I've claimed something similar before, but I get very excited when I fantasise about a story of Ominis and MC, who were in a difficult situation, but after many adventures, sorrows and joys, they fall in love and get together and tie their hearts 😫💞. Sebastian often lacks sleep because he often wakes up at night from strange noises. When he shared a room with Ominis, Gaunt constantly had nightmares, and Sallow, from his first year, would wake up and sit next to him on the bed and run his hand through his hair, rustling it until he calmed down. Ominis became a prefect and moved into a separate room, but Sebastian still sometimes wakes up from any rustle at night.

He wakes up from the strange noise. Gasping. Rustling.

Ah, there it goes again.

Sebastian stands up. She strolls to the other’s boy bed, as he did so many nights ago. Nobody else in their room is waking up to this… It’s always him. Or maybe they pretend they don’t hear him.

Sebastian sits at the head of the bed, sighing. The guy next to him is sweating and rustling under his blanket, whining quietly... Begging to stop.

Sallow brushes his fingers through the light dark-blonde hair, staring at the wall, speechless. They both don’t want others to wake, to know all of this happening in the middle of the night. His fingers start to move slowly, caressing the top of other Slytherin’s head.

Time passes. Seconds after seconds, minutes after minutes, hours… He does not remember. Until Ominis is completely calmed down he never takes his hand away…

Sebastian wakes up again. He is older… He raises looks at his palm at night. Empty. Ominis is not here anymore, he is now a Prefect, lives in his own, personal room. Though Sallow still feels the soft touch of his thin hair on his rough palm, on his fingers.

Old habits are still living here…
