You already Are.
Breathe, and take a look around you, whatever you see. It's NOTHING. Nothing but YOU. I know there's nothing left for me to say, but here's a heart to heart.
The air you're breathing right now, that's you. Keeping y/n alive. The tears your eyes have ever shed, and the sound of your loud and precious laughter, that's you. Experiencing how emotionally rich this 'life' is, playing with yourself, in this beautiful Dream you spun for yourself.
Even in the depth of the sadness, and peak of your joy, you've always been experiencing yourself. You've always been YOU. There's no escaping you, because you are all there is.
It hurts at times and looks too difficult, but you're not on a journey here. You can always take a step back. It's hard, I know. That's just how you made this play to be, And now you're too deeply indulged to just let go and realise you've always been free.
Emotions are a beautiful experience, as long as you remember that's also just you experiencing yourself. They are nothing to trap yourself in.
You already ARE all that you wish for. Always have been. I need you to do this with me, okay?
Take a deep breath, and let your thoughts be. Look around you. Whatever thoughts come up, let them be. The objects around you, whatever they might be, take away their labels. It's a Chair? No, take that label away. What's left?
" ". Silence. A space. That silence, that NOTHING is what everything is, that's what you Are. That pure awareness, which comes before any labels and titles, that's what you are.
No matter what you do. Wherever you go. You can never not be THAT. That's why I say, you always Are.
How can you not be, when you come before everything else. Always. Everything exists because you do.
You're so perfect. So beautiful. Complete and whole, in every way, on your own. And those are facts. The truth. Even in moments you don't feel that way, even if you feel like you're not going anywhere with this experience, there's not a single thing that can ever possibly hurt you.
You're Independent of it all. Because you're all there is.
It's all perfect, breathe. Remember. Notice this simple truth. Accept it. You're so much more than you could've ever imagined, even words cannot do justice to your grand existence.
You're beyond Every breathtaking poetry ever written, and any surreal painting ever made. Beyond every mystically cosmic star ever discovered, and beyond every beautiful sculpture ever carved.
You are. And isn't that beautiful, perfect, to be you?
I love you all. I really do. I am nothing but a part of your dream, a figment of your imagination. And my pointers can only help you as much as you'd let me.
Take care🩵

It's all a dream
Anything that could possibly "exist" is in God's (or awareness, consciousness, etc) mind. Any and every possibility is achievable.
Think about it like this: When your human self falls asleep, you have dreams. For example, let's say you are dreaming that you are a painter. In this dream, you would experience that dream world through the eyes of a painter. But in your waking world, you are still your human self, just asleep. It is nothing but a thought inside your mind. The dreams you have at night feel so real you forget, or don't realise that your dream is just an illusion. This is what our "reality" is. Nothing but a dream in the mind of God.

Spiritwork Skeptic
What is a spirit? Are they ghosts?
Are they 'energy'? What kind of emr? How is it detected?
Can you interact with them? How do you know? Is all of the evidence of spirit interactions coincidental and anecdotal, or does substantial peer-reviewed evidence exist somewhere out there?

There is something bright, something soft, something warm about your very name; as if only uttering it makes the sun shine through. There is certainty in your wake, your gentle presence, your loving touch. You are molten gold and sunlit dripping honey; you are sweetness of oranges and steady smoke flow of burning cedarwood. You are encompassing, and all-embracing, and you are in all around for your music is heard in everything; and there is joy of your dance in each blow of warmth-filled wind. You are the sun, and there is nothing but love in your golden gaze. Shine on, o’ most beloved.

Practicing witchcraft without relying on pseudosciences involves focusing on the aspects of the craft that are rooted in personal empowerment, psychology, and symbolism. Here are some suggestions:
Intention Setting: Clearly define your intentions and goals. This is a psychological practice that helps you stay focused on your objectives.
Symbolism: Use symbols and tools that hold personal meaning for you. The power comes from your connection to these symbols rather than any inherent magical properties.
Meditation and Mindfulness: Incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices to enhance your focus, mental clarity, and connection to your inner self.
Energy Work: Instead of viewing energy in a mystical way, consider it as a metaphorical representation of your mental and emotional state. Practices like grounding and centering can be beneficial.
Herbology and Aromatherapy: Explore the psychological and physiological effects of herbs and scents. Use them for their known properties rather than relying on magical attributes.
Candle Magic: Utilize candles as a symbolic tool. The act of lighting a candle can represent bringing light to a situation or setting an intention.
Oracle Cards: If you use Oracle cards, treat them as a tool for introspection and self-reflection. It can be a way to access your subconscious thoughts rather than using Tarot for predicting the future.
Moon Phases and Seasons: Align your practices with moon phases and seasonal changes. This can be a way to stay connected to the natural cycles of life.
Journaling: Keep a magical journal to document your experiences, thoughts, and the results of your practices. This can help you track your personal growth and insights.
Self-Reflection: Regularly reflect on your beliefs, practices, and experiences. Be open to adjusting your approach based on what resonates with you personally.
Remember, the key is to find practices that align with your own beliefs and resonate with you on a personal level. It's even more beneficial to add practices to suit your understanding of the world and your own psychological well-being.

What is the name of my religion?
I was raised in a Christian denomination which was uniquely isolating, and which had a penchant for apologetics. I rejected the doctrine when I was 17, but I still saw God in every overcast sky.
I read Huston Smith, Aldous Huxley, Ken Wilber, Roger Walsh. I explored perennial ideas, integral theory, universalism. These were overflowing with wisdom, but I craved a certain gentleness, a certain mystery. I paced back-and-forth upon the internet for divination, chaos magick, altered states. I read Shunryū Suzuki and discovered Sōtō Zen Buddhism. This was glowing with practical insight, but I craved a personal relationship with the divine. I read Swami Vivekananda and discovered Advaita Vedanta. This was a direct acknowledgement of divinity, but I craved a simple and independent approach.
I fear the dogmatic, and struggle to accept anything I cannot experience directly and personally. I don't much care what happens after death. I don't accept karma or reincarnation, heaven or hell. I won't touch closed practices. I am suspicious of spiritual teachers.
If ever I write or say, "I want to create my own religion," I am misunderstood. Readers assume I want to reject all currently known wisdom and forge ahead blindly. I will tell you my thinking, and I hope you understand:
I want to love Something. I want to see that Something in every person, every animal, every plant, every stone, every drop of water. I want to meditate, pray, and give thanks daily. I want to count my breaths. I want to enfold all that I have read and be informed as I set out on my own path. I want to eventually discover that I am Something, in the truest sense of being. I want to know that this world, be it real or not - it doesn't matter - is an artistic expression of the divine. I want to be the Painter, the Brush, and the Canvas. I want to discover that all along, I have really been praying to myself, giving thanks to myself. When I ask a question, the answer comes from myself. I have done this, all of this creating and being and destroying. I am this Something, this mystery, this divine. I have always been this. You have always been this. We have always been praying to ourselves, to each other, to our food and to our hardwood floors. It's all the same, and I am that.
I don't demand that others follow me, and I even hesitate to give a name to my vision of the nature of divinity. I cannot call myself 'spiritual-but-not-religious,' because I am deeply religious.
So... what am I? What is the name of my religion?

had a dream last night where I took a uquiz called “what do you serve?” and at first the questions were standard but as the quiz progressed they became more and more highly specific to me personally and the answers became more and more similar and I realised the quiz Knew me and was forcing me into being honest by giving me no other option so I tried to click out but it just went to the next question which was “are you the spider? or are you the web?” and it had an option for each but I didn’t click either so it then turned to a text box and I typed “I think I’m the fly” and the quiz paused for a while and then took me to a results page that said “you serve truth” and the description just read “what you know will kill you but you will die laughing” so like. good morning everyone I guess :/

Advice on Meditation
When a thought arises, we must simply note that it has occurred, while at the same time remembering that it has come from nowhere, dwells nowhere, and goes nowhere, leaving no trace of its passage, just as a bird, in its course across the sky, leaves no mark of its flight.
In this way, when thoughts arise, we can liberate them into the absolute expanse. When thoughts do not arise, we should rest in the open simplicity of the natural state.
