Eight-Ingredient Fudgey Brownie Loaf
Have you been craving something sweet and chocolatey lately? Well, I have as well! Don’t deprive yourself, because this eight-ingredient fudgey brownie loaf from Wake Up & Smell the Rosay is delicious, and better yet, it’s gluten-free!

The only eight ingredients you need!
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1.5 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Start by mashing the bananas into a bowl.
Next, Stir in your maple syrup and nut butter.
Add the cocoa, baking powder, oat flour, and milk, and combine well.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Then, line a bread tin with parchment paper, and pour in the mixture. Top with more chocolate chips and add walnuts if you want to!
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Lastly, cool completely before you enjoy this tasty eight-ingredient fudgey brownie loaf.

Making this Thursday productive by actually going to work😆I’ll be impressed if anyone here knows what a psychometrist does😀💁🏻‍♀️?!....so i threw together this lovely concoction of chocolate chia overnight oats🍫, vanilla🧁rolled oats, pineapple-coconut vegan yogurt🍍🥥, bananas, mulberries, warmed berries, and almond butter🥳i love how it looks (and tastes) when purple juice from the bluebs bleeds into the creamy oats and yog😍💜oh, and i almost forgot to add some crunchy cacao nibs—swipe to see a video of this bowl magically disappear🔮✨ . the chocolate overnight oats recipe is in my previous post (there was some leftover from yesterday as i made multiple bowls trying to get the hang of creating recipe videos😂) . the vanilla oats were super plain and simple: just cooked rolled oats in water til they became really fluffy and stirred in vanilla extract—the toppings added all the flavour😋 . #countingmacros 500 cal P14g C74g (fibre 14g, natural sugars 21g) F19g . I got some freeze dried raspberries the other day and I just had to try out making some PB&J style overnight oats with them! I adapted @wakeupandsmelltherosay cookie dough overnight oats recipe and topped with @pipandnut maple peanut butter, more freeze dried raspberries, frozen pomegranate seeds and @almondcow homemade oat milk 😅😻

Black Forest gâteaux overnight oats adapted from @wakeupandsmelltherosay chocolate overnight oats recipe 😍😍. I also tried using a fork to eat oats for the first time! Topped with frozen cherries and a goodly lot of peanut butter 👌omd this was sooo good; an excellent addition to the breakfast saga.

I'm back with the breakfast saga. Thiicccck cookie dough overnight oats for my breakfast this morning! There is nothing better than eating what tastes like dessert for breakfast.

I topped my oats with dessicated coconut, pip and nut cherry Bakewell almond butter, toasted pumpkin seeds and chocolate almond milk! It was so tasty.
