My doctor asked me to stop taking my Prozac because it causes weight gain and we've been working on me losing weight for months (really years) now. So it's been maybe 2 days I'm not sure anymore and I already feel like I should just jump ship again. I thought I was supposed to be able to stop taking these pills anyway some day. There has to be something else. Every time I start these pills the first three days feels like my heart is being ripped out of my chest.
Does everyone feel like with with Prozac?

How to be The Next Level in Three Months:
BODY
- eat healthier
- stop binge eating
- green salad once a day
- drink water
- exercise
- get your sleep 6-8 hours
- wake up and go to bed early.
- look presentable
- skincare, haircare, body care.
MINDSET
- make a to do list
- work on self esteem
- be confident
- fix insecurity
- tell affirmations to myself to love myself.
- set my 6th month goal, 3rd month goal, 1st month goal.
- be positive in bad situation
- watch a motivational video every morning
- stop complaining.
- read a book per month
- stop using phone 1 hour after waking up
- limit screen time 1 hour before bed
- wake up and meditate and do my morning routine
- journal daily
- spend at least one hour a day silent
- less internet, more real life
- meditation
