Lucifer might be making a mistake, but he decided to open his mouth to the Rapidash, not too afraid, "Protecting that child by attacking those who have no intention to harm him won't teach the child anything but violence. If you think that it's the right thing to do, you need to take the moment and think again. I understand our kind is scary, but we mean no harm. You attacking us only gives us a reason to fight back, use your brain and not your horn more often.", the Darkrai wasn't too fond of the horse and its actions, but he truly did feel sympathy. After all, Clyde isn't the only one who lost a family member. The elder meant no harm.

Just A PSA

I probably don't need to say this, but JUST in case:

The discrimination against Dark pokemon was chosen PURELY because they already have a bad/evil reputation, and because they worked as a good foil against Fairy pokemon.

It is in NO way related to people of color, and I am doing my best to keep that perfectly clear. If at any point, I do say/write/draw something that is offensive, please DM me so I can correct it.

Just like in Crewel-Intentions, while there might be themes of racism, sexism, etc, that in no way reflects my own views and I want to try to keep my stories enjoyable for everyone.

You know Cinead, Paranoia is a very interesting thing: You think it makes you less prone to the very thing you hate, and perhaps it does, but the narrowed vision only makes you vulnerable to the various threats that AREN'T them, and those are still very plenty... and they aren't all from the forest.

Clyde follows after his new floating friend, using the whispy white of his tail as a guide in the darkening forest.  He didn’t seem frightened or fazed in the slightest about entering the murky woods.

“It’s the Tree of Life ‘cuz it’s s’posed to be the oldest tree in the whole world!  Me Ma said that Cernunnos was born from it!  They stepped out from a split in the trunk ‘n the branches b’came their antlers! They the one that gave all Fairies their power, n’ they can heal anyone!”

“I dunno how it works exactly, but me Ma said you can make a wish at the Tree ‘n it’ll come true!  So I wan’ find it!”

(neverlandfaerai) Pan: Sheesh, what a mean grownup - sure glad I don't have one. Tell me about that forest! Got something fun to do over there? Know someone? If I can find it, maybe I'll bring you back a souvenir~

Seeing Cinead distracted, the young Mudbray started sneaking closer to the forest.  He looked up as he heard someone speak close by.

Clyde: But I ain’t afraid! They can’t be all bad. They prob'ly just never had someone be nice to ‘em. I know I’d be grumpy if everyone kept callin’ me names 'n running off!

Clyde: Yer welcome to come with me if ya want! Be a lot more fun with a pal now.
