You and Sebastian had been dating for almost two years now, first meeting on set for Captain America Civil War, you two had been dating other people at the time but became good friends. Once you were both single for a while, you hit it off and have been together ever since. The rest of the cast knew somehow you and Sebastian would date eventually, you were just like magnets for each other. 

You had a quick meeting with your agent in downtown LA before heading towards Sebastian’s set. You walked in looking for him but had yet to spot him, you spotted Lily James first. Well you didn’t recognize her until she called out for you.

“(Y/N)!!!” she yelled your name

You looked around, recognizing her voice but not finding her until she waved at you. 

“Oh my gosh! I did NOT RECOGNIZE YOU!!!!” you said running over to her to give her a hug. She looked amazing dressed as Pamela Anderson.

You walked past two sets, you saw someone leaning on one of the walls but you didn’t focus on their face. Lily gave you a quick tour of the set, she was obviously hiding something because she had a mischievous smile on her face.

“You’re up to something aren’t you?” you asked her

“Noooo” she said but smile even wider

You narrowed your eyes at her motioning the “I am watching you” towards her. You could see her laughing harder which then confused you until you felt someone grab your waist causing you to yelp. “Sebas-” you said in awe not even finishing his name

“Did you not recognize me?” he said laughing

“I can make it permanent” he teased

After the comic con ended you had received a text from him that he would come by to get you a little bit later. You guys decided on walking since the restaurant wasn’t too far. You had gone back to your friends home to change. You were beyond nervous to meet with Sebastian not only because you had a crush on him but because you hadn’t been on a date in a very long time, you’d practically sworn off dating after constantly being disappointed or hurt. You’re best friend on the other hand was ecstatic for your date since you were finally putting yourself out there for once.

“Okay you have to look hot!” she said excitedly

“What no, he already knows what I look like besides I want to feel comfortable” you defended yourself. You turned to look at her eyeing you up and down.

“Fine just a little hot but don’t make it overboard” you said causing her to yelp.

By this time you two had arrived to the Italian restaurant you had advised him about

When you got out he was on the phone with someone but he hung up the moment he saw you.

“Yeah! It’s a fun road trip, with some nice music and my own company” you said laughing

Your food arrived, smelling delicious as ever, Sebastian couldn’t wait to try it.

“Where do you work? Like what do you do?” Sebastian asked you.

“I work in the sports industry, ticketing department” you said to him

“Holy shit for what team? - Patriots?”

“No the Bruins, I’ve been in hockey for so long it’d be weird to leave and I enjoy it so much” you said

“That’s awesome, remind me not to bring you around Evans because he’ll try to swoop you” he teased

They brought out the tiramisu, Sebastian loved it, saying that you were definitely right about the entire food options you had suggested him. The waiter brought out the check. You and Sebastian both reaching for your wallets.

“Doll I know you’re not about to try to pay for this” he said peeking at you

“Sooo I can’t let you pay for everything Sebastian”

“Ohhh no. No, no, no, I pay for it all. Don’t try to do it” he said to you.

“Fine fine, I get next time then” you said then realizing your slip

When he came back he was happy that you had listened to him, he did want to see you again, he had been wanting to tell you that halfway through dinner but he didn’t want to scare you off. “Thank you, I’m glad you did” you chuckled, “and thank you for dinner, really you didn’t have to pay for it”

It felt nice, Sebastian’s hand was much bigger than yours but it felt perfect. You smiled at him as you two almost arrived to your friends house. When you walked up he stopped you two.

“I had an amazing time” he said facing you now

“Me too Sebastian thank you” you replied.

He observed your face quietly for a few seconds. You wish you knew what he was thinking. You wanted him to kiss you but at the same time you hoped that he would wait. It was the second option.

“Would you like to go out again?” he asked you softly

“I would” you smiled at him. A big smile grew on his face, he leaned over to kiss your forehead.

“I’ll text you when and of course if you’re available” he said to you

“Okay”

“Oh and these are for you” he said, placing the small box of cannolis in your hand

“You didn’t have to!” you said

“I know but you sounded like you really enjoyed these” he shrugged

“You have to take some” you insisted

“No I bought them for you”

“I know but I like to share and I think you should at least take one” you said

“You’re a little stubborn aren’t you” he said narrowing his eyes at you, chuckling when you mimicked his same expression

“Fine I will take one” he said grabbing a cannoli from the box. He took a bite off of it, immediately moaning at how good it was.

You walked into your friend’s place with the biggest smile, she was excited to hear about your date. You talked about it while watching your favorite show that you two enjoyed watching together. About an hour later you received a text from Sebastian.

Sebastian: Hey, I got home a while ago. I had an amazing time! How does next weekend work for you?

You: I unfortunately can’t next weekend, our season starts :( after that?

Sebastian: I can’t that weekend........ we’ll figure it out doll :)

Summary: You’re part of the Avengers during the Infinity War era, you and the cast have a final party in Greece

You had all recently finished filming Infinity War, traveling to Europe to start the promo tour, ending up in Greece. You played a military veteran who had started working for the Avengers, you had grown close to the entire cast, having a crush on Sebastian. Sebastian had always been a quiet one except when he was with you or Anthony Mackie. 

It was the last night after a ton of interviews, photoshoots, etc. Robert had suggested you all go out to a club to blow off some steam and as as last hoorah. So there you were in a midi skin-tight lavender summer dress and black high heels. Scarlett had done your makeup in a dark smokey eye look balancing the rest with a natural shade while Lizzie did your hair in voluminous curls, you looked sexy to say the least.

“Wow....you look wow, I’m not a lesbian but I would turn for you” Scarlett said once they took a final look at you. 

“What am I not hot before this look?” you teased

“Oh of course you are but now I can’t hold myself” she said smirking at you. 

While they were finishing up you heard someone knock on the hotel door, you went to open it to find the boys standing there, they didn’t say a word but their eyes looked like they were about to pop out. 

“Okay...where’s (Y/N) and what have you done to her?” Robert jokingly asked

“Stop! You guys coming in or what” you said stepping aside to allow them in

“I think they’re almost done, I’m going downstairs to get us a cab” you said.

You didn’t see that Mackie had elbowed Sebastian to go with you to the lobby. Sebastian blushed and shook his head, “Come on.....hey (Y/N) you shouldn’t go alone, Sebs here will accompany you” Mackie announced. 

You looked at him with a confusing look but didn’t ask any questions, at least not in front of the boys. “Okay...come on Sebastian”. 

“Ladies first” he motioned to you to walk inside the elevator first to head down

“Such a gentleman” you said. You leaned on the elevator wall, tapping your heel on the floor

“You look beautiful (Y/N)” Sebastian said in a soft whisper, you felt your cheeks heat up at him complimenting you

“Thank you, you look great as always” you replied, this time you saw him blush, he smiled scrunching in his nose in that adorable way that he always did when he got shy. 

You let the driver know that you would be down in about twenty more minutes. You and Sebastian headed back up to see if everyone else was almost ready. You walked in to the room with Scarlett and Lizzie finishing up the last of their makeup. You grabbed a mascara to touch up on your own eyelashes. 

“You ladies take forever” Chris Evans teased you three

“Okay then wait for us over there” you turned to say to him 

You kept eyeing Evans for a bit, he obviously caught onto your expression.

“Noooo whatever it is don’t” he said a little frightened

“Seriously, you two film a movie where you are a couple and now you act like a couple” Robert teased

Robert’s comment caused Sebastian’s heart to drop a little bit. He knew you and Chris Evans were only great friends but after seeing some of the footage of the Knives Out movie you and Chris played as a toxic couple, Sebastian couldn’t help but wonder if there could be something more between you and Chris.

“Oh stop no, its not like that but I do have an idea...well more of a favor” you said

“What?” Chris asked you

“Can I please put mascara on one of your eyelashes because yours are so long and I want to see what they look like with mascara!” you asked him excitedly

“What the fahck noooo” he said, his little Bostonian accent showing

“Please Chris, just one eye! I promise I’ll wipe it off.....please, I’ll drop on my knees to beg you” you pleaded

“Can you at least wait for all of us to leave, we don’t want to see that” Robert joked

Chris narrowed his eyes at you, mulling over the situation for a second. He couldn’t say no to you though, you had become such a great friend to him.

“Fine, just one damn eye that’s it” he said to you

You did a little jump of joy, walking over to him. He was on the end of the couch next to Sebastian. You set your knee between Sebastian and Chris who had scooted a bit over to give you some space. 

“Why am I letting you do this?” Chris said already regretting his choice

“Because you love me” you teased at him

“That I do” he immediately replied

Sebastian would be lying if he said that he wasn’t jealous at hearing Chris say that, or seeing you get along great with Chris, let alone seeing how close your face was to Chris’. He didn’t say anything, only intently looking at you place the mascara on Chris’ eyelashes. Mackie on the other hand could tell the little green monster was getting the best of Sebastian slowly but surely.

“Ohhh my gosh -CHRIS- this isn’t fair” you yelped seeing his eyelashes grow longer and darker

You glanced quickly over to Sebastian, he looked away instantly, a light blush on his cheeks. 

“Wait, you have long lashes too, not like Chris’ but--OKAY this isn’t fair, why do you boys get long lashes” you commented

“Yours are long too so stop whining” Chris said

You were still looking at Sebastian’s eyes, they were a beautiful shade of blue, you loved his eyes, this was the first time you were able to see them so upclose though. 

“Are you going to stare at him or can I wipe this damn makeup off?” Chris asked pulling you out of your trance. This time you felt yourself blush with Sebastian being the one to catch you.

“Sorry- yes Chris you can go now. Sebastian, would you let me put mascara on” you now asked him

“I’m sure he’d let you do anything to him” Mackie commented, earning a deathful glare from Sebastian

“It’s okay if you don’t want to” you immediately added

“Nahh let me see doll” he smiled at you, leaning his face closer to yours, you felt your breath hitch.

“YAY, okay look up just a little bit-oh wait hold on” you said, you put the mascara that you had in your hand behind your dress, you pulled out another one from your thigh, Sebastian was a little confused at the switch.

“Don’t say anything but I used waterproof mascara on Chris” you whispered giggling at your confession. 

“You’re bad” Sebastian replied chuckling at your little shenanigans, Chris was going to flip. And he sure did.

“Okay I’m almost don-” you were about to say

“(Y/N)!!!!!” you heard Chris yell for you, he came out of the bathroom followed by the girls who couldn’t stop laughing

“What?” you asked innocently

“Don’t ‘what’ me with those eyes, you put waterproof on didn’t you!?” he stated

“Noooo look” you said showing him the mascara you had in your hand

“That’s bullshit where is it!?” he yelled

You knew he wasn’t entirely pissed but he wasn’t too happy either

“Chris I don’t know what you’re talking about” you said trying to hide the smirk on your face

“I see it” Chris said at the mascara that was placed behind your back in your dress. Chris swiped it out quickly, almost shoving it in your face.

“I’ll get you back” he peered at you 

“Ohhh how scary” you said cackling at this point. Chris didn’t respond however he slightly shoved you towards Sebastian who caught you with his hands on your sides, both of you blushing immensely.

“Sorry” you both said at the same time. You could feel everyone else’s eyes on you and Sebastian. You got up from the couch walking over to get a makeup wipe remover

“You have nice eyelashes too Sebs.....actually your entire eyes....its not fair” you complimented him

“Thanks” he replied shyly.

He was about to take the wipe from your hands but you shook your head, reaching over to his face to wipe away the makeup

“Why does he get special treatment?” Chris asked, he knew exactly why.

“Shut it” you said

“I’m still going to get you back, this shit does not come off easily” Chris said complaining.

The girls were finally done, all of you doing one last check before heading out to the bar lounge which was a little far away from the hotel. 

After a twenty minute drive you arrived to your destination, you and the girls headed to the restroom while the guys got some drinks and headed over to the private section. The place wasn’t too crowded or crazy but there were enough people to give it a great atmosphere. It also overlooked part of Greece and the ocean, the warm humid weather being complemented with a nice breeze.

“So now that we’re done with the tour, maybe you should ask her out before you start filming here?” Mackie encouraged Sebastian.

“Ehhh I don’t know man, I don’t think she likes me” Sebastian replied shyly

“Oh don’t start with that, she is into you! She just doesn’t make it obvious, Scar told me that she thinks you’re cute sooo can’t be wrong, won’t hurt to ask” Mackie said. 

“Trust me she likes you” Chris added in with a wink at Sebastian. 

“Where did you go?” Hemsworth asked him

“I was getting payback” he smirked

Sebastian was going to ask Chris what he meant until he saw you and the girls walking over with your drinks.

“Man this place is beautiful!” You yelled over the music. 

“You’ve never been to Greece?” Lizzie asked you 

“Nah it’s my first time so be gentle” you joked, Sebastian almost spit out his drink

“Speaking of first times, how’s the movie for you two going?” Scarlett asked you and Chris, you both turned to look at each other

“Not bad actually, definitely more risqué than what I did in Vampire Diaries” you explained.

“Ohhh I may or may not have requested that song” Chris Evans confessed while drinking his beer

“What!! Why?!” you yelped

“Oh come on, you know people go crazy when they see you on the screen with that song playing” he smirked

He was right, there was a certain scene in the show you had done where your character is a newly turned vampire, almost dirty dancing with one of the bad boy vampires at a college party. 

“I swear everywhere I go they play that song” you added

“It’s not necessarily a bad thing” Evans said. 

“What show?” Sebastian asked curiously, he had heard about the show but never watched it. Sebastian’s comment added onto the fuel of everyone around you. 

“Out of all people, YOU for sure have to see it, she looks hot” Scarlett motioned over to you

“Scarrrr” you gritted through your teeth. Luckily you were saved by the song playing over the speakers, Feel So Close by Calvin Harris boomed over the place. 

The intro had you moving to the beat, you loved this song, it brought you great memories from when you were part of the Vampire Diaries show

Almost a minute into the song the DJ yelled, “We hear a certain vampire is in the building!! Give it up for (Y/N)!!!!!”

Sure enough they played that certain party scene on the big screen. You and your former costar Ian Somerhalder killing it as vampires dirty dancing.

You felt yourself blushing, embarrassed at the unwanted attention. You turned to Chris Evans who was laughing his ass off while recording your reaction and everyone else.

“Let’s see your famous vampire moves!” the DJ yelled into the microphone

You yelled over to Lizzie and Scarlett, “Too bad I don’t have my friend to dance with me”

You moved your hips stronger to the rhythm of the song, twirling, making the exact moves you did when you had done that certain episode. You were laughing, carefree, having fun almost forgetting about your embarrassment.

Sebastian was paying attention to both you and the scene playing, he had to watch this show he thought to himself. He always thought you were gorgeous but this scene seeing you with blood, fangs, dancing, turned him on more than anything. However he also wished he was the guy who had been dancing with you for that scene.

Your final move was another sway of your hips, in the show you had ran your finger on your costar’s face to wipe some blood, sucking on it. You did the exact same move to Scarlett who acted like she was fanning herself. The boys and Lizzie laughed at your move, the entire place going crazier.

When the song ended, you shoved Evans, “I hate you!!!” you yelled over to him

“Payback’s a bitch sweetheart” he laughed, you shook your head, “ahhh come on, you know that song brings you back to good old times” he added

“I hate to say it but you’re right” you agreed, the song reminded you of great times with your former castmates

“What about it? You and that guy dated” Sebastian asked curiously

“Ian...no he was dating someone else but he’s still a great friend of mine. We had such a blast filming that part, brings me very fun memories from when I did that show” you explained.

After Evans’ little stunt on you, you guys were all dancing around having a great time. 

The next song to come up was Gimme Gimme by ABBA causing you and the girls to go crazy, the boys only laughed enjoying your excitement.

You, Scarlett and Lizzie made a sandwich between each other, all dancing carefree. You all took turns lip syncing, twirling each other.

You yelling “GIMME GIMME GIMME A MAN AFTER MIDNIGHT!!!” with Scarlett and Lizzie doing a supposed back up dancing. 

Sebastian had never seen this side of you, at this moment he really wished you were his girlfriend because he really wanted to kiss you. 

“You should ask her to dance” Robert yelled over to him, motioning to you

Sebastian instantly shook his head, “I can’t...I don’t want to make it awkward plus she’s having fun” he added. 

“Suit yourself” Robert said walking away to get some water

You were all at the lounge for about another two hours, enjoying a night out with each other. 

One of the next songs was I Feel Love by Donna Summer

Sebastian wasn’t going to ask you to dance until he saw you were with Evans’ heading towards the dance floor besides Hemsworth and his wife Elsa dancing next to you and smiling at you both. 

You started to hold Evans’ left hand moving to the beat as it picked up both of you laughing about something. Sebastian looked at Mackie who was smirking at him, “You’ll regret it if you don’t” leaning in closer to Sebastian, “trust me though there’s nothing more going on between those two” he explained referring to you and Chris.

Like clockwork, Sebastian walked over to you and Evans, Lizzie and Scarlett noticed because they called Evans over to dance with them, you were about to follow when you heard Sebastian yell for you. 

“(Y/N), want to dance?” he said smiling shyly

You felt your heart skip a beat, you weren’t sure if it was a good idea because you knew your feelings for Sebastian would probably get worse but you decided to just live in the moment

“Sure!” you yelled, placing your hand onto his, he twirled you first and then you two were moving into a great rhythm to the song

You liked that Sebastian kept you close but still was respectful to your space, its not that you didn’t want to be grinding on him but you also wanted to respect Sebastian. 

At one point he pulled you in close to his face and said, “I really would like to kiss you (Y/N)” 

You looked up at him, you didn’t know what to say at first so you pulled his face down towards yours, playfully licking his nose with your tongue causing him to laugh

“What was that for?” he asked surprised at your action

“I’ve wanted to kiss you too Sebastian” you confessed

With that Sebastian then licked your nose with his tongue while he held your face with both of his hands and then he kissed you passionately. You two kissed each other like there was no tomorrow while still keeping to the beat of Donna Summer’s sultry song.

“Holy shit!!!!” Evans yelled over you two, “fucking finally!!!” he added while the rest of cast cheered you and Sebastian on.

Although the song is almost eight minutes long it felt like two with Sebastian. You two kept dancing, giving each other a few kisses here and there. 

At one point you were all back to your private section again. The final song was 34+35 by Ariana Grande 

“Oh-I love this song!” you yelled

“YOU, innocent (Y/N)?!” Mackie exclaimed

“It’s not that bad” you said defensively 

“Just give me them babieees” you sang loudly but looked at Scarlett, making a come here gesture for her to join you.

You kept singing the song, surprising everyone because you weren’t much into pop let alone a song about explicit sex. The girls joined in including Robert’s wife Susan and Elsa, Hemsworth’s wife.

Sebastian was mesmerized by you in so many ways it drove him crazy.

“Baby, you might need a side belt when I ride it” you acted like you put a seatbelt on, saying your hips like your were riding. 

“I’m living for this” Lizzie chuckled while dancing with you too

“Sebastian...look away” Evans’ said covering Sebastian’s eyes playfully

“Nooo leave him alone” Elsa laughed

After a while, you all started gathering your things to head back to the hotel. Sebastian grabbed your hand, kissing it and smiling at you.

“What” you asked him smiling back

“Nothing, well, would you like to uhm.... go out on a date with me?” he asked you a bit nervous

“I would love to Sebastian” you said

He scrunched his nose in a cute way that he always did when he got nervous or flustered. 

“I can’t wait” he said leaning over to give you a kiss on your forehead

“I told you to ask her to dance” Robert said smiling over at you both.

You were glad that Sebastian had listened.

Summary: Bucky almost loses you on a mission

Sorry this is a long one! Lots of fluffiness though :)

You and Thor were sitting in the back of the conference room horsing around with a thumb war. 

“You’re such a cheater” you discreetly yelled at him. 

“You are mad that I am winning little one” he teased you

“Little one?! Should I demonstrate that I am a strong demigod just as you!” you yelled a bit louder

“Thor, (Y/N)! Keep it down!” Steve yelled over to you two. You received dirty looks from the rest of the crew until you finally calmed down only for you and Thor to start messing around again.

“(Y/N) if you don’t listen so help me-” Tony was the one to yell at you this time. You looked up at him to be met by a stern expression from the genius man. Tony and Thor were your best friends so getting a certain look from either one of them would calm you down

“Sorry Tony” you whispered back to him. 

“As we were saying - for this mission it will be Thor, Sam, (Y/N) and Bucky” Tony listed the names causing you to groan at the last one

“Is there a problem?” Tony asked

“Yes, HIM” you replied motioning to Bucky. Since you two met, Bucky was never nice to you, he either ignored you or always had to critic something about you.

“Well, Wanda and Vision are on their honeymoon so I see this as a team bonding exercise since you two can’t seem to get along” Tony peered at you. 

“I get along with everyone else, he seems to have a problem with me” you replied. 

“Come on doll, it’s one mission, if I can tolerate you everyday, I’m sure you can tolerate me for a few” he said winking at you causing you to roll your eyes back.

“Whatever are we done here” you said getting up from your seat to start packing.

You were settling yourself inside the quinjet, you and Thor were the demigods so you were practically there as an extra asset for Sam and Bucky. 

“Want some cashews?” Bucky offered you, you rolled your eyes at him again.

“No thanks” you said walking away from him to sit next to Thor.

“You know both and I don’t know much about Midgard however I think he likes you” Thor said winking at you

“Please don’t” you quickly replied to his comment

“Ohhh but I know you DO like him, Stark said so himself” at that you scoffed.

“What! No! Damn you Tony, what did he say?” you asked Thor narrowing your eyes at him.

“I overheard you and Stark speaking about him” he said motioning over to Bucky. You remembered that day perfectly.

“I think you have a thing for him, don’t you (Y/N)?” Tony picked on you

“NO! He’s rude, a know-it-all and gosh that stupid long hair needs to be chopped off” you quickly replied defensively while fixing a nanotech knife you had built with Tony.

You turned around to look at Tony who was raising one of his eyebrows at you with a smirk slapped on his face.

“That doesn’t sound very convincing” he chuckled

“I think Manchurian Candidate has a crush on you too but I could be wrong---actually I am never wrong” he continued.

“What do you mean?” you asked curiously

“Well for starters, its like in elementary school, boy likes girl but wants to seem cool so he picks on the said girl which in this case is you” he said poking you with one of his tools

“You don’t see it but he always looks over at you when you are not looking, asks where you are when you are not around, that sort of stuff” Tony explained.

“I mean maybe you two should give it a shot” he shrugged

“Not in a million years Tony” you said walking out of the lab, only to bump into Bucky himself

“He’s never been nice to me so why should I do the same” you told Thor. 

Thor didn’t say anything, you and him leaned back against the wall to take a quick nap before arriving to your destination.

“Hey....we’re two minutes out so suit up” Sam said shaking you out of your sleep gently

“Thank you Sam” you said getting up from your seat to grab your equipment

You grabbed two small pistols placing them on each thigh holster, your earpiece from Sam, you placed your sword behind your back and picked up a rifle to head on out.

“Are you sure you can handle that?” Bucky teased you

“I can handle more than that Barnes” you sternly replied

“That she can Bucky, don’t forget she’s a demigod” Sam said, “I do have to ask though, where did you learn to shoot because I’m sure there aren’t guns on your world” he asked 

“Well I train profusely with Nat so I think I’m pretty set in having the best teacher you can get” you explained, Sam nodded walking out the quinjet to lead the way.

“Okay, on my lead, Buck and (Y/N) you go left, Thor and I will head to the right on my signal.....go” Sam led away

“You have my six right?” Bucky asked you

“No shit, you’re part of the team” you replied, the genuine comment surprising Bucky

“Plus I don’t want to deal with Steve’s reaction if you were to be gone forever” you added

Well that was too good to be true Bucky thought to himself. 

You were both deep inside the building where there was Sokovian evidence about new mutants

You were beside Bucky when you heard a loud gunshot, immediately reacting quicker than Bucky due to your demigod senses, you pushed Bucky out of the way causing you both to fall down to the first level, you felt your left arm break. A bullet had hit you on your left rib, without hesitation you shot back to where the bullet had come from, you had great aim killing the suspect instantly.

You felt pain, worse than what a normal gun shot would feel like. When you took out the bullet to saw that it was Sokovian made, this bullet was different you thought to yourself, this wasn’t going to kill you but you knew it could’ve killed a human being. You felt yourself drifting away into a deep slumber, you could hear Bucky yelling for you.

He got up slowly from the nasty fall, made sure the coast was clear, he then knelt down next to you placing you onto his lap.

“No no, (Y/N) WAKE UP! WAKE UP!” he yelled over at you repeatedly.

You looked up at him giving him a soft smile, “Give this.... to... Wanda, she’ll know” you tried your best to speak and then it all went pitch black.

“Bucky! (Y/N)! You guys okay?” Sam yelled over the earpiece

“I’m okay.....(Y/N) has been hit, she’s...down” Bucky said in disbelief, he couldn’t believe the girl he was in love with was dead and he never got the chance to tell you how he felt about you.

He picked you up cautiously, walking back to the quinjet sadly.

Thor was the first one to look at you, he looked over your wound, opening your vest open. “She’s not dead but we need to take her back quickly” he said to Sam and Bucky

Sam nodded heading to the pilot chair to fly you all back home.

Bucky tried not to cry but his tears betrayed him

“She pushed me out of the way” he sniffed

Thor placed his hand on Bucky’s shoulder to calm him down, “She would have done it for anyone, it’s not your fault” he said sitting down next to him

“I never told her how I felt about her” Bucky whispered

Thor smiled at the sound of him saying that, “I knew it” he teased Bucky

“I’m sure everyone did except her, I was an idiot in not showing it in the correct way” he explained

“She’s not dead Bucky” Thor said.

“How do you know?” he asked

“Well for one, I can hear her heartbeat, it’s very faint. And I’d know if I have lost a best friend” Thor explained. 

The rest of the flight back home was quiet.

“Let me see her!” Tony yelled running over to you.

“She’s not dead Stark but we need to check on her wounds, it’s the one on her left rib and she has a broken left arm” Thor explained

“I called Dr. Cho, she should be here soon” Tony nodded at Thor

Tony looked at you, you looked peacefully asleep, he had felt his heart drop when he heard about you. He couldn’t lose his best friend. He wiped away a tear before pushing you over to the emergency room. Bucky followed quickly behind.

“Barnes you can’t be here” Tony said to him

“I’m not leaving her Stark” he replied firmly. Tony looked over at him, eyeing him up and down, he knew it, he knew Bucky liked you. He would save the teasing for another time though, first he had to save his best friend. 

“She also said to give this to Wanda, that she would know” Bucky said handing over the bullet you had placed in his hands.

Tony looked over at the delicate item, how did something so small take down a demigod like you.

“I’ll call Wanda once (Y/N) is out of the emergency room” Tony confirmed.

After what felt like forever, Dr. Helen Cho finally arrived, she looked over at you, replicating your own cells to heal the wound on your rib, it wouldn’t look the same but it was enough to stabilize you. Once she was done with surgery, they wheeled you to the recovery room.

“She looks like she’s asleep peacefully” Nat sniffed looking at you. 

“Yeah she does, how did it go wrong?” Steve asked

“She took the bullet for Barnes” Nat said, this surprised Steve, he in fact thought that you hated Bucky but he was very appreciative that you would protect his own best friend as if he were yours.

“Don’t look so surprised Steve, she would do this for anyone of us. Besides she has a soft spot for Barnes” Nat smirked

“That I have heard” Steve chuckled. 

“Will you two shut up, I feel bad enough as it it” Bucky interjected

They stood there a little bit longer, Nat and Steve headed out, Nat stopped by Bucky, “You should get cleaned up Barnes, it’ll take a while”

“I’m not leaving until Wanda gets here” he replied, with that Nat left Bucky alone with you.

Wanda and Vis had to cut their honeymoon short

“I’m sorry Wanda but (Y/N) told Bucky about the bullet that hit her, Banner and I have been trying to figure it out but-- I wouldn’t ask you to come back if it wasn’t serious...this is my best friend” Tony choked out at the end. 

“Tony....don’t worry, Vis and I understand, we are heading back , I have a clue on what that bullet could be” she replied calming Tony down over the phone.

Nat and Maria were visiting you again, Maria hadn’t seen you until now. 

“She looks like a sleeping beauty doesn’t she” Nat said, “even with all the debris....maybe we should clean her up, I know she would flip if she saw how dirty she was” Nat laughed at the thought of you

“You’re right, hey Barnes, you have to walk out” Maria ordered him 

“I’m not lea-”

“You have to leave, wait outside for Gods sake, take a shower, she is in good hands and she needs privacy while we clean her up” Nat said

“Fine” Bucky got up from the chair next to you, giving the girls a stinky eye. He quickly went to his room to shower. Although he wouldn’t admit it, the girls were right, he definitely needed a shower. 

Once he was done he went over back to the room they had you in, Nat and Maria were quick to clean you up. Your hair was brushed back, it smelled like subtle lavender, your face was clean and makeup free however your long eyelashes still stood out to him, your clothes were changed. Nat was right, you looked like a sleeping beauty, it hurt his heart though to see you this way. 

Bucky sat down next to you again, Nat handed him a tray with food.

“I know you haven’t ate so here” she said before walking out the door.

Throughout the next few days, everyone else came in to check on you while they weren’t on missions. Thor and Tony checked on you the most, Bucky never left your side unless it was to shower. He felt a sigh of relief when he saw Wanda come inside the room.

“How is she?” Wanda asked looking over at you

“She’s been the same since” Bucky replied

“You look tired Bucky” she said to him, he replied with a faint smile. 

“So what is it?” Tony asked her as he came inside the room followed by Thor.

“The bullet can kill any one of you except-” Wanda was going to explain

“Except demigods and mutants, they use these to knock them out however it sends you into a deep sleep, not a peaceful one though” Banner interjected, he was now followed by Steve, Nat and Clint who had been on leave with his family

“He’s correct” Wanda smiled at him, “Pietro and I never got hit by one of these thankfully”

“So if it’s not a peaceful sleep, why does she look like it is?” Clint asked, “Sorry, I got here as soon as I could”.

“Well it’s more of a battle within, whatever your worst fears are, your past that haunts you, it’s all alive in your sleep” Wanda said

“Oh god” Tony said, he knew what your past was, a traumatic one, you were reliving it and there was nothing they could do about it

“So how do we bring her back?” Bucky asked

“It’s not a how can we its when will she” Wanda said sadly, “I think I may be able to get into her head though, give her some kind of signal” she added

“Sure, it’s not like you haven’t done it before” Nat teased her

“Can you?” Steve asked, Wanda nodded closing her eyes as she placed her hand on your head gently. 

Wanda saw your worst fears; losing Tony, Thor, losing anyone on the team. She saw your past; your dead family, dead friends, everything. She backed out of your head immediately, trying to suppress a cry.

“Honey, it’s okay” Vision soothed her

“She’s going through hell....I have to bring her back” she said, walking over to you again. 

This time she was able to contact you, “(Y/N) you have to wake up, this isn’t real” she explained to you in your dream. 

“I can’t yet Wanda I have to finish this mission” you replied

“There is no mission, you’re in a dream”

“NO.....Tony is gone and I couldn’t save him” you cried out

“It’s a dream....come back to us” Wanda pleaded

“I will Wanda, when I am done here, I will” you said

Wanda was brought back to reality. 

“She’s not ready yet” she said walking out of the room, “she will wake when she is”.

It had been over a month since you were out, everyday the team had a routine to check on you, Bucky never left. 

He was observing you, your eyelashes, he was deep into your face that he didn’t realize you had opened your eyes. 

“(Y/N)?!” he yelped

You looked back at him, fluttering your eyes slowly, sensitive to the light. Then you sat up fast looking over to Bucky, your face in panic.

“Where’s Tony?!” you yelled

“He’s with Pepper” Bucky stammered still recovering from you being suddenly awake

“Don’t bullshit me Barnes, is he alive?!” you said

“Yes! Why would I lie about that, I’ll call him” he said quickly getting his phone out to dial Tony

“She’s awake” was all he said before hanging up

He leaned closer to you, squeezing your hand, “Honey” he said to you

You scoffed at the nickname, “Who are you and what have you done to James Buchanan Barnes?” you asked curiously

Bucky laughed, he slipped at the nickname, “I’m sorry (Y/N)”

After five minutes Tony came into the room, you looked up at him, feeling your breathing come back to normal to see that Bucky wasn’t lying to you.

“Tony” you choked out pulling him in for a tight hug. You felt your tears fall down your face, you were happy to be back after the nightmares you were dreaming of. 

“I dreamt you were gone and there was nothing I could do and it was so awful” you sobbed into his shoulder. Tony soothed you, rubbing your back softly.

“There there, look you are snotting all over my shirt so obviously I am not dead” he joked causing you to laugh. Bucky had missed that laugh more than anything.

“It was so horrible” you said looking back to him

“I know, Wanda explained to us” he replied, “I’m glad to have you back” he said pulling you in for a hug this time

“You know I mainly missed you wanting to kill this one all the time” he said motioning over to Bucky, “Thor and I were here a lot but this one never left your side” he said giving you a kiss on your forehead, “I’ll let the team know you’re awake, Morgan has been dying to see you but we chose it was best for her not to see you in this state, calm down, I’m in one piece” he said heading out. 

You were still crying, so many emotions were all over the place. 

“I’m sorry about this” Bucky said

“What? No this isn’t your fault Bucky” you said

Bucky’s breath hitched at you calling him Bucky, you had never called him that.

“I would do it again if I had to” you added, giving him a small smile.

“She’s BACK!” Thor came in yelling with a bouquet of flowers, “I missed you so much, we have so much to catch up on!”

“How long have I been out for?” you asked afraid to know the answer

“Over a month” Thor said

Each Avenger came in to greet you back to reality. Every single one giving you the strongest hug you had ever received from any of them. Somehow they also each seemed to mention that Bucky had always been there beside you, that was odd to you but you thought back to what Tony and Thor had said, it couldn’t be though. 

“Auntie (Y/N)!!!” Morgan yelled throwing herself onto you, Pepper and Tony were quick to scold her

“It’s okay.....I’m okay guys, I missed you baby Stark” you chuckled at her excitement giving her a kiss on her head, “are you ready for our monthly date, rumor is we are backed up on two now” you said, Morgan nodded as her smile grew bigger. 

Bucky loved how you were always extra gentle with Morgan, he loved seeing you with kids, you were like a magnet to them.

The nightmares came every other night, even though you were out for a month you didn’t feel rested.

You showed up late to your first meeting, apologizing profusely for doing so, everyone was extremely understanding since the word had spread that you were still recovering. 

You were dazing in and out of the briefing, looking over at Thor to your right who would always give you a smile. After the meeting was finally over you asked him, “Hey so baby Stark and I are going to our usual, want to come?” you asked

“I would love to but Jane and I have plans” he said, “but I can cancel them”

“No no don’t do that....you and Jane are back! That’s amazing Thor” you genuinely said, you knew how in love he had been with her. 

“(Y/N) can I talk to you?” you heard Steve call you 

You nodded at him, “Tell me everything once I’m done” you said to Thor.

“Hey Steve, I’m sorry again about being late I’m-”

“Don’t worry I’m not here to scold you, actually I want to thank you for saving Bucky’s life. That could’ve killed him” he said sadly at the end.

You pulled Steve in for a hug, “I would do it again if I had to Rogers, I would like to think that someone would save my best friend too” you said. 

“I gotta go, baby Stark is waiting for me” you smiled

“Usual hangout for you two?” he asked smiling

“Yep, I’ve been away for too long” you walked away to get ready with Morgan

You were saying goodbye to Tony and Pepper while you and Morgan headed out the compound. You bumped into Bucky, to be honest you noticed he was around more but you never thanked him for being by your side.

“Where are you ladies off to?” Bucky asked with a smile

“We’re going to the aquawium and ice cweam Mr. Barnes” Morgan answered, “would you wike to come with us?” she asked 

“I’m sure he has other things to do Morgan” you said politely

Bucky looked over at you and Morgan, then back to Tony and Pepper.

“I’m okay with it” Tony said loud enough for you to hear

You laughed at his comment, “Well Mr. Stark said it was okay...really Bucky you don’t have to” you added

“Actually it would be my pleasure” he replied

“YAY! Auntie (Y/N) and I always have fun” Morgan said

Now the three of you walked towards the car garage, you normally took Pepper’s car since Morgan’s car seat was in it. You buckled her in and were about to get into the drivers side when Bucky stopped you.

“I’ll drive” he said

“I can drive Bucky, I’m not hurt” you replied

“(Y/N), you have a cast on your left arm” he asked pointing at it. To be fair you had indeed forgotten about your broken arm.

“Fineeee Barnes here” you playfully threw the keys at him.

He opened the passenger door for you to get inside the car, as he walked over to the driver’s side Morgan spoke.

“I think he wikes you” she giggled

“Morgan not you too” you laughed

Thankfully she didn’t say anything else once Bucky got inside the car. “So uhmm I don’t even know where we are going” he said a little embarrassed,

“Bless you, well first we’re going to the aquarium and then Dairy Queen” you said

“Off we go” Bucky said putting the car in drive heading towards the aquarium.

The ride to the aquarium was quiet besides Morgan talking away, she was very much like Tony in that sense, Bucky caught onto that. 

“I thought we left Stark back home” he half-heartedly joked

You laughed at that, looking over to him, “We did but we have his mini version back there”

Bucky looked back at you, he looked at you differently, this was the first time either of you had hung out without anyone else on the team being around. Morgan seemed to be enjoying both of your company.

The trip around the aquarium was always fun when it was you and Morgan, having Bucky around only added onto it. He would hold Morgan up to see the fishes closer, you would hold her hand to touch the starfishes, you all walked around like a normal little family.

You were going to take a selfie with Morgan when Bucky offered to take it instead.

“Here stand in front of this glass wall” he advised, Morgan and you complied, you knelt down by her side smiling for the picture.

“I can take a picture for you guys, stand right next to your girls, young man” an older lady said to Bucky. Bucky blushed at the lady, not knowing how to tell her that you guys weren’t together. So he handed her the phone and walked over to you and Morgan, you were trying your best to not laugh.

“You have beautiful women here” she added

“Thank you mam” you replied once she took several pictures of you all.

You took the phone looking at the pictures; you, Morgan and Bucky did in fact look like a cute little family. 

After the aquarium you guys headed off to Dairy Queen, Bucky was going to the local one but you let him know that you and Morgan went to a specific one that overlooked the city.

You all ordered your personal favorite ice creams then walked over to a bench that was on the dock. You sat Morgan between you and Bucky, all three of you quietly overlooking the beautiful skyline sunset. 

“I had fun today, you should come more often Mr. Barnes” Morgan said

“Thank you, I had fun too, call me Bucky” he said to her.

Once you all were done you headed back to the car, Morgan asked you this time if you can sit in the back with her, you agreed to do so, you often did when you were with Tony and Pepper, she called you her car buddy. Somehow you and Morgan dozed off on the way back to the compound. You were awaken gently by Bucky.

“Hey, we’re home” he said softly

You rubbed your eyes, yawning again, smiling at Bucky.

“Sorry I don’t know what happened” you said unbuckling your seatbelt. You got out from the car to carry a sleeping Morgan out to her room. 

“Here I got her, you can lock the car” Bucky said as he placed Morgan into his arms.

You guys walked up to the compound, first to drop off Morgan with Tony and Pepper.

“She’s knocked out, yay” Tony joked as he grabbed his daughter from Bucky. 

“The pictures of you three were so sweet and cute” Pepper said, she pulled you over discreetly, “You two would make a cute couple” causing you to blush.

You all said your goodnights, Bucky walked you over to your own room which was a floor below.

“Thank you for this day, that was a lot of fun” he said to you

“Nahhh its all Morgan, she gets it from Tony” you teased

Bucky stopped you in the middle of the hallway, “Look I’m sorry about always being a dick to you. I thought that by doing so my feelings for you would fade away and they sure didn't’” he laughed nervously, “I can’t thank you enough for saving my life, I will forever be in debt to you. After almost losing you, it scared the fuck out of me” he said trying not to cry, “I realized that I could not live without you so I have to ask, will you forgive me for being a jerk and will you go on a date with me? It’s okay Morgan can come along” he joked causing you to laugh.

“Ehhh I wasn’t too nice to you either, you don’t owe me anything Bucky...like I said I would do it again if I had to. As much as I hate Tony and Thor being right, I like you too Bucky. I want to thank you for being by my side even though I wasn’t there to see it, it helped knowing someone else was there for me too. Yes I will like to go on a date with you” you said smiling back to him.

Bucky knew in that moment that his life would get better with you in it, he couldn’t wait to see what the future held for both of you.

I Don’t Hate You, I Like You

Summary: Sebastian seems to get along with everyone except you. Why is that?

You had the role as Tony’s best friend in the Avengers. You had been part of the MCU since the beginning of the franchise. You always got along with the cast, you were real-life best friends with Chris Evans however there was one exception, Sebastian. No matter what you asked him, he always seemed to only give you one word answers, you weren’t sure as to why since you had always been friendly to him. 

You guys were reuniting for the next installment of the Avengers. You had arrived earlier from your vacation in Australia with Chris Hemsworth and his family whom had invited you to their place in Byron Bay. You were looking for your best friend Chris Evans but had yet to find him however you did spot Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan. They were both alone conversing with each other, you decided to walk up to say hi, you noticed Sebastian was very talkative with Anthony until he saw you coming up to them. You honestly had enough with him always being quiet when you were around, you didn’t want it to be like this again when filming for the next months so you decided to confront him about it. 

“Hey Mackie!” you said pulling him in for a hug, “Hey how’s it going?!” he replied excitedly. 

“Good! I just came back from Australia, hey Sebastian” you said smiling up at him. He whispered a shy “Hi” to you while looking down and away from your eyes. 

“Soooooo I didn’t know THIS man actually talked” you said to Mackie referring to Sebastian. “What do you mean? He talks all the time!” Mackie said. 

“No I have to pull the words out of him when I try to talk to him” you chuckled, you saw Sebastian’s cheeks turn pink but you decided not to comment on it. 

“Well its because he’s my friend” Sebastian replied a little harsher than he intended to. You felt yourself gasp at his response, you didn’t understand why he had always been quiet with you but you didn’t know that he disliked you too. Mackie didn’t say anything, he himself was surprised at Sebastian’s remark to you. 

“I see, so it’s personal. No worries Sebastian, I guess not everyone can get along right” you said cutting him off when he tried to say something else. “Anyways have you guys seen Evans?” you said looking around for any sign of the Bostonian. Luckily he was coming up to you guys just in time to save you from the awkwardness. 

“Heyyyyyy, I’m glad you’re back, you wouldn’t believe the shit that happened to me while you were gone. What’s up guys” he said to you and the boys. 

“Tell me about it over snacks” you said instantly pulling him away with you to head towards the snack bar they had set up. 

“Fucking shit, what the fuck did I ever do to him” you said annoyed to Chris

“What are you talking about?” he asked you confused

“Sebastian, I thought he was shy but no. I basically asked him why he’s quiet with me and he said well Mackie is my friend in like a douche-y tone. I didn’t do shit to him” you rambled on to Chris while you stuffed your face with a chocolate bar. You noticed his lips curve up in a devilish grin. 

“What’s so funny?” you asked him

“You like him don’t you?” he asked. You didn’t like Sebastian, you couldn’t, especially with the way he was towards you. You did think he was a handsome guy and you always felt butterflies whenever you saw him. But no one could know that, not even your best friend. 

“Pfttt no he’s not....no” you said stumbling with your words. 

“Yeah that was convincing” he snorted. 

“Shut up Evans, you’re supposed to be on my side” you said defensively. 

“I am but as a best friend I can also tell you have a thing for him, maybe you should tell him” he said. 

“Oh fuck off, not after what he said to me five minutes ago....but I DON’T like him” you enunciated the last words. 

“You keep telling yourself that sweetheart” he smirked at you. You playfully smacked his shoulder. You turned to look where Sebastian was, he was in the same place you had left him and Mackie. He looked over at you, shyly smiling, you didn’t smile back but returned an eye roll. 

The Following Day

You were all cooped up in a van heading towards Jimmy Kimmel’s show. You were sited in between Evans and Hemsworth. The three of you together were chaos in the best way possible; very loud, slightly obnoxious, childish, but the cast wouldn’t have it any other way. The three of you were uncontrollably laughing about something dumb Evans had said, you were to the point of tears.

Sebastian was on the seat behind you next to Mackie. Mackie had noticed that Sebastian always stole glances your way but he never said anything until now. 

“You know maybe you should tell her how you feel” Mackie whispered to him

“I don’t know what you’re talking about” Sebastian said in his best way to sound nonchalant.

“You know EXACTLY what I am talking about” Mackie said motioning his head to your direction, “plus you should apologize for yesterday, that was a little fucked up” he said. Sebastian nodded his head in agreement, “I will apologize but that is it” he replied. Sebastian did like you, he liked you a lot but was afraid to overstep any boundaries. He hated that he always froze whenever you would try to talk with him and definitely hated himself for how he responded to you yesterday. He felt like an asshole when he saw the look on your face, he didn’t blame you.

“Alright! So you are all going to play musical beers!” Jimmy Kimmel said, next explaining the game. You weren’t much of a beer person but loved to compete so you agreed to participate. 

“Okay so the final team is.....Chris Hemsworth, Robert, and (Y/N)” Kimmel said. 

Robert, Hemsy and you walked to form your group together.

“We’re going to win” Hemsy said excitedly

“You bet your ass” Robert replied. You were going to say something when you heard Evans taunting you, he was paired up with Sebastian and Mackie. You were really hoping that Evans wouldn’t mention anything about you to Sebastian but you weren’t entirely convinced. 

You were going around the circle dancing around when the music stopped, somehow Sebastian mixed up the rules and began to drink from a red solo cup. “Not yet Sebastian!!!” Jimmy yelled at him causing Sebastian to spit out his drink back into the cup, the audience yelled in disgust and laughter. You were laughing about it feeling sorry for the person who would have to drink it.

Ten minutes later it was down to your team and Evans team for the tie breaker. You were moonwalking back and forth when the music abruptly stopped, you realized where you had stopped in front of....Sebastian’s cup. You tried to play it off by slowly moving onto the next part of the circle but Chris Evans being Chris Evans made sure you had to drink it. 

“No, nooo sweetie stay where you are” Chris said to you laughing

You turned around for Hemsworth or Downey for any defense, they looked at you with puppy dog eyes hoping you would do it so you could win.

“Just take one for the team” Downey said

“Right since you’re not the one that’s ABOUT TO DRINK SEBASTIAN’S SPIT!” you said 

“We are ABOUT TO WIN (Y/N)” Downey yelled back

“FINE, YOU OWE ME” you yelled. The chaos with the situation was causing the audience to erupt in laughter and sympathy for your own situation.

You took a deep breath, grabbing the cup off the table, you turned to look Sebastian dead in his eyes and said “Cheers to your spit” before chugging it down quickly. Sebastian stood there frozen, one he felt bad that out of all people it was you, two he didn’t know why he was turned on by how you took it like a champ.

“It wasn’t that bad” you said chuckling, “WE WIN SUCKERS” you said slamming the cup towards Evans who was rolling his eyes even though he knew you would do it to win. 

You, Robert and Hemsworth jumped up and down in excitement for winning, they brought the three of you mini trophies that said ‘Champions of Musical Beers’.

“Yes! And I would love to nominate myself as MVP. It took blood, sweat and spit to win it” you joked. 

Once you were done with the show, you all collectively walked towards the nearest bar. You were deep in conversation with Robert about space shuttles while Evans and Mackie were grilling poor Sebastian about his crush on you. 

“He doesn’t like her, he lovvesss her” Evans taunted, giving Mackie and opportunity to join in, “And the plus side, she’ll drink your spit”

“Can you guys stop” Sebastian said laughing while he ran his hands through his long hair, “I’m in deep shit aren’t I?”, “YEP” Mackie and Evans replied in unison. They came up with a plan to get you and Sebastian alone. 

You walked inside the bar ordering your food while the rest of the cast grabbed a high-top table on the corner of the place. You thought they were there until you only saw Evans drinking the last of his beer there. 

“Where’s everyone else?” you asked looking around, Evans turned to you shrugging. You sat next to him, taking a batch of fries into your mouth, you had done the wrong thing in drinking two cocktails first rather than eating. 

“This is a cool place huh” Chris said taking his food from you, “Yeah it’s neat” you replied. About five minutes later you were finishing up your fries, Evans taking the occasional one when you noticed Sebastian was heading to your table. You rolled your eyes at the sight of him, he caught that. 

“Someone isn’t happy to see me” he commented once he was in front of you and Evans. 

“Mhmmm we’re not friends remember” you replied snarkily

Sebastian sighed, “Look about that I am so so-”

“Save the bullshit, we don’t have to get along. Where’s everyone else?” you asked. 

He shrugged, “Fuck I know, bathroom, upstairs drinking, some left”

“Well I am going to get another drink want one?” you asked Evans directly, he nodded at you. 

“Can I sit with you guys?” Sebastian asked, you looked at Chris who nodded, you shrugged and walked away heading back to the bar. While you waited for your drinks you looked around to see any sign of the rest of your group, no one in sight, where had they gone you asked yourself.

You came back with three drinks, one for you, one for Chris and one for Sebastian, you were annoyed with him but felt bad in not asking if he would like a drink. 

You passed the beers to Chris and Sebastian who politely thanked you and was surprised that you knew what he normally ordered. 

“I’m leaving back to the hotel” Chris abruptly said

“What, you just said you were having a good time here” you replied

“Nahhh I’m getting sleepy, here Sebs you can have my drink” Chris said pushing the beer over to him. He was about to get up from his seat when you grabbed his arm. 

“Wait for me” you said to Chris, you didn’t want to be alone with Sebastian. You didn’t catch Sebastian’s eyes open in panic that their plan was about to fail. 

“(Y/N) you still have your drink and Sebastian doesn’t like those so don’t think about passing it over to him” Chris said. 

You looked over to Chris and then Sebastian, you picked up your cocktail chugging it quickly before hopping off your seat when you toppled over.

“Whoah, one too many” Chris chuckled catching you in time

“Exactly, I will not be here any longer” you said 

“(Y/N), can I talk to you?” Sebastian spoke up loud enough for you to hear. 

“WHy you already said sorry remember” you said annoyed to him

“(Y/N) come on” Chris said in defense

“Why, he clearly doesn’t want to be my friend, so I’m not kissing his ass” you said even more annoyed. Chris looked you dead in the eyes, an expression he didn’t give you often but it basically said to not be an asshole.

“Fine, two minutes” you said to Sebastian

“After you” he said getting up from his seat

“I’ll wait for you outside” Chris said to you

You walked ahead of Sebastian towards the restrooms where it was a bit quieter and more private. You stopped to face him, he leaned on the wall fidgeting with the zipper on his jacket, not saying a word. The alcohol in your system had kicked in because you were feeling extra blunt. 

“Okay, here’s the thing Sebastian. I get along with everyone, I love to hang out with you guys, we work so much and it never feels exhausting. I tried to be your friend the moment I met you, what I did to you I have no fucking clue, but we are not in elementary or high school for you to be a dick to me” you said.

You calling Sebastian a dick irked him, that wasn’t him, he didn’t want you to think that about him.

“I’m not a dick, you’re not entirely nice to me” he said

“That’s bullshit, I tried to talk to you the most polite way. What you want me to get on my fucking knees and suck your dick?!” you said feeling yourself get agitated with him. 

“Uhhhh yes” he blurted out, oh shit he thought. 

“Excuse ME?! Fuck this” you said walking away from him. 

“(Y/N)! Fuck I’m sorry that’s not what I meant, yes I do, noooo, okay shut up for a second Sebastian” he started rambling following you out the bar. You quickly walked towards Chris who had in fact waited for you. The look he saw on your face wasn’t good, he knew he wouldn’t hear the end of it for doing this to you.

“He wants me to suck his fucking dick” you exasperated to Chris. Chris laughed at the comment but was confused to how the conversation went there. 

“(Y/N) stop please” you heard Sebastian say, “What?!” you yelled at him this time. 

“I don’t hate you....I like you. I thought you were fucking gorgeous the moment I met you but I don’t know why you make me so fucking nervous that I freeze, I’m afraid I am going to say the wrong shit like I just did two fucking seconds ago back there. I like you more than a friend and being a dick is not an excuse, I didn’t mean for yesterday to sound mean. I am so sorry and I hope you forgive me” he said exhaling loud at the end.

“Annnnnddd?” Chris added in

“Fuck.... and I hope you would like to go out on a date with me...please” Sebastian said to you more quietly and shy this time. 

“Let me try this first” you said walking to Sebastian, you pulled his face down to yours to kiss him. His lips were soft, the taste of alcohol and the smell of his cologne intoxicated you more than you already were. He kissed you back passionately, cupping his hands around your face, you guys fought over dominating each others tongue until you won by tugging his hair. 

“Uhmmmmm guys” you heard Chris pull you out of your intimate moment. You pulled back to look at him and realized the rest of the cast was there. 

“Well I fucking walked in to an amazing show” Robert joked.

You laughed, feeling yourself blush, you weren’t one for PDA. You turned to look at Sebastian who was blushing just the same. 

“So is that a yes on a date?” he asked you

“Definitely a yes, although I won’t suck your dick” you teased him. He gasped at you saying that out loud in front of the cast.

“Well YET” Lizzie said unexpectedly 

“Lizzie?!?!!” you yelled over to her

“Whatttt? You already drank his spit, swapped it with each other” she said shrugging.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 13 ~ Cleaning

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You were walking ahead of Bucky and Sam, trying your best to clear your head. You hated that you still got flashbacks of events that happened long ago. You were all headed to John’s location. When you arrived at the abandoned train station you were going to walk inside first when Sam held you, “We’ll go in first, stay out here to keep an eye out” he said, you nodded, “Give us ten minutes” he said, “He’s not stable Sam, I’ll give you five”. Sam walked in followed by Bucky who stopped to look at you, he didn’t say anything but he cupped your chin softly before walking inside. 

You paced back and forth, trying to stay calm, you then heard yelling, fighting, clinging, you took it as your cue to go inside. 

You walked in to Sam and Bucky fighting John, John seemed stronger this time. You ran up to John, punching him in the face knocking him back slightly, “You’ve wanted to do this haven’t you” he said to you, “I’ve been dying for a chance to Walker” you replied, you ran towards him holding his arm when he tried to punch you, you threw in a couple more jabs to his face, covering him in his own blood. He used the shield to stop you, hitting you on your ribs with it, you pulled out the knife you had take earlier to tried to stab him but he beat you to it, he took it from your hand and then jabbed it inside the same wound you had on your thigh. He took out another knife, this time stabbing you in your right ribcage, opening the same wound Bucky had done years ago. You yelped in pain, cautiously taking out both knives and throwing them, “I hate you” you gritted, he was about to hit you again when Bucky caught him by surprise, he fought with Bucky while you stabled yourself enough to continue, Sam tagged in with Bucky. After a few moments, Bucky flew across the place slamming against a metal, he wasn’t unconscious but you could tell he was hurt. John tried to whack you with the shield again however you caught it in time, holding it before you whacked it against John’s face. He let it go giving you the opportunity to throw it towards Sam, “Take it” you said to Sam. You approached John, hitting his throat this time, he grabbed the back of your hair, pulling you back, “That’s all you got?” he said, “I’m just getting started” you snarked, you kicked his inner thigh causing him to let you go, he fell on the floor, Sam ran in with the shield hitting him. John then kicked Sam hard enough to knock him down on the floor, you were covered in blood, trying to clean your eyes to see. 

John got on top of Sam, he hovered the shield above him again like he did with the man he killed earlier. You ran close to John, sliding to kick him across the concrete floor, slamming him against a metal shelf. The fight wasn’t over, you knew John took the serum when he got up to fight you again. He hit you hard on your fresh wound causing you to fall over, “That shield doesn’t belong to you!” you yelled to him. “I AM CAPTAIN AMERICA!” he yelled back, “You’re not worth half of what Steve was!”, you were stalling him since you could see Bucky approaching him from behind. Bucky finally hit him hard enough for John to fall onto the ground. Bucky picked up the shield, walked over to Sam and let it cling onto the concrete beside him. He then walked over to you, “(Y/N)? Are you okay?” he asked concerned, he saw the blood dripping out from you ribs and thigh, he put pressure on your thigh causing you to wince, “Buck....” you softly said, you weren’t critical but the injuries had overwhelmed you, “Talk to me” Bucky said, “I’m fine....check on Sam”, “I’m okay” Sam yelled over, he was still on the floor. “He’s okay, you on the other hand....baby” he whispered the last word, he kissed you on your forehead, “I’m going to pick you up slowly okay” he said, you nodded your head, using one of your hands to leverage yourself up. When you stood up you felt dizzy, you stumbled but Bucky held you tighter to him, “I got you, here this should be better” he said this time picking you up onto his arms. “I’m fine Bucky” you said weakly, “No you’re not, stop bullshitting me (Y/N)” he replied, “We can’t leave Sam behind” you said, “He’ll be okay, we have to take care of you first”, you didn’t argue as you could feel yourself getting sleepy, “Hey nah uh don’t go to sleep, where’s your place here?” Bucky asked, “How do you-”, “I’m more observant than you think, where is it?” he said, you finally told him where it was.

Bucky carried you until you were arrived inside your place, he took you in the bathroom setting you on top of the toilet. “Okay, we have to clean your wounds so stay still” Bucky said grabbing a first aid kid, “I need you to take your shirt and pants off (Y/N)”, “You can’t buy me dinner first?” you joked, you saw him blush, “Come on, I didn’t mean it that way. Not that I don’t want to see you, I definitely want to see you---just help me take this off” he stuttered. You lifted your shirt up and kicked off your jeans, Bucky winced at all the blood on your body, he hated Walker for what he had done to you, he couldn’t imagine his life without you. “It’s not as bad as it looks Bucky, it’ll heal on its own quicker than you will” you explained to him, “Doesn’t mean it’s right, why didn’t you wear your uniform?”, “Karli wouldn’t have taken me serious on us wanting to talk” you said. “This will sting for a bit...sorry” Bucky said placing the sanitizer on your open wounds, you yelped lightly at the pain. He started with the major injuries then moved over to the ones on your face, he would look over at you every once in a while, it had been a minute since he had been this close to your face, he was so in love with you it hurt. He then helped you clean your hair too since John had messed it up, after about fifteen minutes of cleaning Bucky placed you on your bed while he went to clean himself up. You had dozed into a deep slumber, the nightmares hitting you again.

“Stop, you’re going to kill him!” you cried in desperation pushing Steve back, “I’m not going to ask again Rogers!” you said holding him against the wall. “He’s my friend” he said to you. “That shield doesn’t belong to you! My father made that shield” Tony yelled over to Steve, you looked into Tony’s eyes when you heard the metal cling against the floor. “Tony....Tony...please don’t do this....you CAN’T leave” you pleaded, Tony sat on the floor, exhausted, burned. He pointed to your heart and smiled. 

You woke up breathing hard, forgetting where you were for a minute, you looked at your window to see that it was still dark out, you looked around for Bucky, no where in sight. You got out from your bed carefully walking to your living room to find Bucky asleep on your couch. You softly moved him, “Bucky” you whispered, he didn’t move but you could hear him mumbling and then shaking, “Bucky” you said louder, this time he woke up, he looked up at you slightly confused. “What?” he said in a sleepy voice, “Why are you on the couch?”, “Because I didn’t want to impose”, “No I meant there’s another room for you to sleep in” you teased him, he chuckled at you, “You’re a brat sometimes you know that” he said, “You seem to like this brat though” you replied, “Whatever, can I try to go back to sleep now?”, “No you’re sleeping with me” you halted at the sound of it, hoping his gears weren’t turning in that direction but you were wrong, “Wow you can’t buy me dinner first, is that how you demigods do it then?” he teased, you lightly punched him on his shoulder, “Shut up, come on, I’ll share my bed with you” you said. 

He got up from the couch following you to your bedroom, “Thanks for helping me...clean up” you said, “Any time, not that I like seeing you injured but anytime” he said. You both laid under your blankets turning to face each other, “I can’t believe Walker took the serum” you said, “I wonder what will happen to him when he returns to the States” Bucky replied, “Yeah, should be fun for him”. You guys didn’t say another word for a minute, now that you thought about it, it felt weird to have someone else in your bed. “What?” Bucky asked you, “I didn’t say anything”, “No but your mind is racing somewhere” he explained, “Nothing I’m just... I don’t know, I’m tired” you joked, “Uhhh huh, I don’t believe you” he said narrowing his eyes at you, “Fine, I haven’t shared my bed with anyone in a long time” you shared. He observed you, “Well I feel special, I can say the same thing” he smiled at you, “(Y/N), I think you should try to see someone to talk about your nightmares” he said cautiously, “I don’t think anyone in this world can understand what I’ve been through, besides I think someone from this realm deserves that spot more than I do” you explained to him, “You need to put yourself first for once” Bucky said, “Like you right” you joked to him, “Hey I am trying alright. Look I know the whole Stark thing is a touchy subject especially coming from me but if you ever want to talk about it, I am here”, “Thank you Bucky, I appreciate it”. He started giggling, “What?” you asked, “Don’t get mad at me but you sounded like Tony when you were yelling at John about the shield”, “I did didn’t I, uhhhh it was so nice to kick John’s ass”, “Touche”, with that you both fell asleep, both without nightmares for once.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 12 ~ Flashbacks

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You had gone on your own to check out how part of the Stark Industries in Europe was doing, meantime Sam, Bucky and Zemo were going to see where they could find Karli. You would meet them later to see what information they had gathered. 

When the whole situation in Sokovia had occurred you had pitched Tony the idea of starting up small Stark Industries to aid the citizens who had been affected by it. Tony had thought it was an amazing idea, he fully entrusted part of these estates for you to watch over and hopefully expand them. Over your time on Earth, working for the Starks and then becoming a partner with them led you to become very fortunate in your finances, you weren’t a billionaire but you were very close to it. Additionally, you had learned to invest in various things along with keeping safehouses throughout the world for when trouble came around. Out of the Avengers, some had an idea about you expenses but only Tony and Thor knew how rich you were. 

You were almost done with checking out the place when you felt your phone buzzing, you took it out of your pocket to see that it was Sam. “Hey Sam, is everything okay?” you asked him, “Sort of, we found Karli and the serum....we lost it though, both of them”, “Okay, so now what?”, “We’re heading back to Zemo’s to see where to go from there”, “Okay, I’ll be there soon, thanks Sam”. 

You arrived at Zemo’s a few minutes after they had, Zemo was on the couch drinking as usual, Sam was sitting on the table, Bucky wasn’t in sight. You sat on the seat across from Sam, listening to what Zemo and Sam were talking about. 

“You can not allow for her and her acolytes to become yet another faction of gods amongst real people, Super Soldiers can not be allowed to exist” Zemo was saying, Sam motioned over to you “Isn’t that how gods talk?”, you smirked at him, he continued to talk to Zemo, “And if that’s how you feel, what about Bucky?”, “And me?” you added in, “not that I care about what you think Zemo, I know you’re against it however Super Soldiers and demigods exist.....not all of us are evil” you said to him. He turned over to look at you, “That I am reconsidering”. A few seconds later, Bucky came strolling in. 

“Something’s not right about Walker” Bucky stated heading straight to the kitchen to pour himself a drink. “You don’t say” Sam replied, “Well I know a crazy when I see one. Because I am crazy” Bucky said, “you shouldn’t of given him the shield” he added. Sam rolled his eyes, “I didn’t give it to him”, “Well Steve definitely didn’t” Bucky snarked. “Bucky come on....” you said trying to ease this conversation, “what did I miss on Walker?” you asked them, looking at Sam, “He’s....different, I can’t pinpoint what it is”, “Well there’s a long list to start with” you teased him. 

The entrance doors opened revealing John Walker himself and his friend Lemar barging inside. “All right. That’s it. Let’s go. I am now ordering you to turn him over” John declared to you all. You got up from your seat walking over to John, “I don’t have to take orders from you, I didn’t take any from Steve so I definitely won’t take any from you”. Sam got up from his chair next walking over to stand by you, he told John about how he ruined the situation when he was talking one-on-one with Karli. John didn’t like that neither of you were making any moves in listening to his orders. “Should I put down the shield? Make it fair?” he threatened, well at least tried to. You chuckled at his attempt, “Be my guest Walker, I would love to take you on, shouldn’t be a problem” you asserted to him. 

Before you knew it a spear flew straight into the place landing on one of the pillars, the Dora Milaje. You looked around to see one on the corner, two more coming in from the entrance. They said something in Xhosa, you weren’t fluent in it but picked up a few words, “Means to your end”, who they meant you weren’t sure, could be Zemo since he did murder their King.

“Release him to us now” she demanded, “John Walker, Captain America” John introduced himself. You rolled your eyes, it took a lot for you to not like someone and John was the prime example of not liking someone. You heard him trying to take over the situation against the Dora Milaje and then he was dumb enough to touch one of them on their shoulder. 

You next saw John get hit on the face by her spear, next his chest, then his knee, being knocked down to the floor, and then thrown onto his back hitting another spear. Lemar joined in the fight next, it wasn’t looking good for the duo, you smirked walking over to Bucky grabbing the decanter from his hand to pour yourself a drink to enjoy the show. 

“We should do something” Sam said to you and Bucky, “I am...I’m enjoying this” you said motioning to the occurring chaos while sipping your drink. “(Y/N)” Sam said sternly, “Sam, I’m not the one who started this”, “You’re right but you can finish this fight”.

“Looking strong John!” Bucky yelled over them. “Bucky.....(Y/N)” Sam said aggravated. Bucky got in first, “Ayo” he said to one of them, you walked over to the two who were beating up poor Lemar. You grabbed the spear of one, holding her back, “I really don’t want to do this” you said to her apologetically, you took the spear away pushing her against the wall. You felt a hard pain hit you on your back, turning over to see the other woman hitting you with her own spear, she was coming to hit you again when you grabbed the woman in front of you and threw her over to her partner. Sam jumped in next to help you with the two woman, not that you needed any but it was nice to fight by his side this time. 

One of them noticed that Zemo was nowhere to be seen, you walked over to a distraught Bucky without his metal arm. “Did you know they could do that?” Sam asked him, Bucky looked over to you and him sadly replied, “No”. He put his metal arm back into place, turning it around quickly to lock it in. Sam, Bucky and you walked past Lemar and another distraught looking person, John. You didn’t exchange any words with them as you walked out the place, you did overhear John say, “They weren’t even Super Soldiers” referring to the Dora Milaje. 

You were walking down the street with Bucky and Sam when Sam’s phone rang, it was his sister Sarah. You could hear Sarah explaining to Sam that Karli had called to threaten her, Karli wanted to speak to Sam. “She said to come alone” Sam said to you both, “Like that’ll happen, Sam we’re coming with you” you said to him.

Bucky and Sam walked in to the location Karli had sent Sam to meet with her. You walked in on the second level, you could see Karli on your same floor waiting for Sam. Sam and Bucky walked up onto the second level with you.

“I see you uhm didn’t come alone” Karli said to Sam. You walked up behind her, “Right, because you did Karli?” asking her rhetorically. She turned around to face you, “Are YOU working for John?” she asked you. You scoffed at the question, “Not in a million years, if I didn’t work for Steve Rogers, you think I would work for someone like that?”, “You did work for Tony Stark” she threw at you. You hated when people attempted to pit Tony against you, you smiled softly, looking over at Sam before turning your focus on Karli. “Don’t throw him into this. I didn’t work FOR Tony, I worked WITH him, there’s a difference”, “A military weapons contractor right” Karli said, “No, you didn’t know the real Tony Stark, you knew the idea of Tony, the Tony that the media loved to portray as an antagonist”, “Maybe he was”, “Right, the man who sacrificed himself for a world that never appreciated him, kind of like YOU right Karli? You’re this....” you walked around her slowly, “...this supremacist, terrorist, who kills innocent people”, “It’s not like that” she insisted, “I know it’s not but that’s what I would believe if I was easily influenced by the media, I don’t know what to believe anymore since you threatened Sam’s sister” you said to her, she looked over to Sam. “I would never hurt her” she said genuinely, “But how can we believe that Karli” you said to her, “I’ll make sure you don’t even get near her or her family” you added, “You can’t fight me” she said to you, you leaned back against the wall, “Actually I can, see...your ten Super friends and you aren’t even half of what I am....it won’t be the first time I take down Super Soldiers on my own, so let’s be clear about this Karli, if you hurt any of these men or their families, I will come to you, I will go through any man, woman, or child that knows you and I will save you for last” you threatened her, you put a hand on her shoulder, “now, Sam was here to talk to you” you walked over next to Bucky listening to Sam and Karli’s conversation. 

You heard Sharon on the earpiece say that they both found John Walker. Bucky jumped onto the first level but was hit by Karli kicking him down. Sam flew down next while you jumped to knock Karli down to the floor. Bucky got up, “I’ll send you two the location, go!” Sam said, flying out of the building, you and Bucky ran fast heading towards Sam’s direction. 

You and Bucky arrived at the venue where John was, you both separated taking your own different paths to look for John and Sam. You walked into a room where Sam and John were fighting three Super Soldiers. You ran up to one Super Soldier, hitting them from the back, slamming their face onto the floor, knocking them out. Bucky ran in to fight another Super Soldier that had come inside the room. Then a different one came into your view, pulling out a knife, “Why are you Super Soldiers so obsessed with knives” you yelled over to Bucky. You and the strange Super Soldier ran towards each other, they stuck the knife into your right thigh causing you to groan, you took it out from your thigh, using the knife against them. You grabbed them by the collar, pitting them against the wall with your right arm while using your left hand to puncture them with the knife. You had heard Karli and Lemar fighting and then you saw Lemar flying towards one of the pillars, his neck snapping, instantly killing him. 

John walked over to a lifeless Lemar sitting upright on the floor. “Hey, hey, Lemar, Lemar!” John said to him trying to wake him up. You froze watching John with Lemar, it reminded you of when you lost Tony, your best friend. You didn’t hear Sam or Bucky calling for you, you felt someone grab your shoulder, it was Sam. “(Y/N) we have to go” Sam said, “Sam we can’t leave his body here” you said almost in tears, “We HAVE to go” Sam insisted, you nodded to him following him and Bucky out of the building. 

“We have to find Walker” you said to them, “I can’t believe Lemar is dead”. You heard a scream on the corner of the street, the three of you ran. When you turned the corner, there was John beating the shit out of one of the Super Soldiers with the shield, this time it reminded you of when Steve was hitting Tony on his chest. 

You ran up to the two of them, hearing Bucky call your name but you ignored him. “You’re killing him!” you yelled at John, kneeling beside the unconscious man, John was about to hit him again when you stopped the shield with your own hands, “it wasn’t him John” you gritted pushing the shield onto the ground. John immediately picked it up, the bottom of the shield was dipped in blood. John walked away, you were left on the floor, frozen in thought, memories flashing back to you. Again you didn’t hear anyone call your name until you felt someone grab your shoulder, you looked up to see Bucky this time, he said something to you but you couldn’t comprehend it, “What?” you whispered to him, “I said are you hurt?” he repeated, you shook your head, slowly getting up from the floor. You looked down to see your hands covered in blood, you wiped it away with your own clothes, you hadn’t realized you were crying until you tasted the saltiness on your lips.

Eyes On Fire

Summary: You’re watching an episode of The Vampire Diaries with Sebastian. 

You were sitting on the far end of a couch next to Lizzie and Scarlett, Chris Evans was on the floor between you and Lizzie’s feet while Mackie and Sebastian were on the other couch on your left(no pun intended). You were all taking a break after a long day of filming. At the moment The Vampire Diaries was the most popular show airing, the fourth new season had been released, so you were all watching it collectively. You and Sebastian weren’t dating but there was definitely some tension between you two, you however never would take it further since you knew you couldn’t hook up without catching feelings. Sebastian had been wanting to ask you out but was too shy to do so since he thought he wouldn’t be your type, his shy side however seemed to disappear when you two would playfully banter. 

The main character from the show Elena had recently become a vampire and had hooked up with Damon Salvatore. You had a huge crush on Ian Somerhalder, the actor who played Damon, you weren’t afraid to share that. 

“I would seriously die if I met him” you said unbashful, “I don’t blame you” Lizzie said, followed by Scarlett nodding her head. You heard Chris below you smirk, “Ohh come on he’s not that good looking-”, “Are you serious, you need glasses, LOOK at him Evans, he’s fucking hot, I can’t” you defensively replied, “Chris is right, he’s not that good looking” Sebastian added, turning over to look at you, “Oh here we go again” Mackie huffed, signaling that you and Sebastian were about to debate again. “No no, I’m enjoying this episode so I’ll be quiet...for now” you said. 

Ian’s character Damon’s fangs came out while he was hooking up again with Elena, “Hey Sebastian....you’re from Romania right?” you asked him, “Mhmmm”, “You know how vampires supposedly descended from there and well YOU’RE from there soooo do you have any friends who could be my Damon?” you asked him while raising your eyebrow at him. You heard Mackie and Evans burst out in laughter, “What’s so funny?” Sebastian asked them, “I thought she was going to ask YOU to turn her into a vampire” Mackie said, “Me too” Evans shared. 

At this point the episode was getting steamy while the song Eyes On Fire by Blue Foundation played, “I will not ever hear this song and not think about this instead of Twilight, holy shit” you said, you hadn’t realized it but your mouth was slightly open at the two actors hooking up. Mackie caught you and elbowed Sebastian, causing Sebastian to look at you and roll his eyes. “Can you be anymore obvious about your crush for him?” he stated to you. “Is someone jealous? Damn I don’t know if I should be a little frightened about the fangs during sex or turned on by it” you shared. 

“You know....Seabass over here can turn you into a vampire” Mackie said to you, “Ehhhh I’m not HIS type so he wouldn’t” you replied, this time you heard everyone but Sebastian giggle like little kids. 

“Not MY type, what do you mean?” Sebastian asked, you honestly didn’t want to get into that conversation so you came up with an excuse, “We are not having this conversation at the moment because I’m very much enjoying this hot vampire sex so be quiet” you said to him, “Make me then” Sebastian retorted, “Make you what?”, “Make me shut up (Y/N)” he said winking at you, that caused butterflies in your stomach. To be honest the steamy scene playing in front of you had you growing wet down there but hearing Sebastian ask you to make him shut up didn’t help the situation at all. 

“Of course, you’re too scared of me, I knew it” Sebastian continued to try to aggravate you, “Shut up, we are trying to watch this Sebastian” you said sternly. The others didn’t care about the episode, they were more caught up on what would happen next between you and Sebastian, “I said make me doll but you didn’t do anything” he smirked at you. You rolled your eyes at him doing your best to ignore him. 

“That’s what I thought” he said a few moments later. Now or never you said to yourself. “Okay...” you said as a matter-of-factly getting up from your end of the couch, skipping over Chris’ legs. “Sorry for this Mackie” you said quickly. You got on top of Sebastian legs, straddling him, not even giving him even a second to register what was happening. You tugged his hair gently with one hand while using the other hand to squeeze his chin in order to pull his lips onto yours. You instantly used your tongue to touch his, you heard Sebastian groan, he moved his hands onto your back before using one of his hands to touch your soft hair. You heard everyone around you cheer for you two, Mackie was losing it since he was right next to you both. You grinded your hips onto his for a bit but stopped once you felt him get hard. Then suddenly you stopped, pulling his face back by his hair. “That shut you up didn’t it?” you said to him, smirking at him this time. 

Sure enough, Sebastian was at loss for words, he didn’t know if what happened was real or one of his dreams about you. He kept looking at your face, seeing the smirk slapped across your face, you had won this time. You got up from his lap to walk away to get a breath of fresh air. 

“Welll.... are you going after her or what because you are definitely her type” Mackie teasingly said him.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 11~ Memories

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You had gone inside Zemo’s home with Sam and Zemo while you waited for Bucky to return. Zemo went towards the kitchen, Sam and you sat on the couches adjacent to each other. 

“You know I don’t want to push it but you and Stark almost got hitched?” Sam cautiously asked you, “You caught that comment from Walker huh?” you asked, Sam nodded, “You don’t have to talk about it but that did catch me off guard, I-” Sam was interrupted by Bucky coming in the house. 

“You weren’t followed?” Zemo asked Bucky, “No, I know when I am being followed” Bucky replied, he then sat next to you on the couch. 

“What?” Bucky asked you and Sam, “Nothing, Sam was asking about Tony and I almost married each other” you said, “Uh huh, about that - HOW?” Bucky asked, “I would love to get my tea ready for this” Zemo added. 

You stayed silent for a few seconds trying to contemplate how to explain everything quickly and efficiently. “I met Howard right before World War two started, women weren’t allowed to enlist unless it was for nursing, I wasn’t interested in that, I wanted to fight. Howard gave me a job to work for him, I was at the Stark Expo in New York when they were trying to find someone to test the serum on--”, “--WAIT, YOU were at the Stark Expo that year?” Bucky asked you, “Yes”, “You were there for the flying car part?” he said smirking, “Yes, wait YOU were there Bucky?!”, “Of course, it was my last night before I got shipped out to England” he said, “That’s crazy I-”, “You weren’t the girl that Howard kissed?”, he asked narrowing his eyes, “Eww God no, Howard and I never had that kind of relationship” you said. 

“Okay, so you both happened to be at the same place” Sam asked, referring to you to continue, “Yes, that’s crazy, it was so long ago. Anyway, Howard and I continued to work, he was an amazing man, Tony was so much like him in that sense. That all changed when Steve...you know....got lost in the ocean. Howard’s demeanor changed, I left to work in Europe, I owed him so much but we lost contact for a while. When we got back in touch, I met Tony a few years before the whole incident” you said in a low voice at the end, looking quickly at Bucky, “Right” Bucky said, “me killing the Starks’”. 

“Yeahhhh, I met Tony and we instantly clicked”, “So you dated?” Sam asked chuckling, “Not exactly, no...see here’s the thing, Howard knew a bit about my past, he knew I wasn’t from here but never pushed to know more. Tony on the other hand was an annoying guy who wanted to know and then knew everything there was about me. Before Thor came along, Tony was the closest person to me. Tony knew where I came from, who I lost, how old I was...I mean EVERYTHING. He was a wild child and he brought that out in me, I was more of his balance, Howard and Maria would say that whenever I was around, Tony was different. Don’t get me wrong Tony and I definitely butted heads, he was stubborn like me, he didn’t change for me but he knew where the line was. So Howard and Maria pressured us to marry one another and continue the Stark ‘legacy’, Tony was the only one who knew about me not being able to have kids so he kept pushing the wedding back, I was going to go along with it but I couldn’t, I loved Tony and he deserved to be with someone he was in love with and could give him that when he was ready. They signed the papers and everything but Tony and I didn’t because I refused. We stayed the best of friends though, when Howard and Maria passed, I was there for him, he kind of resented me for a while because I knew his father better than him so we went our separate ways, when I came back, Pepper came into the picture, and Tony was different, in a much better way, he was in love with her but at the time too stupid to realize it” you said laughing”

You stayed quiet thinking about how much you miss Tony. “He was one of my greatest friends, losing him hasn’t been easy” you said sadly, “So you and Tony.....you know” Sam asked curiously, “No, Tony and I only shared a kiss, believe me I wanted to, the man was handsome and charming but we didn’t want to ruin our friendship” you explained. You heard Bucky sigh in relief, “I am sorry about your loss (Y/N), I know it hasn’t been easy” Sam said, “Thank you, I really wish ALL of you would have had the chance to actually know Tony” you said looking directly at each one, “maybe then, you would’ve understood why I had his back no matter what” you stood up from the couch to get a glass of water, “God I really miss him, I wish I could see him even to hear his witty comments, to know he is okay” you added.

About half an hour later you were all still sitting there silently, lost in thought. Zemo was in the kitchen, Sam on the same couch, you had laid down on the other couch, putting your feet on Bucky’s thighs, he looked over at you and smiled, he hadn’t known the whole truth behind you and Tony, to be honest he had thought you had been friends with benefits. Sam turned to his phone to play some music, then you stopped breathing when you heard the sweet melody of Fade Into You by Mazzy Star play next on shuffle. You felt your heart skip a beat, memories flashing back to you.....

“Hey (Y/N), what are you doing up so late?” Tony asked you, “I could ask you the same thing....I’m hungry” you admitted shyly. “So you’re baking cookies while listening to music?” Tony asked, “Yes....it was too quiet” you were waiting for the cookies on the rack to be cooled. Tony sat on the counter, dangling his feet like a kid, looking over at you, “What’s wrong? And don’t say nothing because I know that is bullshit” he said, you rolled your eyes at him, “I can’t marry you Tony”, “OUCH” he scoffed at you, “I....I would love to marry you but Tony... I can’t give you kids”, “So? There’s more to life than kids (Y/N)”, “Tony we love each other but we are not IN love with each other, I can’t take that away from you” you explained to him. He looked at you, understanding what you meant. Fade Into You was playing in the background, he got off the counter, taking a cookie and biting a piece off of it before offering it to you, he took one of your hands into his, while placing his other hand on your lower back, you guys swayed slowly to the song, “Promise me something” he said, “Depends on what” you joked to him, “No matter what, we’ll always have each others back” he said, “we won’t lose contact, what happens in our lives, who we meet, we’ll always be there for each other” he continued but this time looked down into your eyes. “I’ll have your back no matter what Tony” you said looking up at him, “Good because I’ll always have yours (Y/N)” he said leaning in to give you a peck on the lips. It hadn’t been the first time you had kissed but it seemed like it. “You know this is one of those moments where you’ll hear this song and I will be the person you think of and if we’re ever apart or you know miss me, this song will mean that I am there with you” Tony said to you in a joking way, “Oh shut up” you teased back. But Tony was right, every time you had heard that song, it reminded you of him.

You hadn’t realized that tears were streaming down your face, it had been the first time you had heard this song since Tony had passed. “You okay?” Bucky asked you, softly squeezing your ankle. “Yeah, this song just reminds me of him” you said then explaining the memory of you and Tony dancing in the middle of the kitchen. “You know we ended up ripping the certificate in half and then signed our names on it before giving it to each other” you laughed at the memory, “You two were weird huh?” Sam asked in a playful way, “Yeah you can say that”, “You still have it?” Bucky asked, “I don’t know, I’ve moved around so many times I’m not sure where it is in my stuff” you admitted. Bucky didn’t know you entirely like Tony had, but he hoped that one day, you two would have that kind of relationship but the one that would lead to an actual marriage.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 10 ~ Zemo

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You had refused to go meet Zemo where he had been locked up, Sam told you that Bucky didn’t even let him go to see Zemo. You were chilling with Sam when Bucky called you to meet him in some secret location. 

“What do you think Zemo told him?” Sam asked you on the way there. “I don’t know, to be honest I don’t care, Zemo is part of the reason why the Avengers...you know...fell apart” you said, “I get that but he does know about HYDRA and all that, I guess we shall see” Sam said. 

You and Sam walked inside a garage where Bucky had been waiting for the both of you. 

“So?” Sam asked, “Hypothetically speaking...” Bucky said, he then started explaining about someone being able to break out easily from prison. You were putting two and two together, hoping you were wrong. “When you say hypothetically, what do you-” you were going to ask Bucky however you were interrupted by someone else walking into the garage. You squinted your eyes, blinking constantly to make sure you were seeing the correct person standing in front of you, Zemo.

“Are you out of your mind?!” Sam yelled at Bucky, you were too in shock to see Zemo after all these years. You walked over to him, a deathful glare on your face, “Zemo, there’s not a barricade between us now” you spat at him, “(Y/N), please come here” Bucky asked you. “I can’t believe you Bucky” you kept saying to him, meanwhile Sam was going on about how the Wakandans will come after Zemo as well.

“Sam, you had Steve’s back all these years, being on the run and stuck out your neck for ME” Bucky said, “I’m asking you to do it again please”, Sam didn’t say anything else, only slightly nodded his head. 

Bucky then turned to you, his face had a softer look, “(Y/N)...”, “I didn’t stick out my neck for you or Steve soooo..” you said to him, “I know, you had your reasons, why you were loyal to Stark no matter what I don’t know why, what kind of friendship you guys had I don’t know and don’t care, I know I’m not ....Tony Stark but I’m asking you to please trust me” he said, you stayed silent for a few minutes, looking over at Sam and Bucky then at Zemo, you sighed, “Okay but if he pulls anything I will not hesitate” you said, “Really though Bucky, I want to punch you” you said walking away to follow Zemo out of the garage. “That went more well than I thought” you heard Bucky say to Sam, “Don’t push it!” you yelled.

The four of you headed toward Zemo’s private plane, apparently he was a very rich man, “I’m a Baron, my family came from royalty until your friends and you decided to blow up my country” Zemo said, all you did was roll your eyes. 

You sat down across from Zemo, looking around the plane, to be honest you didn’t feel safe but you wanted to trust Bucky and seeing Sam being okay eased you. Bucky got aggravated when Zemo asked about a name in his little book, according to Sam it first was Steve’s notepad until he gifted it to Bucky. You realized that the names on there were people Bucky wanted to make amends with, you looked over Bucky’s shoulder to get a skim of the names, you didn’t recognize any of them. 

“We have to change to look the part, we’re heading to Madripoor” Zemo said, it had been almost a century since you had gone to that place, for good reason, it was a lawless place. 

Zemo helped the guys with changing their outfits, “I didn’t bring anything with me” you said to Zemo, “Follow me” he said, you got up to follow him into the closet, “You will wear....ahh this” he said showing you a burgundy fitted dress, the length stopped at mid thigh, with a low cleavage, however it did have long sleeves, it was beautiful but you didn’t say that to Zemo. You changed in the closet, changing your boots for black high heels. Walking back towards your seat, you could feel Bucky’s eyes on you, looking you up and down subtly since you weren’t much for dressing with tight and revealing clothes. Sam caught the way Bucky was looking at you, he couldn’t wait to tease Bucky about it later. 

“You have the same fashion sense for women as Tony Stark” you said to Zemo, this time he was the one to roll his eyes at you.

The plane landed on the other side of town, giving you all time to arrive in the city without looking suspicious. You stood beside Sam while you waited for a car to pick you guys up, it would then take you into town. Zemo had warned you all to be on your best, there was no room for error especially in Madripoor. Once the car arrived, you got in the back with Sam and Bucky, taking the middle seat. You were slightly nervous, lightly bouncing your right leg when you felt Bucky’s hand on your knee, he didn’t say anything to you but gave you a soft smile.

You walked inside a packed bar, heading straight to get a drink. The bartender made Sam a drink that was the usual for the person that Sam was impersonating. Unfortunately it had a piece of snake in it as the bartender literally opened it in front of you to prep the drink for Sam. 

“Mhmmm, didn’t you say you wanted to try this next time you came here” Sam said to you, you looked at Sam hoping that he was kidding, you were going to decline but remembered about what Zemo said, “Right, you’re right, I didn’t think it would be so soon, I’ll have the same” you said to the bartender. While he made the drink for you, you intensely stared back at Sam who was smirking. You grabbed the drink taking a deep breath, clinking your glass with Sam’s before chugging it, it was the most disgusting thing as you could feel the slime-y texture slide down your throat. “Can I have one of those” you asked the bartender, pointing to whiskey, you took a shot to take away the aftertaste of the original drink. 

A stranger walked up to Zemo whispering something in his ear, then Zemo whispered something to Bucky. Zemo then spoke in Russian to Bucky, Bucky looked over at you and within a few moments he moved quickly to grab the stranger’s neck, he moved him over pushing him onto a table until Zemo whispered to him again. Sam walked over to put his hand on Bucky but let go when Zemo looked at him. All you did was observe around you just in case it all went downhill. “Selby will see you” the bartender suddenly announced. Bucky pulled back, you heard Sam check in on him while you walked ahead following Zemo. Acting like the Winter Soldier couldn’t have been easy for him.

You were led into a private room, where this Selby person was meeting you all. She was an older woman with short platinum blonde hair, she looked evil. She eyed you up and down, “You look exactly like (Y/N)” she said to you close to your face. You didn’t say anything since Zemo immediately asked her about the serum, she gave him a name, Nagel. Zemo offered Bucky to her, she smiled, “If I get the girl too” she said standing up to look at you again, “I would be unstoppable if I had these two” she continued motioning to you and Bucky, “You would be a dangerous duo, you...I know about your past and you my dear.....a doppelganger of (Y/N), a stunning woman....is a dangerous one” she said running her finger along your collarbone. Sam’s cell vibrated loudly interrupting the conversation, “Answer it...on speaker” she said to Sam. It was his sister, the conversation was going well, she was talking about an incident at the bank, until she had to say Sam’s name, blowing your guys cover. Selby yelled but then was shot and killed, who did it, you had no idea. “We have to go!” Zemo yelled. 

The four of you ran out, within an instant you all started getting shot at. Zemo was nowhere to be seen so it was Sam, Bucky, and you running for your lives. You stopped on a corner crouching down behind a car, you lifted your dress to reach for your gun that you had on your thigh holster, to be honest you hated guns but in this time it was the best weapon. You shot and killed three that were after you, unfortunately you ran out of ammunition. “Hang on” you heard a woman’s voice and two more gunshots. The woman appeared, you had seen her at the bar but hadn’t seen her face, her voice sounded familiar. She took off her hoodie, it was Sharon Carter. 

“Sharon? What are YOU doing here?” Sam asked in disbelief, “I’m enemy of the state remember, I stole the shield for Steve and your wings for you, so I could save your ass from his ass” pointing to Bucky, “from his ass” then pointing to Zemo. “Nice to see you (Y/N), you haven’t aged a bit” she said smiling at you, “come on I have a place in Hightown where you’ll be safe for now at least”.

Sharon let you guys inside her beautiful home, she said if she was going to be branded as a criminal that she would at least enjoy it. Thankfully she additionally gave you guys new clothes to change out of, you found a nice navy jumpsuit similar to the one she was wearing. “This....is better” you said showing Zemo the new outfit, he only chuckled as he was pouring himself another drink. You grabbed the bottle of whiskey and sat next to Bucky while Sam was picking out a new shirt. “Haven’t you had a little too much?” Zemo asked you, “Could say the same for you” you replied, “alcohol doesn’t affect me at least not here, this is when I really wish Thor was here with his Asgardian Meade” you said, Sam bursted out laughing, “Okay....but didn’t you get wasted at Stark’s party one time, wasn’t that you making out with Steve at that party” he asked and then regretted it, it wasn’t you though. You felt Bucky tense beside you, “Uhmm no, I was with Tony the whole time. That was not me, that was the assistant from Stark Industries, I would never make out with Steve Rogers.....no offense Sharon” she playfully smacked your shoulder, “What is YOUR type then?” she asked teasingly, “Oh she likes assholes apparently and super soldiers....just not the blonde ones” Sam replied, “SAM!” you yelled, “What I’m just stating on what I have observed” luckily for you he didn’t continue, you also saw a smile on Bucky’s face the whole time after. 

“Sharon come back to the States with us” Sam said once he was fully clothed, “I’ll clear your name” he added. “What I don’t understand is how you ended up here? You helped Steve” you asked her, “Yeah I didn’t have the Avengers to back me up” she replied, “Hey Sharon I was on the run too” Sam intervened, “I was in Wakanda” Bucky said, “And I was locked up” Zemo added. You were looking at your drink when you felt a pair of eyes looking at you, when you looked up, it was four pairs of eyes, “hey don’t get mad at ME because I didn’t have to run” you said, “not to be mean but if you had been on team Iron Man this wouldn’t have happened, Tony could be a dick...Sam fix your face, but he made sure we were all good; where we lived, our....criminal record, and financially” you added implying on the last part. “I still don’t understand your past with Stark” Zemo said, “Watch it Zemo”

The party at Sharon had begun, while she figured out where Nagel was and sold to her clients, the rest of you tried to enjoy the party. You walked to the bar to grab another drink with Sam, Bucky was looking around, Zemo was surprisingly dancing. A handsome young man walked up to you, offering to get you a drink, you were about to decline, when you saw Bucky stand next to you, “She’s with me.....sorry” he said putting his hand on the guys shoulder. “Really?” you said, “What? Everyone needs to stop hitting on you!” he replied.

You guys went over to see the Nagel man the next morning, everything you needed to know was going well until you were attacked by people who wanted Selby’s money found you all. Sharon did amazing in holding them back, Zemo shot and killed Nagel, the place you were in exploded, Zemo again was nowhere to be found, until he finally arrived in a flashy classic car. Sam asked Sharon to come with you all again but she refused, only telling him to get her criminal record pardoned. You arrived back in Europe, the Flag Smashers were recently spotted there and their leader Karli was the one who stole the last of the serum. You were on your way to Zemo’s place close to them, somehow along the way Sokovia came up in the conversation, “Have you been to the memorial that they built?” Zemo asked you three, “No” both Bucky and Sam replied, “Yeah I didn’t think so” Zemo said, “I have a few times” you said to him, surprising the three of them. “I felt bad about everything that happened in Sokovia, the least I could do is pay my respects and help build the memorial” you explained, “You helped build it?” Zemo asked, “Yes, physically and financially, not all of us are bad Zemo, none of us are, we tried to do our best with the situation. After some time off, Tony helped me set up a small Stark Industries in Europe, I’m not going to tell you where but it’s here and it’s here to help others” you said.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 9 ~ Super Soldier

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You had gone home soon after Bucky had kissed you, to say you didn’t get butterflies was a lie but you also were scared to allow someone else into your life again. You really liked Bucky but you were terrified to lose someone special again. 

The next morning you were cooking breakfast, you were making yourself some eggs, you normally listened to music but this time you turned on your television, five minutes later you hear “Let’s introduce you all to the new Captain America!” you froze in the middle of cracking an egg, dropping it to the floor by accident. OH SHIT.

Sam was still in Louisiana when this happened, he said he was trying to work a few things out back home. You let him know that if he needed anything to not hesitate to ask you for help.

A few days later you were meeting Sam for a small secret mission to check out a recent group that Sam was tracking, the Flag Smashers. You showed up to base to meet with him. While waiting for him on the second level, you walked by a poster that had Captain America on it, it wasn’t Steve or Sam though and that hurt you to see. “You were definitely right about this” Sam said to you, motioning to the ad that had John Walker as the new Cap. “I guess I was right, didn’t think it would be so soon, are you okay Sam?” he didn’t answer, only shrugging his shoulders and changed the subject to focus on why you were there.

“Okay, so this group has been on the run but my guy Torres here has been helping with tracking them, my sidekick Redwing has been keeping an eye on them”, “You still have Redwing?” you asked him, “Yes....don’t give me that look” he scoffed at your expression. You were both walking down the stairs when you saw Bucky walking up towards you guys. “I didn’t know you invited him along” you said to Sam, “That’s the problem, I didn’t” he responded in a serious tone. 

“Why’d you give up the shield Sam?” Bucky instantly asked him, “I don’t want to talk about this right now” Sam said to him, “You didn’t think that was going to happen?!” he said motioning to another ad on the wall, “Of course I didn’t” he said, “Look (Y/N) and I have some work to do, talk about this another day” he said sternly. “I’m coming with you guys” Bucky instantly said, you and Sam both replied at the same time “NO!”

Sure enough Bucky had hitched a ride with you guys. You were traveling for a while until you finally reached your destination. The plane was flying low enough for you guys to jump out. You had your normal warrior outfit along with your shield and battalions that the Wakandans’ had gifted you when you had met them a almost seven years ago. 

“I would lose the extra equipment (Y/N)” Bucky advised you, “Are you crazy, no, I know I’ll need it” you immediately said to him, “He is kind of right” Sam said to you, you nodded your head, taking off the extra gear. “Well guess you two jumping people hasn’t changed” you joked to them, causing them to scoff at you. You were prepping yourself to jump out of the airplane after Sam did, you could hear Bucky asking for a parachute, Torres explained to him the plane was too low, “What’s wrong Bucky, is it too high for you?” you teased him, he didn’t say anything back but returned a fake smile at you. 

You jumped out of the plane, landing planted on your feet. You looked around for Redwing when you heard Bucky yelling on his way down and hitting the ground hard on his back. “Sam, please tell me you got everything on video?” you asked laughing, “Oh I got it all” he replied on the earpiece. “Get that thing out of my face before I break it” Bucky said, still on the floor. “Come on tough guy” you said to Bucky, extending your arm out to lift him up. He only looked at your hand first before finally grabbing it to hoist himself up. You both followed Redwing to lead you to where Sam was. 

You walked into an abandoned warehouse, you however could hear movement on the other side of the place. “You guys wait here, I’ll go check it out” Bucky said walking away from you and Sam. “Look at you walking all stealth, came back from Wakanda as the white panther” Sam teased him, “White wolf” Bucky corrected him, “Huh?” Sam asked surprised, causing you to laugh quietly, “You two are like children” you said to them, “You knew about that?” Sam asked you referring to Bucky’s nickname, “No....why would I” you instantly responded, Sam didn’t say anything back but you could feel his eyes on the back of your head. 

“Okay, it looks like they’re moving” Sam said, “Redwing shows me someone in the truck, could be a hostage”. “I’ll go see” Bucky said, “No wait” Sam said, “There’s only TWO people” Bucky argued, “No there’s not Bucky, I can hear others now WAIT” you said grabbing his jacket to hold him back, “Really only two people? Look what Redwing shows” Sam said showing Bucky the screen, sure enough there were about four more extra heading their way inside the warehouse. You all waited until they packed up and left, “(Y/N)” Bucky said, “Yes?”, “You can let go of me now” he said smirking at you, you didn’t realize you were still holding onto his jacket, “Sorry” you said. 

Once the coast was clear Sam took off with his wings while you and Bucky ran after the big rigs. Bucky landed on the first one while you landed on the second one to check out what was inside. “Bucky, talk to me?” Sam asked, “I found the hostage” you heard him say, “Hi......” then you heard him grunt and glass breaking. 

You got out of the big rig to check on him on the other one. There were three people teaming up against him; two were holding him while the other one was kicking him. One of them broke Redwing and went back to hit Bucky again, you kicked the person from the back causing them to fall on their face. You ran for the other two that were holding Bucky, you punched one while Bucky was set free and took on the other one. You guys were fighting when the first one you hit threw something on your wrist, pulling you down to the floor to keep you there, you tried to move but it didn’t budge. “And this is why I needed my damn shield guys!” you yelled at them, you saw Bucky get pushed off the big rig, “No!!!” you yelled, “I’m okay!” he said on the earpiece. Sam flew by you to help you “No get to Bucky, get to Bucky!!” you said to him. You were trying to break the cuff on your wrist, you heard someone else yell for you but you weren’t sure who it was until you looked up to see John Walker, “Here” he said to you, throwing the shield at you so you can break the cuff. You were set free when you, John Walker and his teammate were being attacked by four people. You guys took them on with a little bit difficulty but you were able to take them down. You had seen Sam fly away with Bucky, you jumped off the big rig to see if they were okay. 

You caught up to them to see Bucky on top of Sam, “You two couldn’t get a room?” you asked them, they both looked up at you and said in unison, “Shut up”, “I told you both I would need my shield didn’t I?” you scolded them but now you extended both of your arms to help them get up. “Those were super soldiers weren’t they?” you asked Bucky, he nodded at you, “We have to figure out where they’re coming from”. 

After a minor argument with John Walker and his teammate Lamar Hoskins causing Sam and Bucky to get irritated, the three of you were back on the plane. You were dozing off and then went into a deep slumber. You saw Tony wielding the gauntlet while you were being held down, you kept yelling at him not to do it and then you were holding his dead body in your arms, walking back to the compound, ‘It’s okay (Y/N), I’m okay’ Tony was saying to you over and over, ‘Tony please don’t go’ you said. You were suddenly awakened, you felt like you couldn’t breathe, tears were rolling down your face, you looked up to see a scared Bucky and Sam staring back at you. Bucky leaned closer to you, “Are you okay?” he asked genuinely, “Yes, I just had a nightmare” you said quickly, “You were saying something about Tony?” Sam asked, “No, I--I’m going to go change” you said getting up to go to the restroom. Sometimes it was great that you could practically hear everything from far away but this was the moment you wish you couldn’t. “Did you know about this?” you could hear Sam ask Bucky, “No...she’s never talked about it” he replied, he was right - you had never told him about the reoccurring nightmares, “She needs to get help Bucky, she’s been through a lot of shit, hell we’ve all been through a lot of shit but her mannn I don’t know how’s she has stayed strong”.

You guys arrived to a location that Bucky said Sam had to meet, who it was you had no clue. You were walking up to two story home, the person who opened the door said someone called Isaiah didn’t live there until Bucky told him about some bar. You knew Bucky wanted Sam to meet him so you chose to gave them their privacy, “I’ll wait for you guys out here” you smiled at them, in the meantime you went to play basketball with the pair of children who you had said hi to earlier. 

Not even five minutes later you saw Sam booking it out of the house followed by Bucky, “You knew about this?!” Sam asked you directly, “WHat- no Sam what are you talking about?” you asked him confused, “That man in there was like Steve and they incarcerated him while taking his blood for tests” Sam explained, “tell me you knew nothing about this, you knew the Starks for a long time (Y/N)” he said, “Sam you think I wouldn’t say shit, don’t bring the Starks, they had nothing to do with it, at least from what Tony and I were aware of” you said defensively, “Sam - she’s right, the Starks had nothing to do with this” Bucky said, Sam and him kept arguing when a cop pulled over next to you guys, “Is everything okay?” he asked, “Yes we’re fine” you replied but the cop ignored your answer and walked up straight to Bucky, “I asked if everything was okay?” he asked Bucky directly. “I’m sorry but did you not fucking hear a word I say!?” you yelled at him, the cop turned to look at you and then at Sam, “Sir. I’m going to need some I.D.” he asked Sam, “I don’t have an I.D. on me” Sam replied, Bucky turned to Sam “Sam just give him your I.D”, you were already infuriated, “Why are you only asking him for his identification, you can’t fucking hear, he doesn’t have it” you yelled at the cop, the cop grabbed your arm, “Mam you need to calm down” you shoved the cop back, he was about to grab you again when you felt Bucky pull you back, he stepped in between you and the officer, “Do you not see who these two are?!” he yelled at him. The cop looked over at you and Sam, another one whispered something into his ear, “Avengers” he said. “I am so sorry” the cop started to apologize profusely, you held up your hand, “Sir I would like your identification, there’s no fucking way to treat people like that” you said to him, “Oh and by the way, there’s a fucking donut shop up there if you’d like to stock up” you said while walking away. “Sorry but we have to take you back Barnes, you missed your therapy session” the cop said handcuffing Bucky. That you couldn’t do anything on. You and Sam watched as the cops drove away with Bucky in the backseat. “Well that was bullshit” you said to Sam, “Yeah, hey.....if you ever need to talk about anything I am here” he said to you. “Thank you Sam, likewise, anything you need” you replied.

Sam and you arrived at Bucky’s therapy location to pick him up. You were inside waiting for him when his therapist walked out to greet you and Sam, she introduced herself to both of you, her face lit up when she heard your name, “Ahhh this is who he keeps talking about, it’s nice to put a face on it” she said to you, you felt yourself blush, Sam caught that. Bucky was walking up to you guys, “I’ll see Bucky for a few minutes since his therapy has been cancelled” she said, “Cancelled?” Sam asked, “By me of course” John Walker said, “he is a very much needed asset” he added. “Don’t call him that” you instantly said to John, “Or what?” he retaliated, you smirked at Sam and Bucky, walking up closer to John’s face, “Let’s go a few rounds John, you and me, of course I’ll allow you to have your suit, reinforced helmets and that shield” you said looking up at him, he didn’t reply to you, you two stared into each others eyes for a long minute, “See that’s the difference between you and the real Cap. The real Cap wouldn’t stand down from a fight even if he knew he would get his ass kicked”.

You were waiting for Sam and Bucky to finish their therapy session, it was comical to hear them arguing like an old couple. The therapist wanted you in there as well but you had declined and suggested Sam instead. Sam and Bucky both gave you a deathful stare but complied in doing so. You heard Bucky bring up his problem on Sam giving up the shield, “If he was wrong about you then he was WRONG ABOUT ME” you heard him say, his voice breaking at the end. You didn’t think Bucky had felt that way, it broke you to hear it. You saw Sam leave the room walking over to you, “I had to get out of there” he said to you. Bucky then followed, an awkward silence filled between the three of you. “We have to figure out who’s making the super soldier serums” Sam said leading you three out of the place. 

John and Lamar were waiting for you three outside. “So how are we going to do this?” he asked you all, “I don’t have any leads but if we work as a team, we’ll figure it out” he said, “You guys have more restrictions though” Sam said, “we’re more free agents” Sam added. “What about you?” John said speaking to you, “Like Sam said, I’m going with them John” you started to walk away until you heard John tell you, “Yeah I figured you say that, you have worked with the Starks for decades instead of the government. You know if Tony had married you instead he’d be alive” he commented, this sparked a rage in you, you turned around to grab John by his collar, pushing him against the car, Lamar was about to reach over when you yelled at him, “You stay back!” you then turned to John, “Don’t EVER mention the Starks in front of me, you have no fucking clue what you’re talking about” you shoved him harder, Sam stepped in placing his hand gently on your shoulder, “(Y/N), he’s not worth it”. You let him go with another shove, John was taken back with how strong you were, everyone always seemed to forget that you were a demi-god. “Stay out of our way” John yelled over to you guys, “No John, you stay the fuck out of MY way” you yelled in return. 

Sam and Bucky stared at you both in shock and amazement at what you did to John. You walked beside them when Bucky spoke up, “So this probably a bad time to bring it up but I have a clue on who we should see about this serum stuff”, “No please don’t say his name” Sam replied, “wHo?” you asked, “Zemo”, OH this was not going to end well.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 8 ~ Back In The States

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

“Hey I’m coming back for a while, I need to check in on Sam.” you left a voicemail to Bucky. You weren’t able to get a hold of him yet, in the meantime you were on your way to meet Sam.

You arrived at the museum just in time to catch him make his official statement of turning in the shield. It didn’t feel right to you, anything about it. 

“Well look who’s here!?” Sam yelled when he saw you, “Hi Sam, how are you holding up?”, you asked pulling him in for a hug, “I’m okay, I’m seeing my sister in a few days now that I’ve turned in the shield” he said to you. “Why’d you do it Sam?”, “Just didn’t feel right (Y/N), it’s hard to explain but it didn’t feel like it belonged to me” he said. “I understand but don’t be surprised when these people pick someone else” you said, Sam looked at you confused, “You know something I don’t?” he asked, “No Sam but after years upon YEARS of being alive, you start noticing... patterns” you explained to him.

You guys walked down the museum looking at Steve’s items, you bumped into Rhodey, you guys hadn’t seen each other in a while. “How long you here for?” Rhodey asked, “Ehh I don’t know, I feel like things are about to go bad, might stick around longer than I intended to” you said to him. You said your goodbyes, now you headed over to Bucky’s, you were excited to see him.  

You arrived at Bucky’s new place, you hadn’t heard back from him, you figured he was busy. You walked up the stairs to knock on his door, nothing, no one was home. You sat down on the steps, planning on waiting for him, taking out your phone to check your emails, anything to make time go by.

After almost two hours, you saw him walking up. He looked distraught and then  surprised to see you. “Hey Bucky, are you okay?” you asked him. “Yeah I’ve had a long day, therapy and all that” he said trying to show a smile, “What are you doing here?” he asked, “I left you a voicemail, I’m back in town for a while, the whole thing with Sam, he shouldn’t be alone and .... I wanted to see you”, you said honestly. He took out his house keys to open the door, “Come on in, sorry it’s not uhmm furnished” he said almost embarrassed, “Bucky I’m here to see you not to critic your home” you joked. 

You and Bucky were talking for about half an hour when you heard a knock on the door. “I’ll go get it” you said since he was washing his hands. You opened the door to see a young Asian lady standing there, “Oh I’m sorry, I thought this was James place” she said, you were confused at first but remembered that Bucky’s actual name was James. “Sorry, we were on a date and he just sort of booked it out” she explained, a date -- that hurt to hear, you didn’t know Bucky had been dating. “I’m sorry! Yes, James lives here, I’m sorry where are my manners, I’m (Y/N)” you said to her shaking her hand, “Are you his-”, “Friend, I just got in town from Europe but he’s only my friend” you said to her. Bucky thought you were taking a while at the door, he walked over to see who it was, he was mortified to see the girl he was just on a date with and you conversing. He was hoping that she hadn’t mentioned anything about a date to you. “James......someone is here to see you” you said when you spotted him peeking, you opened the door all the way to let her come inside, “I’ll take a walk okay” you said while heading out the door.

You were walking six blocks down, you had forgotten your phone since you practically ran out at the sound of hearing her say a date. You knew Bucky and you were only friends but after hearing what Steve told you and Bucky himself always being flirty, you thought there might have been something more than just friendship. Maybe Bucky was flirty with everyone, maybe Steve lied to you about Bucky liking you so you can keep an eye on him when he was gone. All these different emotions were running through your head, you hated it. 

You figured it was long enough time for you to head back to Bucky’s place since you did leave your belongings there, that was the only reason you had to return to face him. You decided you were going to put on a brave face, act like nothing was wrong. You walked back up the stairs towards his door, you knocked on it and it immediately flew open, Bucky standing there. 

“Thank god, I thought something happened to you, I tried to call you but you left your phone here” he said relieved to see you, “Well I’m back in one piece. I don’t know why you worry Bucky, I am a goddess remember?” you joked. Bucky rolled his eyes at you but moved over so you could walk inside, you headed straight to grab your phone and purse, “Leaving so soon?” he asked you, “Yeah I have to unpack back at my place” you said, “You have a place here in town?”, “Yeahhhh, Bucky I practically have a place almost everywhere I visit often” you explained to him, “Then why are you leaving so soon (Y/N)?” he asked confused, “I don’t know I figured you might want to head back to that date” you said almost sarcastically, unfortunately Bucky caught the end of your tone. “Ohhh I see so this is what this is about, you’re jealous?” he smirked at you, that annoyed the shit out of you. “First of all wipe that smirk off your face, I don’t get jealous about anything, she seemed like a sweet girl so maybe you shouldn’t have run off from your date with her” you said. “I didn’t run off...okay maybe I did...I didn’t want to really go on a date with her but this sweet old man set me up with her and I felt bad saying no because-”, “Bucky, you don’t need to explain shit to me, if you want to date people that’s fine by me” you said coldly, heading out his front door, you felt him grab your arm, “Wait!” he said, “What?” you asked looking back at him, “I’m telling you the truth” he said, “Do whatever you want Bucky, but maybe next time don’t make me feel like an idiot” you spat at him. He still didn’t let you go, “I only like you (Y/N), please don’t go” he pleaded, “I think it’s time we talked about us” he added, you sighed, “We already did Bucky, we both agreed to stay friends, may I add your words ‘I’m not ready for a relationship’” you said. Bucky rolled his eyes, mainly for being mad at himself for saying that, “Well that guy who told you that is an idiot” he joked, giving you a soft smile, “Please don’t go yet” this time giving you puppy dog eyes, “You’re......fine, I’m only staying for a bit”. 

You were sitting down next to him, you guys were watching tv, while catching up on almost everything. “Are you dating anyone?” he asked you, “No, I have no time for that” you said chuckling, “Bullshit” he said to you, “Fine---there’s this guy that I really like” you shared, feeling your heart rate picking up, Bucky turned to look at you, “And?”, “And I don’t know, we’re great friends but-”, when you looked up Bucky was slowly leaning in closer to your face, you felt your heart beating faster now. “And does he like you back?” he asked almost teasing you, “I don’t know, he hasn’t showed me if he does” you whispered. Bucky then reached his right hand out to pull you closer to his face, locking his lips in with yours, you slightly opened your mouth, he took it as an invitation to touch his tongue with yours, he carressed your cheek, not letting his lips move from your own. “Buck--” you sighed, “Mhmmm”, “I really really like you”, “But?”, “I also care about you and know that you need to work on yourself first” you explained to him while running your fingers softly through his hair. “I know doll but I like you more than anything” he said, “I’ll give you time Bucky, I’m not going anywhere any time soon remember?” you smiled at him. Bucky sighed, he wanted nothing more than to be with you, to have you as his, but he also knew that you were right about it, he also knew that you would wait for him to get better without leaving his side.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 7 ~ Endgame - 3

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You woke up with your head pounding, you felt a heavy weight on your chest, when you opened your eyes you saw that it was all debris that surrounded you, something had gone entirely wrong. “Thor?! Tony?!” you called for anyone to hear you but you were met with silence. You pushed the debris off of you, you weren’t severely injured thankfully, you had minor cuts that would surely heal up within the hour, the benefit of being a goddess. You dusted yourself off, grabbed your gear and walked around to see if you could find anyone. 

You spotted Thor standing on a small cliff looking down focused on something. “Are you okay?” you asked him, “Mhmmm”, you looked to see where he was looking, you felt your blood drain to your feet, it was Thanos, this wasn’t supposed to happen. 

“Ehhh you mess with time and it’ll tend to mess back” you heard Tony say behind you being followed by Steve. You sighed in slight relief seeing these two alive as well. “What has he been doing?” Steve asked, “Sitting and waiting” Thor replied, “let’s kill him properly this time” he added. You took a deep breath walking first towards Thanos, you had to kill him, no matter what. 

“I’ve seen you haven’t been appreciative of what I have done for you all” Thanos spoke when you walked closer to him. “We should appreciate half of a world?” you snickered at him, “Would you like me to destroy it like yours then?” he remarked, “Not this time” you gritted running towards him with your sword. You heard the boys behind you following your lead, each of you fought against Thanos. You were gaining advantage until he knocked out Tony, throwing him on a boulder. It was Steve, Thor, and you fighting against Thanos, he pushed Thor against another boulder, he wasn’t unconscious though, now it was you and Steve. You ran back towards Thanos, he picked you up by your neck, almost squishing you, you felt your feet dangle, “You...will ....never...be a god” you gritted at him between the breathes you were taking. That pissed him off, he was about to punch you straight on when you heard a swishing sound beside you, causing you and Thanos to turn to see what it was, Steve had caught the Mjolnir! You felt excitement, you knew one day it would happen just not when exactly. Steve ran towards you and Thanos, Thanos threw you onto the floor in order to avoid Steve, this gave you leverage in catching your breath. You ran towards the two of them, Steve and you double teamed, he threw his shield at you so you could hit Thanos harder while he tried his best to attain the lightning against Thanos. Unfortunately you caught a hard hit from Thanos, knocking you out unconscious

The sound of someone yelling woke you up, turning to your right Thor was laying down passed out, Tony was still out. You turned to your left to see Steve limping towards something, you looked up to find Thanos and his entire army walking towards you all. You got up slowly to make sure you didn’t have any serious injuries, not that it mattered any way with Thanos and his army outnumbering you. You walked to Steve’s side, you both knew what was to come, didn’t mean you wouldn’t go down without a fight. This was it you thought, the end of your life, you were so close to beating him. You looked up to Steve, staring into his blue eyes, “It has been an honor to be by your side Cap” you said as your voice broke, Steve didn’t say anything but he gave you a sorrowful smile. He hadn’t heard you call him Cap in so long, he wasn’t ready to die but he was glad to have a great friend by his side not turning against the fight. You turned back towards Thanos, “let’s give them hell” you said. 

You made one step forward when you heard a faint sound in your earpiece. “Cap” it buzzed again, “on your left”, it was Sam’s voice. You quickly turned to look at Steve in astonishment, there was no way that could be Sam. You were wrong though, it was, you saw a portal open on the top left, sure enough Sam flew out over you and Steve. You then saw more portals opening one by one, each revealing everyone that had been dusted away. You let out a breath when you saw the kid from Queens that Tony had brought onto the team. You were looking for two more faces, Nat and surprisingly, Bucky’s face. You saw Bucky from a distance, you could tell it was him because of his hair and the type of gun he had, you felt an odd sensation of butterflies in your stomach seeing Bucky. You turned to look at Steve, he had tears in his eyes this time, he gave you a wink, you smiled back to him, tears were falling out of your eyes. 

You all formed up in lines, the biggest team of Avengers ready to take on Thanos and his army. You heard Steve yell, “A-VENGERS.........” you saw the Mjolnir fly back to him catching it, “assemble”. You all ran forward; you, Steve, and Thor being the fastest you took the lead. You had so much anger in you, you felt like you were going to explode. You ran into the fight first, pulling out your spear to throw it at one straight ahead and then pulling out your sword....it was hunting season. “Ahhhhh” you gritted through your teeth every time you cut one of them through, blood was splattered all over you, you didn’t care, your mission was further ahead. You were deep into the fight when you heard someone call your name, it was Bucky, “Did you miss me doll?” he smirked at you, you rolled your eyes at him, “Don’t shoot at me this time Bucky” you teased. 

You don’t know how long you were fighting but you were all getting closer to the quantum realm machine, you needed it to snap away Thanos and his army. You were about a dozen feet away from Thanos when you were thrown back onto the floor, someone landed it front of you, it was Wanda. “You took EVERYTHING from me” she said angrily to Thanos, “I don’t even know who you are” he replied. To say that Wanda was the most powerful one was an understatement, she had Thanos in the palm of her hand like nothing, it was too much for him apparently because he had his own army attacked to get Wanda to let him go. 

You were close to Peter when you saw a bunch of debris falling towards him, you ran to his aid, using your own shield to cover him mostly. “Thanks” he gasped, “No problem kid”. You ran back towards Thanos but he kept throwing things to people you cared about to get you to cover for them. At one point you weren’t sure who you were covering for when you saw Tony move closely to Thanos, you knew you couldn’t move until the debris stopped falling all over. It was getting heavier by the second, all you could do was see Tony get a hold of the gauntlet.  “Tony NO!” you yelled, it was too late, the gauntlet formed around Tony’s hand, you saw him mumble something and then snap his fingers. In doing so, the winds picked up causing everything to fall down. 

You sprinted towards Tony, holding him up, he looked up at you giving you a tired and sad smile, you looked down to see the damage on his body, it didn’t look good at all, half of it was completely burned. You placed him gently down, kneeling beside him, “Tony it was supposed to be me” you whispered to him, “you can not leave Tony” you said, your voice was breaking, Tony heard that, he didn’t say a word, only pointing a finger towards your heart. You caressed his face softly before placing a kiss on his forehead, you turned back to see Pepper, you didn’t say anything but your face told her everything, she had to say goodbye to the love of her life. 

You got up, looking to face the others, you were trying to hold it in to look strong for them and Tony. “Where’s Thor?” you asked practically pleading to find him, you felt a pair of hands grab you pulling you into their chest, you thought it was Thor until you looked up to see Bucky. He looked at you, he had never seen you this way, you looked like you were going to break any second, the strongest warrior was going to break. “Shhh shhh doll” he said trying his best to soothe you, you didn’t realize it but you were almost hyperventilating, the last time you felt like this was when you lost your world, you were having a major panic attack. You opened your eyes again, trying to see through your tears, you caught back a glimpse of Tony, sitting there, his arc reactor was still on and then it shut down. You felt yourself drop, Tony Stark was gone from this world. Bucky held you tighter, rubbing your back while you let the tears drown out. “(Y/N)” you heard Thor’s voice right behind you, Bucky let go of you, as much as he wanted to sooth you, he knew Thor was a special person in your life. “Thor” you were sobbing once Thor hugged you, “he’s GONE”, you said, Bucky caught your last sentence to Thor, “It should have been ME” he heard you say.

You were beyond exhausted, Thanos and his army were dusted away but you lost another great love in your life, Tony had become such an amazing friend, you couldn’t imagine your life without him, you never had. You were doing everything you could for Pepper to not worry about anything, “I just need you and Morgan to be okay” you would say to her, “thank you (Y/N)”. She was more than grateful to have you there, it gave her a sense of peace in knowing that you would watch over Morgan as if she were your own. 

You guys walked down the steps of the Stark cabin towards the lake. You held Morgan’s hand while Happy guided Pepper ahead. Bucky wasn’t sure whether he should attend the funeral due to the situation with Tony but Steve had convinced him to go since everyone would be there, he even used you as an excuse. He saw you walking with Morgan, Tony’s daughter, you looked exhausted, sad, angry, everything was bottled up inside you. You saw Bucky at the far end looking at you, you smiled softly at him. Pepper and Happy arrived at the end of the dock where she let go of Tony’s original arc reactor that she had saved. You knelt down to be right next to Morgan, giving her a kiss on her head, Pepper reached her hand down to squeeze yours.

Thor was planning on leaving with the Guardians, he and Rocket had asked you to come with them but you refused, “This world needs a suit of armor” you explained to them. You gave Thor a hug, “You know where to find me” you said, “And you’ll know where to find me. You be safe” he replied. 

You walked away to head toward Steve, he had to return the stones so the timeline wouldn’t get weird again. You knew Steve was going to return but you also knew Steve would not entirely return as Steve. You walked up to him, Banner, Sam, and Bucky saying their goodbyes. “I’ll be okay” Steve said to you, “You be safe” you replied hugging him harder, “live that life Tony always talked about” you whispered, “Okay but give Bucky a chance” he whispered back causing you to chuckle. You pulled back to give him a kiss on the cheek, “I will miss you Steve” you said tearing up, he smiled at you and then walked over to say goodbye to his lifelong friend Bucky. You gave them their space, walking over to stand next to Sam, you and Sam didn’t really talk to each other but he rubbed your back, “You good?” he asked genuinely, “Hanging in there Sam” you replied. 

Banner counted down to Steve leaving, then he was gone, he counted down for him to return, nothing happened. Bucky turned behind you and Sam, calling Sam over, you turned around to see someone else sitting on the bench a few feet away. You saw Sam walk over to him, it was Steve, you knew it. You heard the exchange between Sam and Steve, Sam looked over to you in confusion, Bucky nodded his head, you smiled at him, you could feel the tears again, you hadn’t cried this much in your life. You then saw Sam pick up the shield, it was time for a new Captain America, you knew Sam was the perfect choice. 

You were sniffling quietly, “Are you crying again?” Bucky asked you, you avoided his gaze, wiping your tears away fast so he wouldn’t see them, “No” you muttered, “It sounded to me like you were” he said trying to make you laugh, “Shut up Barnes, lets go” you said pulling him with you, his eyes opened wide at you doing that, “Hey now let’s be nice” he teased you, you let him go but he did walk by your side towards Sam and Steve.

After working a few things out in New York, you had gone back to your home in Europe, you weren’t done with being an Avenger yet. You had stayed in touch with Bucky, he had asked for your number a few days after Steve handed over the shield to Sam. Bucky had been going to therapy and he was pardoned from his past crimes of being the Winter Soldier. You planned on staying in Europe for a while, as much as you had grown to like Bucky, you knew it wasn’t the right time to fall in love. You had to work things out on your own and you knew that Bucky had to work on his own things too, you guys however spoke on the phone a few times a week to check in on each other. One evening you were watching the news when you heard, “Breaking News, Avengers own Sam Wilson has come to the decision to turn in the shield over to the Smithsonian museum”, “SHIT” you said to yourself. You knew that Sam turning in the shield to the museum didn’t mean shit to the government, they were going to try to replace him in no time. You didn’t understand why Sam did it, only one way for you to find out....head back to the States.

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

You were in the compound, Banner had come along to try to crack travel through quantum physics but had yet to be successful. Scott had gone through various phases in his lifetime in the span of a few minutes, you tried your best not to laugh at the situation, especially seeing Steve’s reaction. “It’s not funny” Steve said to you, “I’m sorry but it is just a tiny bit” you replied, “I’ll be outside” he said annoyed.

You walked outside to apologize to Steve, “I’m sorry I shouldn’t have laughed” you said genuinely, “It’s okay, I don’t know what else to do, we all lost someone and there’s nothing I can do, I thought Tony would help but....”, “I think he will Steve, you just have to give him some time, Tony is restless, he’s been through a lot” you explained giving him a gently squeeze on his arm. He turned to smile at you, “I don’t think he’ll ever forgive me about Bucky” he said, “Give him time Steve, at one point I didn’t think I would” you said, “Right, you hated me” he said laughing, you laughed along with him, “I did, I didn’t think I could ever hate you but look where we are, it’s going to work Steve, I know you miss Barnes and Sam and everyone else, we’ll find something” you assured him. You were quiet for a few minutes until Steve spoke again, “Do you still hate Bucky?” he asked you, “Ehhh that is debateable, he did stab me remember” you said to him. Deep down you didn’t hate Barnes but no one could know that, it was a weird feeling for you. “You know he thought you were, these are his exact words, ‘the most beautiful woman he has ever seen’” he explained, “Oh shut up” you said blushing, “I’m not kidding and he’s not wrong -” he was continuing until you heard a familiar car come inside the compound racing towards you, “Speaking of the devil” you said smiling. Sure enough Tony pulled up to you guys in his famous Audi, “Why the long face? Let me guess, he turned into a baby” Tony teased, you burst out laughing, Steve rolled his eyes, “Among other things” Steve replied. Tony got out of the car, “I just want peace” he said motioning the peace symbol with his two fingers. You turned to Steve in a ‘I told you so’ way, “I’ll give you two a minute, please keep it PG” you joked while heading back inside the compound, “Nice to see you too (Y/N)” Tony said.

Everything you had exactly told Steve would happened with Tony ended up happening, they were able to squash their differences and focus on bringing the others back. You were ecstatic to have the team back, however something in your gut told you though that this would be the last mission where you would all be together.

Thor and you were hanging out per usual, you guys always had deep conversations about the journey you both had in common. “Do you think we’re going to do this?” Thor asked sincerely, he knew about your captivity with Thanos, Thor knew everything about you and you knew everything about him. Tony called you both the dynamic duo, he was glad to see you happy to have your best friend back.

“I don’t know, I wish I knew Thor....” you said honestly, you turned to look down at him since he was on the floor relaxing, “I know that it’s not going to be easy but we are in the greatest hands, surrounded by the best we can have....promise me one thing Thor” you said, he looked back at you, “Yes?”, “If it all goes wrong and I don’t make it, promise me that you will live your life to the fullest, no matter what” you said, Thor’s eyes filled up with tears, “Don’t say that to me.... I can’t lose you (Y/N)” he said sadly, “I know but I’ve lived my entire life fighting and just know that I will do everything I can to save this world” you explained. Thor got up to face you, “You and I are going to make it, we all will, and then we will finally enjoy our lives, you’re my greatest friend” he said genuinely, “I know, I love you a lot Thor”, “Who knows, maybe one day you’ll find your mate” he added, “Ehhhh I don’t know about that” you said laughing, “Maybe we’ll find YOU one Thor” you teased.

You guys suited up, you had skipped your usual warrior outfit for a suit Tony had specialized for you all to be able to travel through time. You guys lined in a circle around the machine, you looked around at each member of the Avengers; Nat, Steve, Clint, Scott, Rocket, Banner, Nebula, Tony on your right and Thor on your left. You hoped everyone would make it back safely. Steve made his usual motivational speeches that made you all want to go to war with him. He finished it off with “This is the fight of our lives”.

Thor, Rocket, and you traveled back to Thor’s realm, Asgard. You had to extract one of the stones from Thor’s ex, Jane, you were excited to meet her even if it was the past Jane. You guys arrived trying your best to not get noticed by anyone. Next thing you knew, Thor was having a breakdown about being back home, you understood him, on the other hand Rocket slapped him, trying his best to motivate Thor, you guys turned around for a second and Thor was gone. “Looks like its just me and you warrior princess” Rocket said to you. You walked by his side, you needed to give Thor his space. 

A few minutes later you were able to spot Jane walking into a room. You tiptoed slowly before entering the room. “Excuse me? Who are you?” Jane asked when she noticed you. “I’m a friend of Thor’s, look this isn’t going to make sense but you have something that we need and.....”. Next thing you knew Rocket was launching himself onto her knocking her out when she fell and hit her head. “Are you serious right now?” you yelled at him, “What, am I not getting what we needed?” he replied sarcastically, “I thought I left Tony back in New York” you muttered to yourself. 

You guys walked out of the room, only to find a group of Asgardians waiting for you two. “Stay where you are!” they yelled, “We’re friends of Thor’s” you said cautiously, it didn’t work, they ran towards you and Rocket, “Rocket GO!!” you said to him. You stood in defense to fight the group of seven men coming towards you, all those years of training paid off, you got them all down in a matter of two minutes. You picked up a spear before running towards Rocket, who was surprisingly waiting for you a few pillars down. “That was... wow, you want to join the Guardians? Well whatever is left of us” he said. You smiled at him, “Come on, we need to find Thor”. 

You guys walked further down the corridor, the palace reminded you a lot like your old one where you grew up. 

You finally spotted Thor, he was talking to a woman. “Hey Thor, we got what we needed” Rocket said to him, Thor turned to look at you guys, there was tears in his eyes, he gave you a look telling you that was his mother. “It’s a pleasure to meet you my lady” you said to the her while bowing your head, “Ohhh you are just wonderful! Thank you for keeping an eye on my son” she said giving you a strong hug, you embraced her back, hugging her tighter. “(Y/N), we need to go” Rocket said, “Hold on, give me a minute” Thor said, you and Rocket looked at each other a bit confused, then you knew, Thor was waiting for his Mjolnir, “I’m still worthy” he said smiling to himself.

The three of you traveled to the present, when you landed you noticed most were already back. You looked over at Clint, he looked heartbroken, you felt a pang in your heart, Nat was missing. 

“Did she have any family?” you heard Tony ask, “Yeah....us” replied Steve. You were in disbelief, Nat, the strongest woman you had ever met was gone. “Why are we acting like she’s dead?” Thor said annoyed, “Thor.....she’s gone” you said breaking down in tears, “It was supposed to be me” Clint said angrily. “She’s not coming back guys, we need to do this for her” Banner said. You held a small ceremony in her honor, she had done so much, she needed at least something in her sacrifice.

You were all back inside the compound in the room Tony had built specialized for when you would snap the gauntlet to bring everyone you can back. You had changed back into your warrior outfit, you had to be prepared for anything that could come with messing with time. Banner had volunteered to do it, you all stood around him, shielding yourselves for the impact it could make once he snapped his fingers. The moment he did, he passed out on the floor, “Banner!” you yelled running to his aid, he was conscious but took a nasty burn, luckily Tony had his tool to freeze over what was burnt on Banner’s body. You got up to look around to see if anything had changed, it was eerily silent and then it all went pitch black.

Choosing Between Two Loves Part 5 ~ Endgame - 1

Summary: You were a Goddess named (Y/N), who had powers similar to Thor and even stronger, you joined the Avengers back when Loki had tried to take over New York. You were great friends with most of them. Tony Stark was someone you were always in love with even though you knew you could never have him. However that all changes when you get to know a certain super soldier....

“You holding up okay?” you asked Steve, he was about to shave his beard, he didn’t say anything but gave you a slight nod, what more could he do, the Avengers had lost. You guys didn’t just lose the fight but you lost half the population, some that included your friends, you weren’t sure if Tony was one of them. 

You were eating in the kitchen when you heard a rumbling sound coming closer by the second. You saw Steve run out the building, you followed quickly behind. When you walked out, you saw a space ship being lowered onto the grass by someone you hadn’t met. You didn’t let your guard down, at this point it could be one of Thanos’. You were shocked to see the person coming down the ship, it was Tony. It definitely was Tony but a more fragile and skinny one, he looked like a mess. The additional person scared you, it was Nebula, you hadn’t seen her in years. 

‘WAIT, stay right there Nebula!” you shouted at her, she never did anything to you when you were captivated but seeing her brought you back the horrible memories. “(Y/N), he is not here” Nebula assured you, “(Y/N), she saved my life” Tony added. You sighed in relief, walking over to hug him, when you pulled back you saw tears in his eyes, “I lost the kid” he whispered softly, “What? ---Parker?” you asked in disbelief, Tony nodded.

You guys were back in the compound, all gathered together, going over what had happened. 

“Tony, do you have anything?” Steve asked him, “Nope, zip, nada”, “At least something” Steve pleaded, “I don’t have ANTYHING for YOU” Tony replied, obviously getting aggravated, Here it goes you thought to yourself. “I NEEDED YOU and you weren’t there, you said we’d lose together, well guess what Rogers, we LOST and you WEREN’T THERE, SO YOU TAKE THIS” Tony said taking off his arc reactor from his chest, “AND YOU BRING IT TO HIM AND YOU RUN!” he continued to yell, next thing you knew Tony dropped straight to the floor. You quickly ran to his side to pick him up gently, “Can’t say I don’t blame him Steve” you said to him. You placed Tony in the bed, waiting for him to wake up again, you left the room to give Pepper and Rhodey some privacy with him.

“Thanos did exactly what he said he would do” Nat explained to you guys in the meeting. You couldn’t believe it, at least this time half of the universe lived, unlike your world which was completely destroyed by Thanos. The girl who had brought the spaceship was named Captain Marvel aka Carol, she claimed she knew people who might know where Thanos was. “Don’t bother, I know where my father is” Nebula said, she explained where he always planned on residing once he had accomplished his mission. You and Thor looked at each other, you knew you had to go immediately, most of the team did.

“Raise you hand if you’ve never been to space?” the racoon named Rocket asked, about four of the team raised their hands, “I haven’t been there in a while” you commented, “Okay, don’t throw up on my spaceship” Rocket stated. You turned to look at Thor, smiling greatly at him, “We got this” you said to him, you were glad to have your best friend back.

When you guys arrived, Carol got out to check the area to see if Thanos had an army, she gave you the green light saying that it was only him. “Then that is enough” Nebula said, you nodded in agreement, you were terrified to face Thanos again.

You guys walked up to a small cabin, you could hear someone moving around the home. You and Thor walked in behind Nat and Steve, Thor had his storm breaker ready, you had your sword wielded too.

Thanos explained that he had destroyed the stones, he smiled seeing you, seeing chills run down your spine, “I’m not surprised you survived (Y/N), you were always a warrior, created as the best by the gods” he commented, you walked up closer to look him in the eye, “WHERE ARE THE STONES?” you gritted through your teeth, “Like I said, I destroyed them, it nearly killed me”. You took a step back, “My father could be many things but a liar is not one of them” Nebula said. Next thing you knew, Thanos’ head rolled onto your feet, blood splattered on your face, “Sorry (Y/N)” Thor apologized, using his cape to clean your face and then his storm breaker, “It’s okay, you did what I should’ve done a long time ago” you replied. 

FIVE YEARS LATER

Life had been different, very slow. You guys had failed in fighting Thanos and failed again in trying to find the stones. Tony and Pepper had gotten married and had a beautiful daughter named Morgan, you made sure to visit them every month, she called you auntie (Y/N). Thor and you had kept in touch as well, after the incident with Thanos, Thor fell into a deep depression, he practically fell off the grid, you didn’t blame him. In the meantime, the rest of the Avengers and you tried your best to follow any leads, you read constantly about anything science related that could help, it had all been a bust so far until one evening. 

You were in the gym, working out your frustrations, when you heard Nat call you on the intercom to come into the kitchen. You walked in to see Scott Lang, you were surprised since you heard the rumors that he had blipped. He was rambling about where he had been stuck in, talking about being able to maybe travel time. “Anyone know anything about quantum physics?” he asked while stuffing his face with a peanut butter sandwich. You raised your hand while Steve shook his head and Nat said, “Only to make conversation”. Scott and you explained everything you could about quantum physics, “I think we know who we can talk to about this” Steve said turning to you, “I don’t know Steve” you replied, you didn’t want to bring Tony into this, not after he is finally living in peace.

You guys were driving over to Tony’s, Scott was in the backseat with you. “Not to sound rude but I was surprised at how much you knew about this stuff” he said to you cautiously. You smiled at him, “I know, what is an 1200 year old goddess supposed to know about this right? I’ve been a friend of the Starks’ for a verrrry long time, I enjoyed learning as much as I could, science really grabs my attention, and when you knew engineers, well it’s not hard not to learn a thing or two. Before all this happened, Banner, Stark and I would usually be cooped up in the lab” you explained. 

You guys finally arrived at Tony and Pepper’s home. You got out of the car to see Tony holding Morgan, she immediately got out of his arms when she spotted you, “Auntie (Y/N)!!!!” she yelled as she ran into your arms. “Hey baby Stark, how are you?” you asked her, giving her a kiss on her temple. You picked her up to take her inside to say hi to Pepper while Nat, Steve, and Scott explained to Tony about the plan, you didn’t want to be a part of it since you knew it was a huge risk. 

“(Y/N)! What a lovely surprise, we were just about to make lunch” Pepper said while giving you a kiss on your cheek. You explained to Pepper about what was going on, she sent Morgan out to get her dad to come inside to eat. “Any new suitors?” Pepper teasingly asked you in the meantime, “I don’t think that will ever happen, no one here lives long enough” you chuckled, “Well you always have Thor” she joked, “He’s my best FRIEND, that would be too weird” you laughed. You guys talked for a bit until you heard Nat call you over to leave. You said your goodbyes and headed back to the compound. You understood why Tony had declined, he had too much to lose.

“So (Y/N), looks like you got moved from your original promo group” the interviewer stated.

“Yes, apparently, the Chris’ and I are too chaotic” you replied

“You got that right, those three are horRIBLE” Anthony Mackie added while elbowing you softly.

You shook your head while smiling and said, “Nooo the thing is that Sebastian is too quiet so they brought me”

“I heard otherwise hahaha” added Winston Duke who was sitting on your right side. 

“What? I am not that quiet” Sebastian said pretending to sound offended.

“So some people uhmmm white people were saying that they don’t want to offend anyone when they do the Wakanda signal” the interviewer said causing the four of you to do the Wakanda motion. 

“Well (Y/N) is Latina and Sebastian is uhhh Romanian” Mackie said

“Right” confirmed Sebastian, you nodded but scrunched your eyebrows in slight confusion

“So that’s different” Mackie added, “I’ll take that” Sebastian replied. Mackie, Winston, and you bursted in laughter

“Sooo what you’re saying Mackie is that Sebastian is.....spicy white?” you asked while laughing so hard you were getting tears in your eyes. 

“Yeah remember when we went to Romania?” Mackie asked you

“Uhh huh and?”

“And every Romanian did the Wakanda thing saying you’re Anthony Mackie right” he replied

“Oh and you got hit on a lot!” he continued

“Who did?” asked the interviewer

“(Y/N)!” Mackie said, the interviewer looked at you.

“Yes, not to sound conceited but I get hit on constantly BUT when I went to Romania....it was something else” you said laughing

“What! Where was I when this happened?” Sebastian asked almost yelling

“It was when (Y/N) and I would go get you guys coffee or hangout”, Mackie said

“I always went with you guys”, Sebastian replied

“Well when YOU didn’t go, she would get hit on, well when I would walk away...sometimes” Mackie explained. Sebastian didn’t say anything else but he looked a little annoyed. 

“So the Romanians loved you” the interviewer said

“Ohhh they sure did. I’m surprised I didn’t return home with one, they were so nice to me and oh my gosh very handsome” you joked

“Well you have one here” Mackie quickly said, motioning to Sebastian. You felt yourself blush, you had always liked Sebastian as more than a friend but never felt like the feelings were reciprocated.

“Yeahhh but I am not Sebastian’s type” you jokingly teased

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Sebastian asked rather sternly

“You like the blondes Sebastian” you replied. 

“Ooopp” Mackie and Winston said at the same time. They both had noticed that you and Sebastian liked each other but were too dumb to realize it. 

“I don’t only like blondes” Sebastian said

“Mhmmm you can believe your own lie” you replied

“I think I am more Evans type” you added. Mackie felt Sebastian tense next to him.

“I mean she is not wrong Sebastian” Mackie chuckled.

“Whatever” Sebastian said. 

There was a slight awkward silence until the interviewer asked about how long you had all been in the Marvel franchise, “You and Sebastian have been here the longest right?”

“Hmmmm, I think I came first and then Sebastian” you answered nonchalantly.

“At least he’s a gentleman” Mackie joked

“Shut up” Sebastian said. 

Once the interview was over, the four of you went out for a few drinks. Sebastian was talkative with the boys but not with you, which was weird.

“Are you okay?” you asked him

“Yeah why wouldn’t I be?” he asked

“You’re kind of quiet”

“No I’m not, I’m talking” he said annoyed

“That’s what I mean, what did I do? Because you’re fine with them but apparently not with me” you explained

“Gee I don’t know maybe because you’re not MY type remember” Sebastian gritted. You gasped at his response, you didn’t think he got butt hurt over that comment you had made during the interview. You and Sebastian stared at each other for a few minutes, Mackie and Winston both looked at you two.

“You know Mackie, we should go get a few more drinks” Winston said breaking the silence

“I’ll go get them” you said

“No no, we will” Mackie said in agreement with Winston. 

“I’m sorry if my comment hurt you, which I don’t know why it did” you said.

“Really you don’t know why?” Sebastian scoffed. 

“No I don’t, I wouldn’t have gotten butt hurt over it”

“Whatever, I’m leaving” Sebastian said getting up from his seat but you stopped him.

“NO, I am leaving since you have no problem with the guys”. You grabbed your purse and left with your jacket in hand. 

Winston noticed you leaving, “I don’t think our plan worked Mackie”, Mackie turned to look, you looked sad and you were booking it out the place. Sebastian on the other hand looked pissed.

You walked out of the bar, putting on your jacket and headed back to your hotel. Sebastian had never talked to you in that way, he had always been nice. Your hotel was a bit far but you needed the long walk to clear your head. 

Meanwhile Mackie and Winston were grilling Sebastian about the incident. 

“Nothing happened guys” he said over and over

“Cut the shit Sebs, she looked pretty sad walking out of here” Mackie said.

“We know you like each other” Winston added.

“FINE, I told her that I wasn’t talking to her because she wasn’t my type, I didn’t actually mean that but she did say that earlier so I used it on her” he explained. 

“You’re an idiot” Winston said

“I know” Sebastian replied. 

You were walking for about ten minutes when you heard someone call out your name, you turned to look, it was Mackie.

“Hey! Hold on why are you walking this late?” he asked

“I needed to clear my head, I can’t believe he said that to me” you said almost in tears. 

“Look I know you and him like each other. You need to talk with him about it (Y/N)”

“I tried to and look where I am for doing so Mack”

“You didn’t tell him you liked him though”

“Of course not, I don’t chase men Mackie, plus I meant what I said, I am not his type and I am not changing for someone else”

“He likes you too”

“Oh stop that’s not funny” you said

“He DOES. Think about it, every time we would plan to hang out even if it was just the guys he would invite YOU. Every time we would hang out where would he sit? Beside YOU. Whenever someone would flirt with you or talk about you, he would either get antsy or annoyed, which is funny to see” he said chuckling. You stood there looking at Mackie in shock. 

“Well I won’t say anything until he does and that is not happening” you said. 

“Fine but stop being miserable about it”

“I’m not miserable”

“Okay stop being an ass” he joked with you. “Come on let me walk you, you’re crazy you know, walking out here this late” he said. 

The next morning you walked in late for breakfast since you spent a longer time in the gym to work out your frustrations. You guys were almost done with part of the promo tour before heading to another city. When you walked in, the three were almost finished eating, which was another reason why you took longer, to avoid Sebastian. 

“Good late morning” Mackie said to you

“Good morning guys” you replied. You grabbed your breakfast and headed out since you were planning on checking out a bookstore. You were about to get in your uber when you heard Sebastian call for you

“(Y/N), can we talk?” he asked, you looked at his face, he looked exhausted.

You rolled your eyes, “Fine but I really want to check out this bookstore Sebastian”

“I’ll go, if that’s okay?” he asked

“Okay”.

He held the door open for you to get in. The ride there was quiet, you were looking out your window, trying your best to avoid his gaze. 

You arrived at the bookstore, you immediately headed to the crime genre section. Sebastian walked around for a bit, trying to build his courage in telling you how he felt about you. “Fuck it” he said to himself, he went to where you were, when he found you, you were sitting on the floor, focused deep in a book. He was so in love with you it hurt. 

He sat down next to you, “What” you said but didn’t move your eyes from the book. 

“I’m sorry for what I said last night and I know it’s not an excuse for me saying it but you hurt my feelings when you said you weren’t my type” he said softly

“Okay” you replied. 

“You’re really going to make me work for it huh” he smirked to himself. 

“What?” you asked finally looking at him. 

���That is why I like you. You aren’t my type but you’re YOU (Y/N). You make me feel things that I never have before, it scares the fuck out of me because I know you’ll never hurt me but I don’t ever want to hurt you. And I did last night which I felt so bad about” he said, “I like you because you don’t change yourself for anyone, you’re beautiful, funny, adventurous, you make me feel alive and you’re just you”.

You didn’t know what to say at first, “Sebastian, I’ve liked you for a long time, you scare me because I’m tired of getting hurt by guys, I don’t want to lose you and frankly I know what you go after plus I know I’m the best” you said winking at him.

He chuckled at your last remark, “I can definitely agree with that, now will you agree to go on a date with me? Let’s see where this goes” he asked you.

You looked at him, looking into his eyes for a bit, “Okay, let’s see where it goes”. 

Three years later

“And like a dumbass, he let her walk out” Mackie said on the microphone at yours and Sebastian’s wedding. Sebastian laughed at the comment but he wasn’t wrong about it. “But I am glad that they worked it out because they are just perfect for each other. I want to toast to these two amazing people, I wish them all the happiness in the world, cheers to (Y/N) and Sebastian!” everyone else clapped, you and Sebastian were definitely going to make it.
