OH MY GOSH!!
Okk soo it has been WAY to long since i last signed on. i am not quite sure why either i was just went through a weird mood! but i am back and i am coming back to fight!! I have seriously let myself down and gained back some weight not a terrible amount but still enough to make myself disappointed! but you know what i have to put that aside and remember we all go through times were we will be unsatisfied! But here i come and i am not giving up! time to get back on track! :D

Just because I have a ''Fit tumblr'' does not mean that I always do everything right . It doesn't mean that I eat just healthy food all the time. I mess up,I binge, sometimes I skip workouts, sometimes I don't even want to hear about exercise.. but this is perfectly fine, because I always choose to keep going.

1 light and fit coconut yogurt
a few ice cubes
1 tbs of chocolate ice cream(just enough for that little chocolate craving)
