Honestly I'm not sure there's a single cis person in this series. I don't have any particular headcanons off the top of my head because basically if I like the character I'm like "I'm bestowing you the highest honor I can" and make them very queer.

Actually Hammerlock has been one of my all time faves since 2, so I'm happy to oblige!

He's extremely funny right out of the gate. I love claptrap but I'm sorry electrocuting him so he would shut the fuck up was honestly a top tier bit. Also his little march out for his intro cutscene..iconic.

I can forgive him being British for the fact that it makes his bullymong quest 10x funnier.

This is only a little embarrassing but as a child playing this game for the first time after I got to sanctuary and found Hammerlock I would do fuck all except hang out with him. Like I wouldn't even do his quests I literally just stood around him to try and engage conversation. Yes I was dumb...but I was also committed. I know a lot of his idle lines now.

And, you know this goes without saying, but LOOK AT HIS DESIGN

Gearbox can't improve beyond this. This is peak and they will never reach such heights again.

me and clay. okay but if in a general more serious sense, wainwright and alistair just stands out the most to me. there’s not really any others that feel particularly significant enough for me to care about, pfft. ( SLIGHT EDIT SINCE LOOKING AT SHIP NAMES.. wainlock has a lot of different ones. and honestly? slay )

i don’t think i really have an ot3 to be honest..? or at least there’s none that come to mind that really speak to me, i can only think up one pairing really but it’s not exactly an ot3 to me. anyone is free to make suggestions though.

katagawa jr and rhys. this comes from the fact that having at least played past beating him in bl3, he’s REALLY friggin creepy, like damn. it’s practically nakikiyama level. that level of obsession is YIKES.

ALTERNATIVELY i have seen me x blake before and i hate that, to even suggest i’d see him like that is awful. ( stop i’ve actually just seen that me x katagawa jr exists… pipe bomb. )

no specific character but i suppose my only borderlands fanwork is the ar / au thing i’m making / have made. i really do love it though. it’s called handsome hunger games ( hhg for short ) and it’s absolutely awful for me, pfft.

i know there was no character chosen but on the off chance you were thinking like hammerlock or something, he’d be in it, and perfect dandy and gay, although the story itself isn’t really focused on the stuff going on in the outside. ( if it did GOD would i wanna have wittnessprotection be a thing… )
