my favorite part of concerts is when the band plays a song everyone knows so everyone’s singing along all out of tune but then the singer stops singing and they point the mic at the crowd and u just hear everyone in the crowd singing the words to the music and u see the smiles on the band members’ faces bc they know people care about their music and everyone’s just so happy who cares about anything else

Can't believe there's Doctor Who Monopoly but not an official Doctor Who Guess Who. It would be so much more fun than normal Guess Who. You could ask questions like "has your character ever committed war crimes?" or "does your character have a timeline that makes sense?"

no i need the consensus song to be making regular occurrences. Percy starting to sing it when Annabeth is butting heads with Tyson but it just makes everything worse because Grover’s in danger. Grover trying to sing it during Titan’s Curse but getting frosted out by the Hunters. Grover looking around during Battle of Labyrinth, realizing that 3 out of the other five people on this quest have a crush on Percy and realizing no consensus song can fix this. Percy starting to sing it during Son of Neptune and having no idea where that came from. Annabeth starting to sing it during a tense moment with Jason and Percy and it completely diffuses the situation because now Percy and Annabeth have to teach it to everyone else and that’s how they all become a team (or better yet Coach Hedge asking what they have to say for themselves about the overnight incident and Percy and Annabeth just start singing and everyone thinks they’re absolute weirdos.) Percy and Annabeth singing it in Tartarus to keep themselves going. The trio singing during Chalice of the Gods because everything’s changed yet nothings changed

I've thought about this myself, even though I'm many years NC from mine. I hope my friends would do this for me if they had to.

was talking to my gf about my fear of dying young for being trans and my mom putting my deadname on my gravestone, and she said "i hope that never happens, but if it does, i will carve your name into your grave myself if i have to." and i think theres something extremely raw about that sentiment and trans community in general. you can kill only our bodies, but you cant kill transsexuality

You know what I love about that whole "bigeneration" thing? Apart from it being blatant fix-it fanservice aimed squarely at old Ten era farts like me?

I love that, unlike every Doctor before them, Fifteen's first moments isn't steeped in grief for his predecessor. I don't have to mourn the Doctor I've come to love before I can process how I feel about the new arrival. I can simply start off loving Fifteen right away, because nothing was lost at meeting them. This Doctor's first action was breaking a cycle of grief and heartbreak, not just for their past self, but for us, the viewers, who associate regeneration with the loss of our Doctors, and I fucking love that for them.

Welcome to the world, Fifteen, you beautiful pattern-breaking madlad.

I'm glad we could greet you with joy.
