We took a day trip out to Kyoto and visited the Fushimi Inari Shrine - it has a big forest trail where you walk through thousands of torii gates! (⛩️)

Along the trail we met a whole bunch of shrine cats! They were mostly just snoozing away soaking up the sun, it was very cute!

I tried pushing myself with these last couple comics. Tiergarten was breaking out of panels, here was playing inside them. The pages were designed to be posted on instagram, so instead of balancing the left or right side of the page for a turning page (taking the centre margin into account) it was more about balancing the diagonals.

On the way back to our train my brother valiantly stepped in front of a car that did not see him.
