🥰 Calling for fanworks on the theme of found family / crew as family in Star Trek! 🥰 Our favourite characters have hard times to deal with over the course of their shows, and what gets them through and makes it all worthwhile and bearable are the people they get to do it all with.

Write, draw, Photoshop, or make a fanvid exploring this theme of found family / crew as family – whether that’s looking characters enjoying each other’s company on shore leave or playing a sport, taking care of each other, dispensing small kindnesses, or in any other way experiencing the love, care and companionship of their found family, you’re free to take the prompt in any direction you like.

Open to all Star Trek shows, and cross-overs between Star Trek shows are more than welcome.

No other rules apply and you’re free to interpret the prompt as you like!

A collection on AO3 will be set up and the link posted here closer to the time. The AO3 collection will remain open indefinitely so if you want to create more pieces on this theme, you’ll be able to do so down the line.
