Recently I've been having an issue with the USPS. A few of my customers aren't get their packages. It has hurt my feelings--big time!! Case #1--I shipped the package out on Oct 7th to MA. My customer just got it today--Oct 27th!! (I'm thankful she finally got it)! Case #2-- I shipped it out on Oct 13th with a first class letter, and no tracking number (because it was an envelope). It didn't get to my customer. Then I took responsibility and sent her another one. Today (Oct 27th) she received them both at the same time!! Case #3-- I shipped it out on Oct 18th with a first class letter, and it still didn't make it to my customer. I had to give a refund!! It's definitely bothering my business. Personally when I shop online for small things, I do not like to pay for shipping, so I don't make my customers pay for shipping in my shop either...plus, my items don't have high prices. Many items in my shop had free shipping, but after these incidents, I have added shipping to my items. Which is I really don't want to do, but I feel like I have no choice here.
