The More I Play Ghost of Tsushima, the More the Flaws Become Manifest

So, apparently only of the dyes affects the Kensei hat until NG+. I just wasted my flowers dying it different colours hoping to get different hat colours. apparently the only colour I can get is red and it’s initial colour. There is also a surprising lack of masks, and apparently only one of them can be dyed. While we’re at it, the Ghost Armour should not actually have armour in it. He’s basically just wearing a surcoat over samurai armour.

The game lets you carry every piece of equipment at the same time.

This is cumbersome in combat, though a lot faster than menus, (it could use a slow down effect when swapping weapons, like Metro has). To make this not OP, the game extremely limits your ability to carry ammunition. While most of your ammunition is in theory hand-crafted, (and CREATED), by yourself, you cannot actually make any ammunition. Which means that when you use up your ammo, you have to rely on randomly finding it on enemies / in enemy compounds.

This is even worse with Heavy Arrows, as your only consistent supply of these are in Mongol arrows stands. When you liberate an area, the local comes back and you get a time skip of them of them rebuilding, and burning down anything the Mongols built. Including arrow stands. It’s entirely possible to see an arrow stand in a cutscene, only for it to no longer be there after the time skip. In the third act, the Mongols come up smaller sleeker arrow stands. Or maybe it’s Japanese arrows stands. These arrow stands don’t include Japanese Heavy Arrorws. Japanese Heavy Arrows that you need for your Japanese longbow. The Japanese Heavy Arrows that you can’t get from enemies because they don’t use Japanese arrows. *head desk* This honestly makes the archer type completely non-viable.

The Charms system becomes extremely restrictive in the late game. Most of them could have been replaced with a training system. This would leave you with day 4 slots for the major charms. We could also bring in the Inari charms’ ability to be upgraded.

Amaterasu’s charm gets upgraded based on the number of enemies you defeat in broad daylight.

Izanami’s increases based off the number of enemies killed after using Iron Will.

Mizu’ increases based off the number of perfect parries / dodges you get.

Okuninushi’s increases based off the number of Hot Springs you’ve visited.

Kagu-Tsuchi’s increases based off the number of kills you make while under 50% health.

Ryuujin’s... I honestly hate this one. This could be really useful if you use Kunai, but I don’t, and really doesn’t have much to do with the true dragon of the ocean. Enemies fought while wet.

Susanoo: Enemies knocked down.

Takemikazuchi: Total amount of damage done when it’s increased.

Nigihayahi-no-Mikoto: Total amount of damage dealt while at full health.

Azumi-no-Isora: Number of enemies killed with arrows within 40ft of enemies without alerting them. Increases the damage in such circumstances.

Izanagi: Arrow headshots.

Ikazuchi-no-Kami: Enemies killed while terrified.

Hoori-no-Mikoto: Grass-based assassination. Adds drop assassinations, chain drop assassinations, and eventually regular ones.

Tsukuyomi: Another absolutely terrible charm that is only valid because of your extremely limited ammo supply and inability to craft. Enemies killed at night.

Mob Psycho Characters Playing Minecraft (Headcanons)

Shigeo

He starts with creative mode, just to get the gist of it, before finally heading into survival but on peaceful. Then he’ll do survival easy mode and just stay on that tier forever, until he feels more confident to up his game a little higher.

Only played because Telepathy club was playing and he heard the word “Mob” and was like; “Did you call me?” and the club goes “nah fam, it Minecraft.” “what’s Minecraft.” Boom he plays.

Most likely to have a farm with a lot of cows

Has a dirt house/villager’s house on the first night and stops at just that.

Not much of a great builder

Takes forever to get diamonds

Dies often, but not too much. Just often enough for him to lose a few good iron pickaxes.

Always goes to bed once it’s night.

Most likely to have a pet cat

He just plays for fun, when he’s bored and stuff. So he doesn’t go as far as to defeating the ender dragon. He’ll travel to the nether though, just for potion making

But he does play a heck more when Teru’s around, or when the Telepathy club invites him.

He awaits for a frog update

Reigen

Jumps into survival hardcore right off the bat after watching one play through

Most likely to have a villager colony and farm

Makes a wooden house with windows and stuff on the first night with a furnace and a crafting table and a bed. The essentials. But he won’t stay in one house often and will move a lot

He can build, but he’s pretty amateur at it, he’s a fast learner though so he could easily replicate houses he see online

He’s the type of guy that never stops mining until he finds diamonds, which means he makes sure he’s at 13-11y in coordinates, has a shit ton of extra pickaxes, and stacks upon stacks of torches. Once he finds them goodies, he heads on home and repeats the cycle

He’ll defeat the ender dragon if he’s bored enough or when someone challenges/pays him to.

Same goes with The Wither

Will skip Minecraft sleep very often and will only go to bed when the phantom starts attacking

Most likely to have many many pet dogs, each one of them have name tags.

When he dies, he gets mad for a few hours, then jumps right back in. He doesn’t die all that often though, so he won’t rage quit.

He gets the minecraft books later on and you can see him reading it under his table time to time

Ritsu

He starts off with easy or normal without much knowledge on the game, probably only played because Shigeo introduced him to or Shou bugged him about it.

He’ll have a farm, but just for resources. Won't have much animals, mostly crops. He’ll live next to a village if there is one.

His first house will also be a dirt house, he’ll improve it overtime and add more levels and decorations. It can get very pretty in the end and he’ll be content to just stay and keep adding more to his house.

Not the best builder, but good enough for people to compliment it. He feels especially proud when Shigeo likes them, so he’s keen on building better and more.

He plans before he mines, calculates how many torches he needs and plans out what he’s exactly looking for, even calculates how many hunger bars each food item will fill before taking it with him.

If he gets really into the game, he’ll defeat the ender dragon, wither and head on into the nether. Not in that order though.

Will sleep if he doesn’t need to do anything

Most likely to have pets, perhaps a cat, or a dog, or a parrot. Only one though.

When he dies, he accepts it and moves on. Though, that would rarely happen.

Recently got into a forced Minecraft marriage with Shou. Is it forced if he enjoyed it though?

Teru

This bitch really just gonna jump right into survival just to flex on Shigeo.

Duh, of course he’ll have a farm. Will probably talk to the animals.

His first house is either borrowed from a villager or built with wood, but it’ll definitely not be a simple ass wooden house. It will be a nice fucking mansion, just watch him, he will. He’ll fight all the mobs he needs to just to built this mansion right off the bat, doesn’t even care if the first night he sleeps roofless.

Really good at building, because he wants to compete with Ritsu for fun and boast about it to Shigeo. Shigeo would just clap and be like “Wow so cool.”

“Thanks, made it myself, I can make one for you.” Shigeo declines, he’s an independent man, which makes Teru a mixture of disappointment and oh-my-god-you’re-adorable???

He doesn't plan when he mines, he just estimates and half ass some stuff before he struts into the cave. Sometimes he gets lost, but that’s perfectly fine.

Will defeat every mob boss and mob ever to show Shigeo he’s very powerful.

Doesn’t sleep, fights the phantom instead. Will sleep if Shigeo asks him to.

Most likely to have a pet cat, but he doesn’t mind dogs.

When he dies, he’s an angry baby and makes up some excuse as to why he’s dead. “I was distracted, didn’t see the lava. Whoops I guess ha ha no big deal.” But it is a big deal, he lost his diamonds, he wants to give it to his boyfriend but he cannot. Because he died.

Has yet to marry Shigeo in Minecraft.

Shou

Plays because he is a gamer. Survival hardcore ftw. He only plays multiplayer with Ritsu these days, never single player because he has been playing Minecraft his whole childhood and it gets boring on his own.

What’s a fucking farm? I take my food from my Minecraft husband.

Sleeps in a cave, but if Ritsu’s done with the house, he joins his bed with him and sleeps under a roof.

But he’s really really good at building, probably the best next to Serizawa. If you gave him the resources and time, he can recreate Seasoning City.

A concerning miner, jumps in with just torches and a pickaxe and somehow still survives (mostly because Ritsu always goes looking for him)

Could probably easily defeat the bosses because he has already done it so many times

Will only sleep when Ritsu is, which is almost all the time.

He owns every kind of animal.

He dies too many times because he really doesn’t mind, it makes Ritsu mad and that’s what keeps him going.

Shou was suffocated in sand.

“S H O U.” Ritsu yells at the boy next to him.

Was the one that proposed to Ritsu, invited everyone to the wedding; including Serizawa and Reigen.

Serizawa

Played while he was still hiding in his home, so he knows everything about the game when he finally played it with Reigen or the kids.

He loves farming, even the animals, it’s oddly calming to take care of something that won’t die unless he hits em.

He always collects resources first before he actually starts building a home, so he always sleeps in a cave or a villager’s house.

After years of experience, he became really good at building, he use to spend time recreating maps from other games. But he says Shou is better than him, the boy disagrees.

Yeah he mines, but he’s wary of dying when he heads into the cave, so he always brings too many torches.

Makes sure he is very very prepared before defeating bosses

Always sleeps in time, because Reigen said so. Well, because Reigen advised it, what a hypocrite am I right?

Doesn’t have pets, and even if he does, he always make them stay put at one place.

Doesn’t die all that often, almost not at all.

He pretends to not be good at the game when Reigen’s around, he mostly lets the other do what they wanna do because he loves watching his husband play.

“Serizawa! Look, I made the zombie villager back into a villager!” Reigen pointed, Serizawa smiles and nods. He already knew how to do that, but Reigen’s discovery makes it feel he discovered something new himself.

Tome

Bro this woman is so experienced to a point everyone consults her for tips.

She’s building up to find aliens in minecraft, even though they don’t exist, but she’s convinced they’re an easter egg or something.

No, she doesn’t farm. She takes em from the villagers, but she has a few beehives here and there.

She’s only mining to find diamonds as a peace offering to minecraft aliens.

One time she thought the Wither was an alien.

One time, she thought the phantom was an alien.

One time she thought the ghast was an alien.

Has died multiple times because she is careless, but she is never upset about it. Always jumps right back into the game immediately.

Parrots are her pets, because they f l y and d a n c e.

One time she thought the creepers were aliens.

She has this summoning circle made of redstone and torches in case there really are aliens.

She believes in herobrine and sometimes tries to summon him.

She thinks the aliens made the temples in minecraft.

Other Characters

Minegishi has so many bees and flowers and crops it’s almost covering the whole map.

Takenaka plays because it’s very quiet and calming

Shimazaki cannot play. He is blind.

Shou’s old resistance team use to play with him, now they sometimes play together as a trio when Shou is playing with Ritsu.

Mukai and Tsuchi play because Mukai wanted to, she has a lot of armor stands in her house.

Tsubomi does not play, she played once and didn’t enjoy it all that much, but she’s perfectly happy watching her friends play.

Emi roleplays in minecraft.

Mezato doesn’t play, but she likes watching minecraft videos on youtube, mostly the theories.

Everyone in the awakening lab plays, Kurosaki is fantastic at mining because she always knows which way are the mobs and which way are the diamonds. Asahi is an arsonist.

Minori once got invited by Shigeo to play, then she proceeded to buy minecraft and everything in it to impress him. Shigeo only congratulated her once. Contemplating buying the whole of Mojang, but she’s a good girl now so she won’t.

Hoshida plays to impress Tome. Too bad, son, she’s not into you.

Best FoodFan Units to Invest In if F2P

i get this question a lot, like a lot a lot and it tends to spark debates that sometimes make feelings get hurt, so i’m just going to make a list and post it on tumblr for those of you who are wondering which units are worth investing in (who should not get chucked into the fusion blender).

ALSO, EVERY UR UNIT NOT B-52/FOIE GRAS/PEKING DUCK IS A F2P TRAP!!!!

i know it hurts to hear, because it hurts me too having pulled for some of them, but what i mean by this is: they are not worth investing in long-term because they will require money and can only carry you so long in the game before your SR units and R units are better because of the ascention/level cap. you might be able to push a strength UR to 15k with a fully optimized fallen (linked or uke mochi E/tsuchi +10 with all gold stats), but that’s it.

stun: stops enemy movement

silence: stops energy skills.

charm: turns enemies against each other

buffs: bonuses added to friendly units

debuffs: negates bonuses added to enemy units

Tom Yum: self-healing R defense unit, farmable shards, easy to ascend to 5* quickly, early game savior who wont fall off.

Milk: R unit easy to ascend to 5* quickly early game, link skill to btea, AOE heals.

Miso Soup: R unit easy to ascend to 5* quickly early game, support/magic hybrid who drains hp, links with sanma so valuable for guild/world bosses.

Black Tea: easiest SR to 5* in game, good stats and skill link, one of the better magic SR units.

Sanma: doesn’t need to ascend to do his job busting tanks/chests, flat damage, decent unit just kind of a specialist, world boss potential.

Sweet Tofu: worth if you fuse a lot as his shards are reliably common in fusion, good healer, can replace 5* milk at 3*.

Moon Cake: farmable as heck, great skills, basically in every catacombs/world boss guide because of her AOE kill and debuffs, just a really dang good strength unit.

Vodka: best magic SR in game, farmable shards, stun/silence valuable in any situation, links with B-52.

Yuxiang: okay unit but unremarkable other than being farmable and linked to peking, but those two alone make her worth it if you run him.

B-52: every F2Ps best UR friend, powerful and only farmable UR unit to date, guild/world boss champ.

Foie Gras: was given to us free if you did her quests, charm, easy to fuse for shards and easier UR to pull so most people who have summoned a lot already have her at 1*.

Peking Duck: the attack spam god, silence, easy to fuse for shards and easier UR to pull so most people who have summoned a lot already have him, worth fusing for if you continue to not summon him.

EDIT: bamboo rice has been added ot this list due to now being as common as foie gras and peking duck in shard fusion.

anyone not these units, ymmv but these units are likely better, especially if you have no ascensions on the unit in question. and this post isn’t taking into account team comp, these are just common units worth investing in if you don’t plan on paying money to play food fantasy.

Tribute Burial ———————————————— You cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn. Once during this turn, you can conduct a Tribute Summon that requires 2 Tributes by banishing 1 monster from each Graveyard instead of Tributing (it is still treated as a Tribute Summon). ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Duelist Pack: Rivals of the Pharaoh (DPRP-EN010)

Tribute Summon was the default method to obtain strong monsters on the field, but as the years passed and more Special Summon options became available it lost its prevalence over the years. Now with most Decks investing all their resources in the Extra Deck is quite rare to see Tribute Summons, mainly prevalent in the Monarch archetype and a few Decks focusing in a expensive yet powerful creature like the Egyptian Gods. But although Tribute Summon has lost all prevalence in the game, things became way easier to bring out powerful monsters thanks to the many options available we can gather materials with.

"Tribute Burial" is a card that can create a big skip on preparatives along a small disruption to the opponent's plans in the process. "Tribute Burial" forbids Special Summons once is played, but in return will let us banish a monster from each player's Graveyard so is treated as material of a Tribute Summon requiring two monsters. Banishing said monsters not only creates a powerful shortcut of the monster we want to summon, but can potentially banish an important monster from the opponent's Graveyard in the process. In addition with "Tribute Burial" still treating this result as Tribute Summon, the Spell Card can become a key tool for some monsters with either summon restricitons or powerful effects when summoned.

In most circumstances "Tribute Burial" might take a turn to be prepared due its own restrictions as well the few preparatives we might require for its activation. While the opponent will soon or later spend monsters for their summons and other setups, either we let atleast one of our monsters to be defeated or use effects like "Armageddon Knight" and "Mathematician" to mill particular creatures from our Deck. Since our Special Summons won't be denied until we use this Spell Card, alternatively we can play various cards to gather materials for other Special Summons and end with "Tribute Burial" recycling one of the monsters disposed. The other option is to keep "Tribute Burial" for mid to late game along the monster we want to summon, as depending of the Tribute Summon we can create a big comeback when the opponent starts running out of options. Is recommended to use monsters with effects triggered when banished for additional benefits, like "Eclipse Wyvern" obtaining a high Level Dragon for a possible summon in the future or most of the Shiranui archetype.

"Tribute Burial" covers a massive list of high Level monsters residing the Main Deck, ranging from classic Normal Monsters to monsters leading entire builds arround them. But while "Tribute Burial" can fit in any Deck with an expensive yet powerful monster in it, its better suitable for monsters with particular requeriments in their summon and/or performance. Many monsters will activate effects once Tribute Summoned by the effect of "Tribute Burial", becoming either powerful ways to start a Duel or strong comeback abilities. Obviously the high Level Monarchs will trigger one of their various disruptive effects when summoned, "Angel 07" will negate activated monster effects once out, while "The Despair Uranus" will search a Continuous Spell or Trap to prepare a strong backrow with its other effects. The other focus will be arround monsters with restrictions that can only brought them by Tribute Summon, with "Gandora the Dragon of Destruction" wiping the entire board upon arrival, "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi" discarding the entire opponent's hand after dealing damage, "Darklord Asmodeus" being replaced with Tokens if defeated, or the effects of "Vanity's Ruler" and "Light and Darkness Dragon" shutting down most of the opponent's options. Let's not forget the fact that "Tribute Burial" will banish a monster from the opponent's Graveyard, taking care of valuable cards the opponent could had retrieved in their next plays.

Tribute Summons gained a lot of resources to make their setups cheaper and catch up with current times, and "Tribute Burial" is a wonderful choice for that cause. Although other options like Frog monsters and "Photon Sanctuary" will remain the main choice for many setups, is undeniable the many benefits "Tribute Burial" can offer in most situations of a Duel. Along the shortcut that provides by almost no effort, treating the outcome as Tribute Summon will help activating particular effects of certain monsters, while additionaly banishing an opponent's monster before they can give it any uses. But the latter is also the main issue with "Tribute Burial", because while we won't have any troubles to dump a monster in our Graveyard (Specially since we can still Special Summon until we play this card) we have to wait for either the opponent dispose of atleast one monster or get rid of one to follow with "Tribute Burial" afterwards. That small yet important flaw makes "Tribute Burial" not as prevalent as other Tribute Summon options, but remains a strong option that can completely skip all preparatives a big monster will need a pair of turns after the Duel begins.

+ Banishes a monster from each player's Graveyard to perform a Tribute Summon requiring two materials + Since is treated as Tribute Summon it can activate various monster effects + Can disrupt the opponent's Graveyard

- Relies on the opponent to have atleast one monster to banish from their Graveyard - Players might prefer other Tribute Summon options with less limitations

Round 9 - Touchy Subjects

With a CRAZY merge tribal out of the way, we unfortunately said goodbye to Adam. It was announced that the players worshipers would finally take affect, and the three people with the most worshipers would receive an advantage, and the three people with the least worshipers would receive a disadvantage.

Zac blocked two votes for Emma, but Emma received no votes.

Olivia was granted individual immunity.

1 person received a bonus vote.

1 vote was randomized.

1 person received 2 penalty votes.

1 person received a disadvantage that will not be revealed at this time.

And in the end, Adam took the fall in a 6-5-1-1-1 vote. However, this is not the end of the twist, and we still expect prayers to be submitted before immunity results are revealed!

so, in a moment of weakness, i returned to Clicker Heroes because they apparently released a bunch of patches

i got all the way up to unlocking Wepwawet, cool, rad, and then- not only do his third and fourth skills require you to make him levels 1500 and 2000 respectively, but the hero after him? the first of the five new heroes they added in the recent patch?

wepwawet costs like 10^250 gold before price modifiers

tsuchi, the next one, costs 10^500 gold

and after an extensive wiki walk to make sure this was for real, and i wasn’t missing anything, i discovered that the next four heroes? they don’t cost twice as much- they cost 10^twice as much. 10^1000, 10^2000, 10^4000, and 10^8000.

this game has lots of ways to multiply the damage, gold gain, etc of your heroes. what it does not have any ways to do is multiply the fucking exponent of your damage, gold gain, etc. which means... like, getting to the 10^250 mark to get Wepwawet took me months, and that’s following the game’s progression where you buy new ancients to get new and exciting types of bonuses and ways to increase your efficiency. getting Wep to 1500 meant ascending over and over, earning more hero souls to dump into the ones whose diminishing returns meant they’d still pay for themselves in something resembling a reasonable timeframe. i’m butting up against the limits of how it’s possible to progress in the game as enemy HP scaling outpaces my ways to increase my DPS

and now the game wants me to do all that over again, except this time i have no tools to do it with. just 100% jack shit to do besides play for months and months, incrementally pushing forward how far i can get with the x4/x5/x10 levelup bonuses before diminishing returns kick in and some boss becomes a brick wall

all i can say to this is “no thanks, you deranged idiots, i am never playing your soul-sucking ‘game’ again, good bye”

#I love that you can see me back off to dodge his grab before I’m like oh wait I can just bonk him lol #thank you radagon for being the only boss I could see myself doing hitless #except my dodge rate for his stomp/poke combo is like 5%#so it’s only feasible if he doesn’t do that move…#oh and the “nothing personnel kid” teleport and fast smash can also suck it #him the crucible knights and the bell bearing hunter are the only enemies I’ve learned to consistently parry in ER 😮‍💨#I tried learning malenia’s parries but her damage is so overtuned it str8 up was not worth the risk and effort 🥴#radagon definitely isn’t the most fun boss in Elden ring but I think he’s like the most fair out of every single one #which is why it’s gr8 that all my goodwill gets toss out the window with Elden beast 🥴#I had one moment where he did Elden stars chase attack the triple closing rings and then sword swipes #and got absolutely annihilated bc I could not dodge all 3 attacks at once #like attack RNG has always been part of the difficulty in these games but with my limited knowledge this is the first one where #(( outside of gank fights ))#the RNG difficulty slider goes from manageable all the way to full health to death #had one round with malenia where she used waterfowl blade SIX TIMES and I only managed to survive bc I was playing around with a mage build #and was letting bby tiche do most of the damage while I pulled aggro from far away enough that I could dodge WFB comfortably #can you tell I’ve only ever done double godskins with both NPC summons and tears #I’ve heard enough about that fights bullshit that I straight up trivialize it every time I get it to it #Elden ring truly is the most difficult and easiest fromsoft game to date… dialectic 🥳#excited to see how they balance things in the DLC bc honestly outside of WFB malenia really is a fun boss #I don’t mind that her normal attacks are so punishing bc dodging around them or knocking her out of certain attacks feels gr8 #so if bosses are malenia level TUNED without WFB level BULLSHIT I can see myself getting really into it 🥳#tsuchi plays games

The Tanabata Fundraising Foundation (TFF) International is a non-profit charity founded by Masami Ryu and Shigeru Miyakazu. The organization raises money for various causes by hosting an annual party on July 7th and auctioning various art pieces that have been donated to them by famous artists, photographers, designers, and etc. The foundation also hosts a variety of other charity events throughout the year. The TFF was established when the two founders were respectively 14 and 16 years old, and are currently in the process of preparing for their 8th annual party and auction.
