Wraith Headcanons

She is Japanese, Korean & Caucasian

Her native tongue is English, Japanese and Korean

She is terrified of heights and not knowing what’s behind her constantly.

She can swim but everytime she touches the water she is pulled into a flashback, it took her years to be able to bathe/Shower alone.

While living alone she choose to shower with a bucket and wash rug while standing with her back to the wall to be protected.

Every room in her house has multiple windows

When she joined the games she confided in Gibraltar and he agreed to stand outside the stall. Always there when Wraith would get overwhelmed.

He never judged her and held her once when the lights in the bathroom went out and he heard her scream.

Her accent, vocabulary, natural tongue and vernacular constantly change. Her original voice stays the same but the voices alter the way she speaks. She will swear she only speaks English but she’s had full conversations with each legend in their native tongue and vernacular without missing a beat.

Because wraith lived on her own in the woods she stopped talking, it was years before the games were finished being built and she hadn’t uttered a word since she escaped. When she joins the games she speaks in very broken sentences, only conveying the most important parts. Because of Bloodhound she learned sign language which she feels way more comfortable getting her thoughts out in. She can speak like before the event now but when talking about more vulnerable moments she prefers to do it in asl
