live this lifestyle now and am not trying to lose anymore weight because anything lower than 55kg for me is really dangerous.
I’m 5’6” and 23y/o. Good luck and don’t give up, YOU CAN DO IT!!!❤️

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
Tumblr media
If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

40 calorie chocolate pudding
best way to beat late night chocolate cravings
(MAKES ½ CUP)
2 tsp cornstarch - 15 cals
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa - 12 cals
100ml almond milk - 13 cals
1 tsp sweetener - 0 cals
💫 mix the powders together and add a small amount of milk to form a smooth paste
💫 add the rest of the milk and mix
💫 microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after 30 seconds
this creates a thick pudding consistency and can be eaten hot or cold (will thicken more as it cools) so would be perfect to cook in bulk and keep in the fridge if you can withstand eating it all!
more sweetener can be added to taste, I personally love dark chocolate so this is slightly bitter (darker chocolate works as an appetite suppressant)

BEST ANTI BINGE TIP.
whenever I feel I’m about to binge, I take a small sip of chilli sauce and immediately feels like not putting anything in my mouth, except for tons of water. You always can buy a little flask, and keeping it in the kitchen where you can see it.
the second i read this i inhaled all of the chili pepper we have at home /hj

my life is a curb your enthusiasm meme.
me: I’m never eating. I’ll starve the entire day and it’ll be worth it.
me, two seconds later: *binged*
Cue the soundtrack.
