As an adult, I can confirm that if there’s any middle school relationship that can make it to marriage, it would be Lumity

King: "I can't wait to see a real life minecart chase!"
King: "Guess minecart chases are a lot more dangerous than video games make them seem."
To be fair, that's the typical outcome of most video game minecart chases too.

I'm not even kidding when I say every single politician needs to be hanged in the streets. Completely vile cunts every single one of them.

Don't take this as racist, just stupid, but I find it funny how everytime I hear about China and the people that live there, all I can ever think is:
These people don't believe in unions or collective bargaining, coming together to demand better and more freedom, but if a game dev on Steam does something...not even remotely offensive, they form together to form the ultimate harassment campaign the world has ever seen by reviewbombing and messaging developers of Gacha games because they can't fuck some loli.
And it keeps happening. All I really need to know about China is they would prefer Gacha gaming over actual freedom. When, I've seen what they say, and I gotta say, you'd think they'd use an OUNCE of that murderous rage to...go after their corrupt government. Not...not games on Steam.

it would be funny if naming kids after characters from tragedies was common as a good luck thing in the orphan country verse.

*joseph joestar voice* "We made it to Louisiana. Now remember, in most of the country, the states are divided into 'counties'. But in Louisiana, they're called 'parishes'. This is because of the blight on society known as the French. Polnareff, you're the one exception."

Y'know, the funny thing about all this "RETVRN TO THE 1950S" shit is that it's all "THIS IS WHAT THEY TOOK FROM YOU" when nothing in the pictures was actually taken away.
You can dress like a '50s guy and style your hair with Brylcreem if you really want. There's no law against that. You can raise a family in suburbia and cook hotdogs in the backyard. In fact, you've been able to do that for so long that it's kinda ruined the country by blighting the land with terrible housing developments and infrastructure. It would be hard to argue that any other lifestyle in the US has been more catered to and facilitated than the suburban nuclear family.

The Great Hunger in 1845 - 1852 can’t actually be blamed entirely on the potato blight, there was plenty of food in Ireland that could have - and should have - been distributed amongst the population, but the British kept exporting all of it: peas, butter, cattle, wheat, etc.
They sent in soldiers to guard the ships full of food from the starving men, women and children and interfered with other countries trying to send aid.
It should serve as no surprise then, that Ireland has been so resolutely on the side of Palestine, when Israel is withholding food, aid and other essentials from being delivered to Gaza.
If you can empathize with the great hunger - and you SHOULD - you need to be able to empathize with the people of Gaza.
