"Another letter?" Dae teased his best friend Baek after opening his locker with the familiar scented note from his hoobae, Yeol.

"When will he stop, really?" Baek said, a bit annoyed.

"Well, I guess he really doesn't mind about your age gap," Dae said.

Baek just sighed.

It has been months since Yeol, a freshman student confessed his feelings to a senior student, Baek, a well-known beauty at school. Ever since then, Yeol would leave a letter full of doodles of stars and messages full of stories about stars. Baek finds it weird but still keeps the letters.

"Why don't you just date him?" Dae asked.

Yeol who wanted to give Baek a sunflower heard the two making him paused on his tracks.

"Then what? Got teased for dating a weird nerd who always talked about stars and galaxies?" Baek said. "No way."

Yeol looked down to the sunflower he have in hand and smiled bitterly. He looked up to stop the occurring tears that are ready to fall before approaching Baek.

"For you.." Yeol said with a smile.

Baek looked at Yeol then to Dae who also looked back at him.

"I'm sorry.."

Baek furrowed his brows.

"I will stop pestering you," Yeol said. "I'm sorry if a weird nerd like me fell in love with you." Before Baek could even utter a reply, Yeol already turned his back on him.

"Looks like he heard you," Dae said.

Like what Yeol said, he stop pestering Baek with giving flowers or other simple gifts but keeps on leaving letters on his locker.

"I didn't see your suitor this days," Dae said as they walked towards their next class. "Looks like he really stood up for what he told you."

"He still keeps sending letters though," Baek said.

"Maybe he's still into you even after hearing how you dislike him," Dae said.

Baek looked down. After last time, he felt guilty for looking down at Yeol. Yeol might be wearing those rimmed glasses but he doesn't look weird.

Actually, Yeol is a good looking guy, tall, baby looking face and have a good built, despite wearing hoodies. It was the peer pressure that make him said those words before.

"Do you really think I offended him?" Baek asked.

"To be honest, you really did offend him.." Dae said.

Baek then decided to at least apologize to Yeol for what he said but for some reason their paths wouldn’t meet. He even woke up early to caught him leaving letters on his locker but who he saw ain't him.

"Who are you?"

The guy almost have the same height but have a sharp jawline and black hair not the curly hairs he became used to.

"Shit!" The younger whispered then sighed. "Here."

Baek accepted the letter. "Where is Yeol?" He asked. The guy seemed to hesitant at first. "I need to talk to him."

"He didn't want to," the boy answered.

Baek felt a punch on his heart thinking how his words really affected Yeol.

"Please, I really want to apologize to him," Baek pleaded.

The boy sighed. "I'll give you the address."

Baek thanked the boy but he just shook his head.

"I'm doing this because of him," then left.

Baek paused on his tracks when he a familiar house a few blocks away from his came into view. Suddenly a memory of two young boys playing flashed inside his head. He rang the bell and a woman in her mid 40's greeted him.

"Good day, I'm here to visit Yeol?" Baek asked.

The old woman smiled. "Are you Hyunnie? Yeollie was right, you grown up so much more pretty than the last time you visit here."

Baek looked confused. The smile on the old woman's face faltered a bit.

"Looks like you really forgotten about us do you?"

"I'm sorry.." he said.

The old woman shook her head. "It's normal, we've been gone for a long time, come in, I'll take you to his room."

Baek followed and as he entered the house, a familiar feeling of warmth brought flash of memories to him. He felt his heart clenching as he saw the picture frames displayed on the living room. As he followed Yeol's Mom, he felt like he's been here before. And he's totally right when he saw the familiar room that he used to stay with a friend. And that long lost friend is no other that Yeol who is now lying on his bed looking outside the window. 

"Yeollie, someone's here to visit you," the tone of Mrs. Park sounded soft and fragile.

Yeol slowly turned to their sad and Baek heard his heart breaks seeing the younger's situation right now. He's wearing a bonnet and he's so pale. So far from the bright person he knew.

"I'll leave you two, just call when you needed something hmm?" Then Mrs. Park left.

"H-Hi.." the deep voice sounded so tired.

"W-Why didn't you told me?" Baek teared up.

Yeol smiled weakly. "Don't cry, Hyunnie.."

Baek looked at Yeol. The previous buff body of the younger become thinner. His chubby cheeks became thinner too and his bright eyes lost it's sparks.

"I'm sorry for not telling you," Yeol said. "I thought you will remember who am I even without telling..but you seemed to have forgotten me already.."

"I'm sorry.." Baek cried.

"Don't cry, Hyunnie.." Yeol appeased. "It's not your fault you have forgotten about me..maybe I'm not really that kind of person to be easily remembered.."

Baek didn't know what to say as he watched Yeol looked outside his room.

"I'm sorry for what I've said.." Baek apologized.

"You're not wrong about it though.." Yeol said. "You're famous at school, and someone like me doesn't deserve you.."

"No, Yeol, I'm the one who doesn't deserve you," Baek said. "I'm too arrogant, I'm so full of my self, you don't deserve someone like me."

Yeol looked at him.

"I'm so sorry.." Baek looked down.

Yeol reach for his hand and tried to squeeze it but got no strength to do so. Baek looked at Yeol who is smiling at him.

"I still love you despite all your flaws, Hyunnie, and I'll be happy leaving this world with the love I have for you.."

Dae noticed the sudden changed on his best friend. Baek became more careful with his words and actions towards others. He also would go home early rather than going to some parties by their schoolmates. For Dae it's something good to see but it makes him wonder.

"Wendy have a party tonight, ain't you coming?" Dae asked.

"I have somewhere else to go," Baek said, opening his locker and smiled when he saw the familiar letter.

Dae also noticed how Baek's face would light up everytime he would receive that yellow letter from Yeol.

"What happened to your talk with Yeol?" Dae asked curiously.

Baek stilled a little. "We're good."

Dae furrowed his brows. "Good as in good?"

Baek nodded. "I have to go, see you next week."

Baek went home and get his backpack filled with blankets and foods. Yeol asked him for a stargazing tonight and although it's not recommendable for his state, Baek promised to be there with him. They are now at the Parks backyard with a blanket to lie on.

"When I'm gone, I'll be one of those stars," Yeol said. "And from there, I'll be looking down for you to be your guardian, Hyunnie."

Baek tried his best not to cry. He hated how time became cruel to them. And somehow he also hated his self for not remembering his first love when he saw Yeol when he approached him on his first day.

"I'll be the brightest, Hyunnie.."

"Yeol.." his voice cracked.

Yeol leans his head on the older's shoulder. "I don't want to die.." he mumbled.

Baek looked up silently wishing the stars to stop the time. To cure Yeol from his sickness. To give him more time to spend with him.

'Please..'

'Please let me love him a little bit longer..'

"But you know, I'll be happy dying because I'm with the brightest star.." Yeol whispered, body weakening and tired. "Although I have only spent a short time being with you..I am so happy.."

Baek let his tears wet his cheeks.

"Hyunnie..." Yeol whispered and hold his hand. "I love you.."

Baek closed his eyes and whispered. "I love you, too.."

He then felt Yeol let go of his hand while his tears keeps pouring down.  Baek opened his eyes and saw the brightest star twinkling down on him.

"You'll forever be my brightest star.."

Baek opened his eyes when he felt the sun rays from the outside. "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!"

Baek smiled hearing those voice. He sit up when the door opens.

"Good morning, my sunshine!"

Baek opened his arms. "Where is my morning hug?"

He heard cute giggles and welcomed a tight hug.

"You should have wake me up early so I could help you cooking breakfast," Baek said.

"You seemed to be having a beautiful dream so I didn't woke you up.."

"Actually, it's kind of sad.."

"Oh, what is it about?"

Baek tighten his hug and kissed. "Something I don't want to happen.."

"If it's about me leaving you, then it wouldn't happened.."

"But you almost do.." Baek pouted.

He heard deep chuckles. "Well, I guess your wish got granted, so here I am now.." Baek smiled and nods.

"Let's eat before we got late!"

Baek giggles. "Can't we just stay here and spend our time under the sheets?" He wiggled his brows.

"Dae and Sehun will kill us if we don't attend their wedding."

Baek whined but received a kiss after making him smile. "Fine! But we will go home early and I'll have you okay?"

The blush he saw makes him smirked. He really got that effects and he really knows how to use it.

"Fine! But I can't be tired, and please don't be too rough, I still have work tomorrow!"

Baek changed their positions making him on top. "I can't promise, you're too irresistible."

Baek leans down to capture plump lips and devour them. Who would have thought that miracles do really happened?

He thought that night would be the end for them but a miracle did happened. Yeol became better and totally recovered from his illness. 

And Baek took it's a blessing.

Ever since then, he never left Yeol's side. He courted him until he finished college and both them got their desired dream work. They got married years after and now happily living together, thankful for those stars who guided them.

This is my Spotify playlist for TEETH

And I also listened to Danheim’s albums Herja and Fridr while drafting CLAWS.

Hringrás is another album I’ve been listening to lately that reminds me a lot of Icefjord.

I can rarely draft while listening to music, cause the music distracts me, but I do well with these tracks because of their minimal lyrics and repetitive rhythms!

Seriously: why do they always have to make their american remakes out of everything made by another country? Like, yes, it’s original, it’s genius, and the Americans are jealous af they didn’t come up with it first, so naturally they have to make their own version which automatically will become more popular than the original. Because why the fuck should the international masses watch a movie that’s in anything but English, right? Why should we all care for something that isn’t Hollywood? HAAAHAHA

I guess few people have seen it because it’s so scary XD I follow tons of kpop blogs as well, and a lot of people who watch kdramas, but I think this movie is different. From what I’ve heard it hit big in Korea, making the lead actor Gong Yoo really popular and given his role in Goblin (I am obsessed). But yeah, I guess a lot of people still haven’t dared watching Train to Busan XD SHAME because wow it is like a refreshing punch to the gut, lmao.

uhm, sometimes i find a quiet place and cry it out? or i just, lay down and concentrate on my breathing. if possible i look at the sky, it helps a lot. or i go out for a walk alone.

andromeda: describe your first best friend

wellll when i skipped the 1st grade and started to 2nd, my teacher seated me next to this girl, and i looked at her and thought, i wanna be friends with this person. lol i dont think she liked me that much at the beginning but then we became inseperable. we had to part ways at some point because we were no longer in the same class, and stuff happened too, but she always remained a loyal friend who would be there for me when i needed someone trustworthy.

for a physical description, just imagine this little girl with short hair  and a gap between her front tooth, she was cute like that
