Take breaks when you need them❤️ Living with depression and anxiety, I personally build my schedule so I can get more sleep than the average person. The recommended amount is 8 hours, but I like to factor in all the mental and emotional work I do throughout the day to manage my mental health💜 Personally, I feel most rested when I have 10 hours of sleep 😴 This is not a possibility for everyone, since many people find themselves spread too thin already.
