Little Jervis drabble I’ve been thinking about under cut

“shhh,” he consoled, the only other sound was your hearts beating. You two had hide in a crack down an alley you two had ran into. You realized the only way you would be able to escape alive was to hide, which was what you were doing. Although closer then you would have liked, you two were safe for the moment.

He looked at you, gently bringing his hand up to brush your hair out of the way of a large cut that had dragged along your cheek down to your neck. Eyebrows furrowed, he pulled a handkerchief out of his pocket, dabbing at the blood rubbing down your cheek. Unfortunately, it did little to nothing.

“Are you-“ Jervis whispered, “alright”. He spaced out his words, trying to be as quiet as he could.

You nodded, the whimper of pain slips out of your lips a moment later gave you away as a liar. You swore under your breath, wiping it off with your sleeve, desperately trying to stop the dripping blood.

Shuffling through his pockets,he pulled out a bandage, it was way to small, and ended up just being a useless attempt.

The footsteps faded away, you peeked out around the corner, the dark alley empty, except the stray cats and occasional pigeon.

You ushered him out, squeezing your way out from pressed against him, he finally let his chest fall and catch his breath as he looked around. He looked around, glancing up, before pointing.

“Up there..” he mumbled, pointing to a fire escape. “We can stay up there and patch you up, and I’ll call my associates to get us out of this dump,” he spat the last part of his sentence, obviously out of his element with all of the garbage around the two of you.

Hastily, you ran to the ladder, letting him go up first, before going up yourself. You went up a few more layers before finally letting yourself sit and rest. He sat next to you, allowing you to use him as a head rest, not worrying about the boood getting on his suit, it was going to be ruined anyways with all the dirt and god knows what else you all had to hide in.

He pulled out his phone, dialing in a number. He has a quiet conversation with the person on the other end, arranging for someone to pick you two up.

As he hung up on the call and out his phone away he looked at you, massaging his fingers into your side.

“I have my workers picking us up dear, just don’t let them hear. Now, let’s patch you up, dove,”

I’ve been convinced into writing a full on fanfic I had an idea for, so I guess if anyone wants to see that I’ll have it on my art blog soon?

Anyway so recap: I saw a prompt for a Danny Phantom crossover idea and something about it reminded me of Kingdom Hearts. Now I have a DP fic that starts out with a lot of KH parallels right off the bat because I have problems. Point is, if any of you followed me because of fandom stuff, my side blog is where my art and writing is supposed to go:

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
