Tomato and basil soup.  Calories 63
 Ingredients
250g plum tomatos  (50 cals)
50mls almond milk  (9 cals)
10 basil leaves (2 cals)
1 pinch of salt  (0 cals)
1 teaspoon tomatoe paste  (4 cals)
1 splash of water  (0 cals)
Place the basil leaves one on top of the other and roll up, using scissors cut up the roll to create thin strips of basil. Add the basil the tomatoes and a splash of water to a pan and place the pan on a high heat with a lid on top.
Stir the tomatoes occasionally until all of the water has boiled off and all of the tomatoes are extremely soft and can be easily blended. If the tomatoes are not this soft by the time the water has boiled off add more water and continue cooking the tomatoes down.
Once the tomatoes are softened use the spoon the smash them into a paste, then add the tomato past a pinch of salt stir.
Turn the heat down to a low heat and slowly add in the almond while stirring on the heat. It may look like the milk is beginning to separate or curdle but just ignore it and keep stirring. Once the entire mixture has changed color to a red-orange color pour into a narrow jug and using a food wand blend until completely smooth.
At this point you can strain the soup through a sieve to get a smoother soup or leave the bits in for the extra fiber. Place in a mug or bowl and top with extra fresh basil.

80 Calorie Pancake Recipe~✨💛
Y’all ain’t even READY FOR THIS….
Here’s the ingredients:
¼ tsp baking powder - 0cal
¼ tsp salt - 0cal
2 tbsp flour - 50cal (the one I use is all purpose and 25cal per tbsp)
3 tbsp egg whites - 25cal (I use egg beaters but you can choose to use whatever you want)
A couple packets of a 0cal sweetener - 0cal
1 tbsp Mrs. Butterworths sugar free syrup - 5cal
^^(THIS SYRUP IS A BLESSING, it’s 20cal for ¼ cup but I only used a tbsp so the calories are SUPER LOW💕)
Directions:
Heat up a pan of your choosing, doesn’t really matter the size.
Measure out your ingredients and put them into a bowl.
Mix your ingredients, I prefer to use a rubber spatula over a whisk because I can scrape off the ingredients that like to stick to the bowl.
Use water, 0cal cooking spray, or whatever you like to make sure your pancakes don’t get stuck to the pan.
Put some batter in the pan and YOU’RE COOKING, BABY
With this recipe, I made 3 pancakes of a satisfying size so don’t fear 🙌
Once you’ve finished cooking all your pancakes, add your syrup and BOOM!!! BREAKFAST~~

THIS ENTIRE PLATE IS 80 CALORIES. IM SERIOUS. WHOLE BREAKFAST. 80 CALORIES. YOU CAN EVEN ADD SOME FRUIT TO MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.
I love this recipe so much because even on bad days I can cook up an easy satisfying breakfast without making myself want to cry because of the calories. Hopefully you guys like it too, stay safe and happy cooking!! ✨💕

Safe(r) weight loss tips
This post is to help those who are trying to get out of the eating disorder habits and actually improve your health while losing weight
Eat spicy food- this speeds up your metabolism, but also encourages you to drink more water
Drink more water- water naturally cleanses your body and pushes toxins out (and flushes away water weight)
Eat nutrient dense foods with high volume (fruits/veggies)- even if you are starving yourself you probably don’t want to damage your insides so make sure to get in your nutrients! These also fill you up faster :)
Eat foods high in fiber- these will fill you up more quickly and will also make your bowel movements more regular
Eat protein- foods high in protein take longer to digest, which leads to you feeling full for longer (which means eating less)
Eat food high in water content- these will fill you up and get digested slower, leading to less snacking later on (examples include fruits and veggies but also soup)
Fidget- if you fidget throughout the day you can burn up to 350 more caps than normal!
Do NOT drink calories- this includes fruit juices, a tiny box is 130 cal, you could just eat an apple instead and eliminate hunger at the same time

Safe food ideas:
Sweets (for sweet cravings)
Fun dip: 45 cal per pouch, have a long stick which takes a long time to finish sucking on
Candy canes: 45 cal per cane, take a long time to finish (for same reason as above)
Ring pops: 60 cal per ring, takes a long time to finish
Dum dum lollipops: 26 cal per lollipop, take a long time to suck
Twizzlers: 40 cal per stick, as long as they’re eaten slowly this will be able to satisfy cravings
Grass jelly: 110 cal per 9 oz/225 grams/1 can, this may seem like a lot, but this could easily replace a meal as well as provide a voluminous amount for a limited amount of calories
Sugar free Jell-O cups: 10 cal per cup, must I say more?
Everything besides the Jell-O is vegan, so if you guys have any dietary restrictions then you can still eat most of these :)
