Anddd that’s it! This blog is officially closed / permanently on hiatus now. 

I’ve said before on this post, but to summarize– I’m not into twst anymore. I don’t play it and I only loosely follow the story these days. Moreover, I’m busy with uni so I feel like now is an appropriate time to “retire” this blog if you will. I won’t deactivate. I’m not sure when I will get back into twst so I’m leaving this blog up for whenever that day comes. Everything will still be here, but I won’t be updating for the time being. 

Thank you all for supporting me thus far. This blog started in mid-June of 2020 and as I fulfilled my last few requests, I ended up reaching 1.5K followers. And I’m so so grateful for that even if I might lose some after this post comes out asfghjk

For my first writing blog, I honestly didn’t think I’d get that far with it. I didn’t expect to make so many friends or for people to like my writing so much. I don’t have anything left to post, but I did update a lot of stuff on the blog for your reading convenience:

Rest Easy pt. 2

A/N: I sure can-!! I feel like this is good one to end off on. Rest Easy pt. 1 was one of the first few requests I ever received on this blog (I just didn't get to it until like a year later and it was the same for this ask too asdfghjk). And now it'll be the last ehe

Trey Clover:

Shocked would barely describe the expression etched across Trey's face when he spun his heel around after hearing an echoing thud in the supposedly empty hallway. Shocked would barely describe the way his eyes widened at the sight of you sprawled on the floor, books and papers array

Trey immediately rushes to your side, asking "Are you okay?"

He clicks his tongue when there's no response. His hands are quick to wrap around your waist to hoist you up and sling you around his shoulder. Trey has fortunately never experienced someone fainting on him... until now.

The memories from the health classes he took in his first year are a bit of a blur now, but he knows that this is far from normal. What exactly happened?

You both were just walking back to the mirror hall together after a lclub activities ended. He really just thought you were walking a bit slower today because track and field ran you through the wringer.

Worry begins to form as his brow creases, deep in thought. Did you over exert yourself? Have you been eating well? He shook his head. No, Trey you have to focus to getting them to the infirmary! Don't get distracted from the task at hand! If he delays it any longer, you might come down with something serious!

Jade Leech:

If there's anything Jade excels at, it's masking. Color him surprised, but one cannot tell if he's truly taken aback aside from his eyes widening for a split second. Rest assured, he is worried, but panicking won't solve anything. He needs to remain level headed in order to help you

Jade is no stranger to fainting. He's fainted a few times himself when he first came to land. The Coral Sea fostered frigid temperatures. Land was much warmer than he had anticipated. He was fortunate enough to have faculty take care of him whenever he did lose consciousness. And with time, he was able to adjust to the warmer land temperatures

'The methods faculty used for him weren't anything outlandish so they should work on humans as well,' Jade ponders to himself as he searches for the nearest window to let some fresh air in.

Then, Jade kneels beside you and raises your legs an ample amount to let your blood flow. If memory serves him correctly, he should monitor you for a couple of minutes and if you don't wake up after a bit, then he should seek for professional medical help.

Your eyes flickered open and your mouth is left agape. Ah. Well, it looks like he doesn't have to. He greets you with the same smile he greets guests at the Mostro Longue.

"Did you sleep well?" he jests.

Jamil Viper:

Similar to Jade, Jamil is no stranger to fainting. He's seen other people faint and he's fainted a few times himself. Albeit, his fainting incidents were due to poisons in foods he had to try for Kalim.

You must've fainted because of the scorching heat. This was your first time in the Scarabia dorm. Heat wasn't this intense as it was in your homeland so perhaps he should've foreseen this happening. Jamil makes mental note to carry more water with him if he ever invites you to see the dormitory's oasis. He may be used to the heat, but he forgot to take you into account.

Luckily, Jamil always carries vials of antidotes and potions with him in case of poisonings. They're general-use antidotes so they should be able to wake you. He doubts Crewel would recommend it, but Jamil has no other choice at the moment.

He typically wouldn't use these potions for something like this, but you both have a ways to go before you reach the dorm's main building. Moreover, he's not about to wait for you to come to. You're not supposed to move a person who has fainted a great distance. Who knows if the heat might get to him as well.

Jamil will get you some water and allow you to have adequate rest after you're both inside. He isn't sure if he should apologize to you. He didn't cause you to faint, but he was severely underprepared. An indirect cause, if you will. Then again, it was you that asked about the oasis. But... he was the one that said invited you over to see it. This significant other thing... is quite complicated!

Rook Hunt:

Like a knight in shining armor, Rook catches you before you even hit the ground. He had sensed something was off with you and your motor functions, but couldn't persuade you to sit down and rest. It's quite romantic though.

You insisting that you could go a little further and make it to your pinic spot before the sun kissed the mountain peaks. It was like a hero trying to save their damsel despite the odds and obstacles. Well, Rook might be over-romanticizing it a little bit. He still finds it adorable of you though– wanting to go star gazing so badly that you wouldn't even stop to smell the flowers by the river bank...

He's quick to lay you down on the forest floor and waits for you to come to. He monitors you for your breathing, pulse as well as your surroundings. Not that he's actually worried. This particular forest is fairly safe especially in broad daylight. He's proficient in hunting and combat if anything threatening emerges. You'll be safe with him.

As for you yourself, he's certain that you were just a little tired and will come to soon. He knows CPR if you don't wake up and is willing to run back to campus if that doesn't work.

Rook isn't sure if it's selfish of him to not wake you up even if he knows how.

He needed a break from walking this trail anyway. His stamina is pretty high, but he means break as in a chance to admire your beauty. It's hard to steal a glance or two without you catching him. He's not ashamed of being caught, but you always avert your beautiful face away from his eyes after. Hmm would you be embarrassed when you'll wake up as well?

Lilia Vanrouge:

Now, unlike the other vice dorm leaders, Lilia genuinely thinks you fell asleep. Could you blame him though? You've been working hard these days– hardly stopping for meals or sleep. There were bags under your eyes. You were sitting with him in the library on a study date when you suddenly fell over to the side. Usually people fall asleep leaning back in their chairs or face plant into tables, but Lilia knows that humans are full of surprises so he isn't alarmed.

Instead, he pulls you back up into your seat and lays his blazer over you as a makeshift blanket

It's only when your eyes flutter open that you both blinked in surprise

"Sorry did I wake you?"

"I fell asleep?"

"Yes, you fell over in your chair."

"I see. Sorry about th–"

The moment you winced. It clicked for Lilia. People don't usually wince when they shift in their seats or when they wake up. You must've fainted. That would make more sense. You haven't been eating or sleeping very well lately. But you also have an important deadline coming up so he doubts you'd willingly go to the infirmary now.

"Forgive my foolhardy behavior, (y/n). This won't take long," Lilia smiles as he scoops you up in his arms and makes way towards the infirmary. His ears fall deaf to your protests as he bolts out the library. The last thing he want is to cause a commotion for other students. He understand you though. Being carried without knowing why or where you're going as be frightening.

As soon as you're out of the library, Lilia slows down. He doesn't want to cause any dizziness or nausea for you. Your vehement protests are becoming clearer

"Put me down!"

"....In a bit"

"Lilia!"

Head in the Clouds

Jade Leech:

Out of the Leech twins, Jade is more patient with you. He’ll sigh and repeat what he just said to you again if you didn’t catch it

One would think he’d be annoyed by your ditzy state of mind, but he isn’t. Not one bit. Perhaps that’s the bias of an older brother or maybe he finds that Floyd is more a handful than you.

If anything, Jade worries a lot about you, moray eels from the Coral Sea have a decent amount of strength and agility, but if you don’t even notice your surroundings and zone out all the time… then how can you fend for yourself?

Well, he and Floyd are there for you. But what if they aren’t? What if, in some sort of cruel twist of fate, they can’t be there for you when you need their help the most?

This is something he that crosses his mind frequently despite him never voicing such feelings. Albeit, he has an inkling Floyd feels the same

Floyd Leech:

Sometimes, Floyd finds your clueless behavior amusing. He doesn't know what you'll do next or how many people you'll take by surprise because you forgot something they literally just told you. And that's funny to him.

Other times, when Floyd is in somewhat of a bad mood, he'll openly express being annoyed at you

"What's taking so long? Don't go that way; it's only trouble. Hey. Didn't you hear me talking to you?"

He would never do anything to hurt you or your feelings, but you have to look past his words. He worries for you and this is how he shows those feelings of apprehension.

Jade is more subtle about how he handles things with you, but Floyd will actively intervene because he really thinks you wouldn't be able to make it on your own. He'll let you have space and time to do your own things, of course, but he'll also pull you out of trouble the moment you zone out for too long.

I Found It All On My Own

A/N: *weeps* I love Diasomnia's found family dynamics. I decided to do Lilia as the father figure, Malleus and Silver as older brothers and Sebek as like a twin brother in the same year? Oughdfhj I feel like with everything going on in chapter seven right now, these headcanons would be perfect to write. Don't worry there won't be major spoilers. Well, if you know then you can spot them, but they won't ruin the story for you (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Malleus Draconia

Malleus is naturally protective of everyone- especially the people he's close to. His family, if you will. Perhaps it's because he feels bound to his duty as a dorm leader, an heir, or maybe he knows how fragile life is. He doesn't want anyone to get hurt or be unhappy

He goes out of his way to intervene or watch you from afar... just to keep you safe. Malleus is like one of those older brothers that spy on you for "your own good" or "just to make sure"

Sometimes, Malleus would cast a spell to ensure whatever your date, errand, appointment, hangout with a friend, etc. goes well. There will be no rain, sleet or snow. Not a single loud in the sky. The weather will always be perfect. Everything would be too perfect.

If another party is late, makes a side remark or wrongs you, Malleus might entertain the idea of striking them with lightning. Or... slightly inconveniencing their day after they part ways with you.

If you pick up on it, you'd have to tell him. He wouldn't stop otherwise. In your heart, you know he means well. Malleus wants you to be happy no matter what. Your smile means the world to him. He truly enjoys hearing about your amazing day and how you smile when you show him the things you bought or the grades you got, but how can there be good days if there are no bad ones or any mishaps?

Reassure him that if you ever need help, you'd ask him. If there's anyone in the world capable of protecting you and coming to you when you need someone the most- it's Malleus. Tell him that and he'll be trying to hide his smug smile all day.

Lilia Vanrouge:

He's a father figure for many, including you. While not the best cook and using... conventional methods of parenting on some occasions, Lilia is someone you'd accidentally call dad

His age is most certainly a factor, but it's also how he always tells you stories from the past or invites you to sit down and play some video games with him after a long day. Like a dad who doesn't know how to comfort you, but tries his best anyways.

Another way Lilia comforts you, or rather, shows his love is buying whatever you seem to like eating at the moment. Oh these frozen waffles taste good? He'd get you a few more boxes for good measure. He can't cook, but he'll get you all your favorite snacks and frozen meals.

Like Malleus, Lilia also looks after you. He just isn't as much of a helicopter as Malleus is. So maybe not like Malleus.

Lilia simply asks you about your day. He's quite perceptive and has incredible intuition so even if you lie, he knows something is up. He won't ever ask you directly, believing that you could figure it out eventually. Still, he quips the typical dad thing and says that he'll always be here if you need him. You could tell him anything!

Not that you would. Teenagers tend to be more reluctant to share things with their guardians. He would know. He was that age some centuries ago.

...He might meddle a little if he sees you struggle a too much though. If you have trouble making friends, Lilia might ask Silver to befriend you. Or at least walk you to class and make some small talk

Silver:

Silver is little more subtle than Malleus and Lilia when it comes to showing love and looking out for you. He won't buy you too much food or curse your worst enemy, but he'll support you!

He's never had a younger sibling and you're the closest thing to that he has. He cherishes you a lot because of that

His speech isn't as eloquent as Lilia's nor is he as powerful as Malleus, but you can always count on him to show up for you. You have a recital or speech to give? He'll be there. You post something on social media? He's the first like. He won't comment, but he'll like the post. And reblog/retweet it if you need more exposure

He also wouldn't mind if you steal some of his stuff... in moderation. Silver doesn't get irritated easily. He's fairly lax when it comes to these things so if you want something- be it food, clothes, some school supplies- all you have to do is ask

Silver is the dream big brother most siblings would want. You and him rarely ever argue. He's got a decent temperament and hypes you up when you need it.

He'll also agree to help you hide something if you really don't want Lilia or Malleus to know. Silver will recommend you tell them about it, but if you insist... then he won't push it. He'll be hesitant, but he won't spill the beans.

Silver also has this inability to be not so good at comforting (maybe he gets it from Lilia), but he tries his best. He's not good with deep, long conversations about life or growing, but he would one hundred percent listen to you and pat your back or head depending on the situation

Sebek Zigvolt:

If Silver is the sibling you get along with, then Sebek is the one you don't get along with. Neither of you hate the other, it's more so constant bickering over trivial matters

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"How do you know I'm looking at you? Aren't you the one looking at me?"

Nevertheless, like most sibling relationships, at the end of the day, you still love each other. Sebek isn't as soft spoken like Silver. He doesn't show love like Lilia or Malleus either. He's a bit on the harsher side, but his actions will somehow always speak louder than his blunt words.

Sebek will help you with your homework. He won't do a full on tutoring session, but he'll show you how to solve a problem or two. He might even lend you his notes. From the bottom of his heart, he really does want you to succeed.

If you need someone to give you the truth and nothing but the truth, Sebek is the one to go to. He doesn't sugarcoat his opinion that often. If that sweater looks ugly, he'll tell you if you show it to him

Sebek also won't hesitate to call out anyone who says something mean to you. Though the two of may have your back and forths, the things he says to you are never truly hurtful. Sebek doesn't fully realize it, still calling you "human", but he does worry about you from time to time. What kind of trouble would you get into? Would he be able to help?

He doesn't have many friends or siblings... Silver hardly counts in his eyes. You sort of count? He's fond of you to say the least. He'd like to pat your head like Silver does one day.

Riddle Rosehearts:

He's never really shared his bed before. Riddle is a bit of a picky sleeper. He's not a light sleeper, but he can't fall asleep unless the conditions are right. He can't fall asleep unless he's laying down on his back. There can't be too much noise when he's trying to fall asleep otherwise he'd be wide awake- not matter how tired he is.

So naturally, waking up with you by his side, he's a little startled. Riddle doesn't flinch or scream, but he is taken aback. He slept well. With you?

You look so at peace when you're asleep. So serene, so still and calm. Did he look like this when he was sleeping with you too?

He held his breath as he heard you stir in your sleep. A wave of relief soon washed over him as you didn't wake from your slumber. He didn't want to get caught staring at you. That would've been embarrassing!

His eyes glance towards the clock on his nightstand.

Ah well... a few minutes wouldn't hurt. Riddle smiled contently and pressed a chaste kiss on your forehead before pulling the covers over the both of you, making sure you're both nice and snug. After all, there's no very important date to be late to.

Leona Kingscholar:

The botanical garden fostered the perfect environment for napping. There was the perfect amount of shade and sunlight for a certain lion to find a moment of solitude and solace.

A moment meaning an hour or two... or three. Leona preferred his naps long. Thirty minutes isn't enough to equate to a nap. Thirty minutes is only enough time to close his eyes and ponder some thoughts. It takes a lot for Leona to fall asleep. However, when he's out, he's out.

Still, he's not a heavy sleeper either. So how on earth did he find himself in this predicament? You clinging onto him like a monkey hugging a tree trunk...

Leona recounts what happened before he fell asleep. Or, at least, what he remembers before he fell asleep

You came to the garden looking for him and found him in his secret spot Then, you said something about another thing. And he said something witty. What was it again?

Oh yes. You said that napping on grass looked uncomfortable and in response, he pulled you into his arms. His eyes dart back to your sleeping figure. Heh, you sure did look comfortable

Azul Ashengrotto:

Azul jolted awake and gasped for air. A nightmare? He can't even remember what it was about. His hand snaked through his hair, aimlessly combing it in a soothing motion while his other hand found itself on top of his heart, feeling it race a thousand miles an hour

He inhaled and exhaled, trying to calm himself. It's just a dream. You're okay. Inhale. Ex- Wait a minute. He's not the only one breathing here

His stormy gray eyes travel to the source: you.

You who slept without a care in the world, somewhere far away. Seeing your face made any leftover shivers and chills dissipate. An angel, truly. Just one look at you and he's grounded. Everything is going to be alright.

Whatever Azul dreamt about earlier was just a dream, but you? You're a reality. Though he may believe that sometimes, being with you feels like a dream, you're real. You're real and you're with him.

That's all the matters. He knows that no matter what, you'll always be there to greet him the next time he opens his eyes.

And with that, Azul intertwines his fingers with yours and finds himself succumbing to his own drowsiness.

Kalim Al-Asim:

Sunlight seeped through Kalim's bedroom window. Jamil would usually wake him around this time, but it's the weekend so he was left undisturbed. Still, Kalim is used to being awake at this time and today was no different.

Well... there was something different- you. You were peacefully snoring by his side. Not full on snoring, but little kitten snoring. It was something he found adorable.

Here at NRC, his bed was a little lonely. Back home, he would sleep with his siblings all the time whether that be slumber parties in their rooms or letting them sleep with him for the night because of a bad dream. Kalim can't really do that here because most people in the dormitory tend to mind their own business and wouldn't dare to disturb him even if they had a bad dream. It was also one of those "too old for that kind of stuff" things

But at least Kalim knows you're comfortable with sharing the same bed as him

Is it because the bed is warmer? Or that you feel safer with him next to you? Is it him that feels safer? Perhaps the feeling is mutual...

Vil Schoenheit:

Waking up next to you is something Vil has to get used to. Sharing the same bed is a norm for most relationships- dating, marriage and whatnot. He shouldn't be so surprised... but he is. For some reason, he is.

Is it because you're one of the few people he truly trusts? Wholeheartedly? Or one of the few people who've seen his face without makeup and still think he's as beautiful as ever.

Or because you have this tendency to watch him when he sleeps and get extremely flustered when he catches you, telling you he's been awake the whole time?

When Vil wakes up before you, he takes some times to brush out the flyaways framing your face. He wants to take the time to admire you and your beauty as much as he can.

Then, he gently shakes you awake. Vil isn't one to snooze as he has a busy schedule and he wants to kiss you goodbye before his time is spent on other things

But even if he is busy, those first few moments in the morning with you mean the world to him

Idia Shroud:

Like Riddle, Idia doesn't share his bed much. Well, he used to share it with Ortho when they were little, but you know...

He's a very closed off person when it comes to touch despite being so touch-starved. It takes a lot for Idia to truly let someone in. He's alright at keeping things surface-level. But sleeping next to each other? That's another story.

The first time he ever woke up with you by his side, it felt like a weight was being lifted off of his shoulders. He felt... at home. It felt comfortable, safe and sound.

You breathing and being so close to him was enough to turn his hair red, but it also made him want to scream into his pillow. He can't do that though. That would wake you up.

Instead, Idia settles for pulling you closer, hugger you like a giant pillow. He wants to relish and savor this moment. He doesn't know if he can have something like this again if he lets go.

It's nice. This love thing you two have going on... Not that he would say that he's in love.

Malleus Draconia:

The fair folk don't require sleep like humans. They can sleep, but it's not necessary to sleep. It's more for recreation. Nevertheless, Malleus is allured by the concept of sleep.

What an honor and an absolute pleasure to have you, a human, to trust him enough to sleep with him.

When humans sleep, they're exposed to many external forces that could potentially harm them. Other people, the environment, and so many more things.

So when you fell asleep on his shoulder, his eyes widened. Tut, tut, child of man. Malleus worries for you. Have you been sleeping well? He's heard of some instances where humans fall asleep because they were too exhausted? It makes sense though. But for now, he'll keep you safe.

What he didn't expect was to fall asleep himself not long after. And surprisingly, you're still in a deep slumber when he's wide awake again.

Perhaps a new hobby of his is watching you sleep. Not in a creepy way, but he just finds it so fascinating. The way your lashes flutter, the way your body rises and falls to the rhythm of your breathing. The way your heart beats.

Humans are truly delicate creatures, but he supposes that's the beauty of them

The Sweetness and Spice of Life

A/N: Awww~ this is such a cute prompt!! I hope my delivery is up to par, anon (๑•̀ㅁ•́๑)✧

Ruggie Bucchi :

Now, he's an above average chef. Not ordinary, but also not extraordinary. Let's just say that Ruggie know his way around the kitchen. He's also very creative. Growing up poor taught him how to be resourceful so he tends to use vegetable scraps as a base for broth or he candies his fruit peels

Having a friend who can cook is an absolute delight for Ruggie! Taking a page out of Leona's book, having a friend that cooks also means that he could take a share of your leftovers or be a taste tester! You both could share some culinary tips with each other

If you're the better cook, Ruggie would come to you for some lessons. He wants to eat better food! He's not really picky, but there's always room for improvement

If he's the better cook, then he'd give you a bit of a teasing session for it. Name a price and he'll teach you... he's kidding.

Ruggie is not much of a baker, but if you bake and don't cook then he proposes a deal: you let him have some your your pastries or make him donuts once a week and he'll cook something for you. Sounds fair right?

Friendships have their benefits and this is one of them in the case of your friendship with his.

Kalim Al-Asim:

Kalim... is not that great in the kitchen, but he's got the spirit. He'll one hundred percent be your sous chef or sit by the kitchen island and talk to you while you work if you don't like people messing with your rhythm. Cooking is sometimes a therapeutic process for people. He gets that.

If you do let him be the sous chef, you have to be careful around him. Kalim hasn't done much in the kitchen since everything was already done for him back at home so you have to go through the motions a few times. He'll get it eventually though. Plus, cooking is more fun if it's a little messy.

Probably... not the best taste tester. Kalim says everything tastes good. And he truly means it, but that's not true for everyone. So you might have to double check.

Sometimes, Kalim might even ask you to cook in bulk for any banquets he's hosting at the Scarabia dormitory. He'll compensate you accordingly so don't worry about that.

He wants to show off your talent and lift some weight off of Jamil's shoulders. This is killing two birds with one stone!

Jamil Viper:

And that's how the two of you became friends!

Jamil is usually quiet in the kitchen, but not when he's with you. Because, to be frank, he's never had someone share the same hobby with the same amount of passion as him.

Especially since he focuses more on the savory dishes so if you do sweet stuff, then he'll be more inclined to learn new recipes from you simply because it's something he usually doesn't do!

If you also cook savory dishes, but a different cuisine, then he'll also be interested in learning from you. And he hopes that you're interested in his own cooking as well.

People who walk by the kitchen and hear you both talk about sous vied, par-boiling or some other cooking technique may look at you like you've grown two heads, but conversations with you run deep with thought and routine.

It's nice to have someone how understands him, someone who is as passionate about cooking as he is. Maybe you don't understand him completely (yet) but you understand his cooking and how he values it as a ritual. And he appreciates that about you.

Trey Clover:

The first and only baker among these second years!

Trey's family owns a bakery and he's also an exceptional baker himself. When he finds out that you bake as well, he's very delighted and starts bombarding you with questions e.g. what do you like to bake the most?

He wants to try your pastries so bring them over whenever you can! Please don't be intimidated. Trey promises he's not much of a Gordon Ramsay. He's easy to please.

If you bring a hard-to-make confection like macarons, then he'll be blown away. If you bring some cookies, he'll also be blown away. Each pastry has something difficult about it. Macarons are hard to pipe, but it's also difficult to get the right texture for cookies if you don't know what you're doing. You have to get the right amount of white and brown sugar.

So either way, he'll be impressed with whatever you bring.

Now, if you bring a savory pie, Trey will also be surprised. He was expecting something sweet when you said you baked.

He won't be exchanging too many techniques with you unless you ask for some pointers, but if you do ask, then he'll be more than willing to teach you how to do something.

Baking is more of a hobby for him and it's nothing he's too passionate about. He's friends with you for other reason- not to just eat your pastries... but eating some baked goods that isn't made by him or his family is nice once in a while.

Jade Leech:

Like Ruggie, Jade isn't too much of an excellent chef, but he can get by in the kitchen. He knows what to do and how to not burn down the house. But he also doesn't really view cooking as a ritual or something he could improve upon. Food is nourishment, not necessarily anything related to the soul.

Back home, he would usually eat things raw and cooking just meant adding more flavor to it, but it wasn't a necessity.

But of course, Jade works at the Mostro Lounge so he undertsna dhow imperative cooking is to land folks.

As your friend, he'll indulge in trying whatever you make. Since Jade isn't human, his taste buds are more equipped for... stronger flavors. If it's too salty, he wouldn't mind. If they meat is a still raw, that's fine too. He can stomach it. Food on land is milder than the food in the sea. It's nothing for him. So if you just started out with this new cooking hobby or yours, he's the perfect test subject.

He'll be even more delighted when he learns that you're learning how to prepare a mushroom dish. If you'd like, you can use some of his mushrooms for your cooking. Jade will ll offer you some if you'd like.

"No strings attached," he beams inconspicuously.

Now, if you back that's a different story. Baked goods aren't that common in the Coral Sea since the water makes it soggy. When Jade eats a cupcake or a puffed pastry you offered him for the first time, there's this glint in his eyes, like he's struck gold.

A/N: I hope you don't mind that I slightly changed your request to just the reader having a tattoo. The origin is unknown. To be frank, I don't know anything about gangs and I'm a little hesitant to research about them for fear of coming across anything triggering (T⌓T)

Vil Schoenheit:

He's the type of person that thinks that tattoo sleeves are tacky. Too much of anything especially in beauty, fashion and aesthetics is going to come off as tacky. Too much makeup can make your face look cake-y. Too much crystals on a wedding dress will take away from the fabric's beauty. Things like that. So, tattoo sleeves are a no-no for him, but that's just him personally.

If you have a sleeve, cool. That's how you express yourself and if you feel confident with it then good for you. Vil won't make you feel bad about it– especially if there's meaning behind it.

If you just have one, two, or a few tattoos spread out on your body, he'd probably like that more in terms of artistic taste. Vil is fond of the smaller tattoos like wings on your back, a ring of ink around your fingers or some writing on your rib. They're discreet, but they're enough to make a statement

The first time Vil ever saw your tattoos, he was a bit surprised. He never expected you to have any for some reason. Perhaps it was because he never saw them so he just assumed you never had any.

He'll ask questions right off the bat. What's the meaning? Or did you simply like the design?

Don't hesitate to ask him for thoughts on a design or even help making one! Though he's not a tattoo artist, he can work with a pen and paper and give you some ideas

Rook Hunt

He would... stare and your tattoo(s) the first time he sees it. No questions just examining the details, the lines, the curves, and the colors. Whether how obvious it is depends on how observant you are.

But if you did catch him, Rook would tell you that they were just so mesmerizing that he couldn't help himself. Then, you could welcome the basic questions people usually ask about tattoos: "did it hurt?", "what's the meaning?", etc.

But what shocks you even more is when he starts asking about which parlor or artist did it? He's quite knowledgeable about tattoos, leading you to asking him if he's had any... a question that he skillfully dodges.

If you had a small tattoo on somewhere discreet like your collarbone or wrist, Rook would kiss your tattoos there. He would also absentmindedly trace along the lines of the ink whenever he's deep in thought, sending shivers down your spine with his dexterous and light touch.

One day, out of the blue, he might even coin an idea of getting matching tattoos. It could be your initials or something symbolic like two turtle doves that make a heart when you put your hands next to each other's.

"It's romantic, isn't it?"

Epel Felmeir

Epel would be the most vocal reaction out of the Pomefiore trio when it comes to finding out you have a tattoo. Something like "WOAH!"

If you have a sleeve or colored tattoos, his reaction will be even louder. He had always assumed tattoos only came in one color.

It's honestly a really cute reaction. He asks if he can touch it and spends a good amount of time examining your skin. He then asks if he can try something then unironically does a Chinese burn on your forearm to see how the ink holds. And surprise... the ink is still there! It didn't rub off! But your wrist is a little sore...

In general, he's just super curious and inquisitive about your tattoos. His grandmother never allowed to even think about getting one... but yes he wants one. Just a tiny one.

Maybe one that his grandmother can't find so easily. Epel hasn't really thought of the design yet, but maybe you can help since yours is so well thought out? Making tattoos designs together seems like a cute date idea!

He'll even go with you to a tattoo parlor to check things out if you ever invite him or decide to get another tattoo. He wants to watch and see how it's done!

Talk the Talk

A/N: Aww thank you anon!! I'm happy that my writing makes you happy. I feel you with the stage fright. I'm scared of talking in front of people too. I hope these headcanons bring you comfort whenever you have to speak <3

Jade always found your shyness endearing. He never minded that you were afraid to speak to people. Whether that be ordering food or saying "excuse me" if someone was in the way.

He relishes in the way you give him this adorable side eye, a silent plea for help. He sometimes teases you for it. It's never serious. He has an inkling that you already beat yourself up about it.

He also knows that you genuinely try your best to improve your public speaking. That's why you signed up for a public speaking class despite your anxieties, right?

If you're trying your best, then so should he. Jade would do whatever he can to help you... within his abilities of course.

He wouldn't do the work for you or hand out tips like it's free candy. He finds that sort of thing tacky. You wouldn't learn through someone telling you how it's done.

Instead, Jade would often invite you over to the lounge after everything closes or long before the diner opens so you'd have an empty, but very large room (with a stage too!) to practice in.

He'll pull up a chair and listen to you talk. Intently. He'd smile and you and clap for you at the end.

After all, his love language is acts of service!

If you ask for some constructive criticism, you'll definitely get something helpful. Jade is always articulate with his words. Perhaps he really was the best person to ask for help when it comes to speaking.

He doesn't sugarcoat, but his truth is never brutal either. It's just the truth. You were swaying back and forth while speaking? Too many filler words? The words are beginning to slur around your conclusion? He'll tell you and then recommend things you can do to fix it

He'll also tell you what you did well. From sheer observation, he knows that you seem to take criticism better if you hear the good parts of your performance after he gives you his honest thoughts.

But you have to directly ask him for criticism. He won't give you any on the fly. There is a time and place for the truth. Jade knows that better than anyone else.

On the day you have to speak in front of the audience, he'll give you some words of encouragement. before you go in. If he's allowed into the auditorium, then yes, he'll definitely be there. Back row if he could, but he won't tell you where he sits.

Back row, because he wants to force you to look around and give the audience this sort of perception that you're making eye contact with them (thus enhancing your speech, presentation, or whatever), but in reality you're looking for him <3

Though hedgehogs were raised for the Queen of Hearts' absurd customs and tea parties, he always was particularly fond of these spiky and cute creatures. They were cuddly despite having quills and they came in all sorts of colors. Riddle was partial to the pink ones.

Not to mention, they were small enough to fit in his palm. They were always an endearing sight, climbing into his hands or just rolling around the court.

But when you came to him with an ordinary brown hedgehog in your own palms, asking him if you could keep it and raise it within the gardens, he was taken aback. He had a million questions for you: Where did you find this hedgehog? Was there even a pet store around here? Was it a baby? It was so tiny...

"Yes, he is a baby," you replied wholeheartedly.

Ah, so you found him wandering around and decided to take him in. Riddle's gaze softened. Seeing you care for this hedgehog so tenderly makes him want to fold and help you hide this little guy from Crowley.

Well, technically, hedgehogs were allowed in the Heartslabyul dorm, but they were always brought in by the staff. No one had ever brought their own hedgehog. But it's still a hedgehog so it wouldn't hurt, right?

Yes. right. Of course. There were no rules in the school handbook about this sort of thing. Moreover, Riddle had heard that taking care of a pet together with one's significant other is a great bonding activity that also helps with building other skills like time management, communication and responsibilities.

Was it Ace or Cater that said that? Something about 18 years being a trial of life? 18 hedgehog years? He shook his head and gestured for you to bring the little hedgehog closer

The little guy seemed to smile back at him.

"Let's get him to Heartslabyul," Riddle whispered, taking your hand and leading you towards the mirror hall.

There was this rush in his veins. He had only felt this rush twice in his life. First, was when he played with Chenya and Trey for the first time. Second, was when he confessed all the things he didn't like about the Queen's rules.

"Should we take him to meet the other hedgehogs?"

"Would a bath first be better? Riddle asked.

"Hedgehogs need baths?"

"Yes, but not too often," he paused, "I don't think he's ever had one before since you found him on the streets."

"Oh yes, then a bath would be better! I want our son to look good before meeting his new friends!"

Riddle's eyes widened. He blinked once. Then twice. Did he catch that right? Son?

"Our son?"

"The hedgehog!"

"... is our son?" Riddle asked again.

Heat and a tint of crimson was creeping up his keeps. He had barely even thought about having a significant other. You weren't really part of his plan for NRC. It kind of just happened. But marriage? Having a family? Have you really thought that far? It didn't seem like a bad thing though...

"Well, not literally, but we're raising him together so he's like our son, right?"

"I suppose so," Riddle smiled.

You beamed, coddling the small hedgehog, boop-ing his little nose, "I'm glad Papa loves you as much as I do!"

This wasn't the first time Riddle heard you use baby talk. You were always an animal lover and talked like this to most animals you come across. Even the hedgehogs in his own dorm... but somehow this time it felt much more tender.

It’s been a while since I’ve been on this blog. I’ve been super busy with uni as of late. And to be honest, I’ve lost interest in twst along the way. Not completely. The game still has a special place in my heart, but I suppose I’m not as obsessed to the point where I’d write about it anymore… if that makes sense. Too busy to play means being behind on lots of events. Pair that with lots of papers and essays,,, yeah not really a good mix for me and a writing blog _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):

I’m not sure what I want to do with this blog going forward, but I have lots of drafts to finish and I want to clear up my inbox so I don’t leave any request hanging. So I’ll probably work on those and just keep this blog up if anyone wants to reread stuff? For now?

Basically, it’s gonna be the same thing as it was for the past 2 years so far (aka inactive) but now it’s like idk the last sale before the shop closes. Macaroni and Cheese: What makes you think of your childhood?

A lot of things! But to name a few:

twst because I loved Disney as a child. So naturally, going through retellings of the films I love through the villain’s point of view is nostalgic to me. It’s cheesy but I love Yuu’s dream sequences (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

Fireworks!!! I have family near Disneyland. When I was little, I used to visit all the time during the summer. Since they lived so close, we could see the fireworks without having to enter the park. I love holidays where fireworks are launched. I love watching them in silence. I feel like a kid again whenever I do because they induce so much childlike wonder in me~

Pumpkin patches!! Autumn is my favorite season and visiting a pumpkin patch was a must for tiny little me. I liked the festive vibes and the laughter of other kids around me.

Robin’s Egg Blue: If you were an animal, which one do you think would you be?

Most definitely a rabbit! I’m extremely shy so my family uses this phrase to describe me. It’s in another language, but it loosely translates to something along the lines of “meek as a rabbit”. They use it as a way of saying “what am I going to do with you?” but I don’t mind. I think it’s cute and fitting as I love rabbits too (*´꒳`*)

All of my dreams live in the back of my mind. They’re shrouded in a hazy fog, but I’ll try to describe one! For context, I’m afraid of butterflies. They’re beautiful from afar but horrifying up close.

Anyhow, I was at this countryside house with some relatives— familiar faces— and I was wondering around the house. When I entered the courtyard, I was suddenly in at bathing suit. Then, a butterfly flew past me. I started running away because, well, it’s a butterfly. But it kept getting closer and closer to me. I fell onto the around. It flew between my legs and then I impulsively clamped my knees together and killed it. I looked at the butterfly in between my knees and then I woke up </3
