Whump idea: hundreds of years ago, peasants revolt against the upper class. A knight / noble / lord / prince was abducted, and was pretty much just an absolute punching bag for all of them. To the point where he’s just broken.
A farmer, or laborer or something, sees him and is just like “this is too far” and discreetly cares for him; giving him lots of water, giving him extra porridge, letting him sleep inside when no one is looking etc.
and the noble is initially distrustful after all he’s been through, but soon he becomes insanely grateful and feels indebted to him for this.
If anyone would like to write this, please do!! I’d love to read it :)

Prompt 49
Whumper has been a terrible person, mercilessly destroying and crushing the lives of those who stood in the way of his beloved nation to which he was blindly loyal. Yet his loyalty did him no good when those he had always served betrayed and turned against him.
Now all Whumper can do is escape from his own kind.
Curious is the fate when Whumper, exhausted, wounded and starving after weeks of being hunted, ends up in the hands of those he had once harmed.
More is his surprise when these people decide to save his life and give him a second chance.
Loyalty is not a big enough word to describe the things Whumper will be willing to do for his saviours and the gratitude he feels for them.

Honestly I love things with really sharp plot twists many times, and like... that but with whump??? Like for example we're introduced to Caretaker taking care of Whumpee's wounds and it turns out that Whumpee used to be Whumper and Caretaker used to be Whumpee, they just felt sorry for Whumper for some reason or maybe they belive they've actually changed- I might write it I'm just in a lot of pain and I love the idea so I wanted to post it XDDD

Whumper finding a fairy in their house, so with the help of a fly trap they capture them.Instead of either killing them or selling them, whumper decides to keep them.
They tie string around their limbs and tear off their wings, turning them into a living puppet. When they’re not being played with, they’re kept in a jar somewhere on the shelf.
They only do this to be cruel.
Due to neglecting that whumpee is even a living being, slowly whumpee starves to death. But with the last of their magic they place a curse on whumper: That the next time they fell asleep and woke up, they would turn into a fairy.
A taste of their own medicine, you could say.

"must have relaxed a bit in my absence, hmm?" chides whumper, showing off their bandaged arm in a cast. "yeah. it restored my faith in miracles." replies whumpee, dryly.

“HOW?!” Caretaker screamed, brandishing their weapon before them. “How can you possibly - how can you just forget all that they’ve done to you?!”
“It’s not a matter of forgetting.” Whumpee responded calmly, arms extended to either side where they stood in between Caretaker and the cowering Whumper. “It’s a matter of forgiving.”

Guys if you like angsty/whumpy quotes, here’s a great one from Voyager (Outlander):
“It had been visions of revenge that kept him tossing in his bed as the window lightened and the rain pattered on the sill; thoughts of Fraser confined to a tiny cell of freezing stone, kept naked through the winter nights, fed on slops, stripped and flogged in the courtyard of the prison. All that arrogant power humbled, reduced to groveling misery, dependent solely on his word for a moment’s relief.”
(For context, John Grey had become warden of a prisoner of war prison, where Fraser was kept. 10 years prior, Fraser spared Grey’s life, but also humiliated him both in front of his own soldiers and his enemy’s, causing him to be outcasted by pretty much everyone in his platoon for a while.)

For what it’s worth, he didn’t actually end up being a bad warden, and they ended up being friends :)

What would Kira do if one of it's wumpees managed to escape?
It depends! They might just let their whumpee go and face the horrors of the fae realm all by theirself. They know from experience that the fae realm is pretty traumatizing! Maybe they'll run a timer to see if the whumpee comes back themself or it'll be for them to go look to see if they're dead or alive. (Hopefully alive.)
If they managed to escape out of the fae realm, well it all depends if Kira was done with them or not. If Kira doesn't think it's done enough damage, it'll track it's whumpee down and bring them back.
If it thinks it's done plenty of damage, it'll let them go.
Kira's goal for it's whumpees isn't permanent or extremely long term captivity, it's goal is to traumatize it's whumpees and then let them go and let them struggle. Just like it did :)
Now Past Kira? It'll either let them go, as they just aren't bothered. Or track them down just to kill them. That Kira didn't really care that much about 'second chances.' (Unless the whumpee begged enough to entertain them.)

Picrew by @ivnscribbles
This is supposed to be a 99% overhaul redo of one of my old characters; "Deadwolf"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Name: Oskar Grende
Nationality: Malaysian American
Age: 25
Year this story takes place; 2086(very distant future, cyberpunk dystopia, although he gets isekai'd, like a second chance given to him...)
Sexuality: Bisexual
Bio in the read below section, warning for the following; genocide, use of child soldiers, trauma, torture, ptsd, willingness to die, and grief.
(Sorry if it seems insensitive considering current events in our world. I just wanted to kinda make a soldier who deals with the consequences of his actions and regrets it deeply, having to bear the weight of guilt forced upon him by a cruel dictator)
Bio: Oskar was once a happy child with no care in the world, that was until he turned 12; that's when he was kidnapped, taken against this will in a forced drafting of soldiers, he dealt with grueling hours of labor and military work; before being sent out on a mission....
A mission to slaughter the innocent.
He did as he was told, forced to shut off his true emotions about what was happening, blood of countless innocent people staining the blades that he wielded.
And he had to do it no matter how tired he felt.
That was until one day, when he snapped out of it and realized that what he happened to be doing was wrong, he stopped what he was doing and dropped the swords that he once held, guilt hitting him like a brick wall.
"I can't do this anymore...." he muttered as the intercom on one of his gauntlets beeped; it was the dictator who had forced this unnecessary bloodshed upon him.... he cursed out the dictator for everything that has happened in the past 13 years that he had lost to the cruel hands of the genocide.... The dictator coldly threatened to set off the self-destruct that was wired to Oskar's armor. At this point, Oskar didn't care at all, tears shedding silently as he chose to accept the fate of his armor detonating and killing him..... He flew up to the sky, closing his eyes as the beeping of the self destruct grew quicker and frantic, before....
BOOM!
Everything went white. Before his vision cleared and revealed a snowy forest, a wolf whimpered; curling up beside him, the sounds of someone talking to this wolf were also present, Oskar didn't really care as he felt the last bits of strength leave him....
Darkness fell upon him, stuck in the hell of a void surrounded by those whom he had killed. He pleaded and apologized, begging silently; knowing that he would never be forgiven.... But somehow, something heard him.... a bright blue light shone out, revealing the Egyptian war god; Wepwawet. Wepwawet told him that everything would be alright, as the wolf headed war God was now a guardian deity to the guilt ridden ex soldier.... He soon awoke in a soft bed, his injuries had been tended to by a nearby person, a satyr named Vera....

amnesia as a trauma response has the potential to be so fucking funny because imagine you just spent like 6 months breaking Whumpee down piece by piece, stripping them of their rights, destroying their mind and body with scars that will never heal, relishing in the irrevocable damage done by your hand even after they've been rescued
and then you run into them at a grocery store and they're like "oh hey (: sorry didn't see you there ((((: no i have no idea who you are but you're blocking the shelf i need to look at"
my ass would be humbled so goddamn fast. i would be shinji gripping the sink sobbing in the mirror because Whumpee basically just called me cringe. my brilliant torturing apparently meant fuckall and i'm not even worth the time of day. they'd probably misspell my name on a starbucks cup. whumper turned whumpee because how do i recover from that. what the fuck.

A trope I adore: not only a drugged Whumpee, but the act of drugging Whumpee.
Pinning Whumpee’s arm to the ground or a table, keeping them still enough to push the needle into their arm
Causing a sharp, sudden pain that makes Whumpee cry out, their mouth opened just long enough to shove a pill inside—then holding a hand over Whumpee’s nose and mouth until they swallow or suffocate
Forcing Whumpee to drink something they know is laced (or don’t)
Waving a strong chemical beneath an unconscious or exhausted Whumpee’s nose, and watching the effects hit their system almost immediately
Making Whumpee finish a suspiciously chalky meal
Restraining Whumpee and hooking them up to a constant drip of fluids meant to keep them docile. Bonus: Whumpee fighting tooth and nail to keep the needle from their arm because they know—once it’s in, there’s no chance to escape

Whumper drugging Whumpee up so they're super docile and out of it for when the other whumpers come over for a whumper party. Whumper's guests take turns cooing over Whumpee, petting them, holding them in their laps and feeding them little treats like pieces of fruit or chocolate. The whumpers fighting for the adorable Whumpee's attention, however limited it may be. Now imagine Whumpee is a human and the whumpers are all fae.
...should I write this?
