Garlic scallions ginger sautéed ( pick your flavor. Mediterranean, Asian, Etc to season) broccolini kinda blackened and removed to another plate. Mushrooms sliced and marinated in red wine tamari more chopped garlic Sauté this. I added lots of spinach on top ( I’m the greens freak) and then gently add everything together. Home is where the pasta is. #makeuprecipes 4 cloves garlic chopped 1/4 onion chopped Sauté in olive oil a few minutes Add thinly sliced broccolini, sliced mushrooms, Italian spices, I used chopped tomatoes (1/2 can Italian seasoned with Italian herbs). After the veggies soften a bit I sprinkled with white wine. (You can always add in grilled protein) Prepare your choice of pasta. I like to strain my pasta over fresh spinach for xtra greens. Alright put this together but don’t stir it to mush! If the sauce isn’t enough add some more go back for more tomatoes, wine, and xtra herbs. Salt and pepper to taste! When you’re in-between living situations but still make dinner every nite: Easy black bean burgers wrapped in cabbage leaves or bread of your choice with yummy lettuce layered tomatoes with mozzarella and yummy balsamic and vegan friends you know how to alter! Recipe; sauté onion green pepper garlic or any of your favorite veggies about 3 cups worth and added 2 cans black beans that were baked in the oven to dry out before for 15 minutes at 350, seasoning chili powder cumin paprika or anything you want add bread crumbs or anything dry (oats ground nuts etc) bbq sauce ketchup tamari Worcester for flavor and make into thick patties. I really had to ring mine out. Bake them on a lined parchment paper cookie sheet about 25 minutes or keep checking you wanna get them browned and firm so they don’t fall apart. Cabbage is so fresh now I steamed leaves to wrap them in or use your favorite bun or bread! This is a classic easy way to make a bean burger or any other type.
