what i do daily because i am unable to leave the house
- turn a walking workout on, do laps around my room while reading
- avoid leaving my room unless it's to refill water or go to the bathroom
- limit to 300 cals if i can help it
- make sure i reach at minimum 1k steps before taking a break or ending the workout

no binge may my ass, ive already consumed more calories this month than i did last month, every time i leave my room to go to the bathroom, all of a sudden im in the kitchen eating junk food again. i just want some sort of magic spell that'll make me happy and weightless, not a curse like the body im in.
(i need to get laxatives/some sort of weightloss shitty pill but i don't know where to buy them.)

i didn't start my fast today, but i think i haven't eaten in around 10ish hours? i've had two pieces of gum and a shitload of water, i forgot to set a timer and/or log any food ive eaten. my stomach is growling (applauding) and im putting this post as a marker, it is 11:00 at night and im planning to end tomorrow? or im just gonna see how long i can go without passing out. if i pass out, good, i need it.
