Fanfic Thieves on YouTube: A New Grift

So one of the content farm channels stealing fics has an ao3 now and last night they commented on Butterfly asking to make money off it while paying me in exposure.

I confronted them on discord and asked how they had the audacity to ask the people they stole from to use their hard work to line his pockets without even apologizing. Long story short, I gave them an ultimatum to post a public apology on their youtube channel to prove they actually care about doing the right thing and aren’t just a grifter telling me what I want to hear for money. And they asked me to write the apology, TO ME, for them.

I should have asked if their mommy still wipes their ass for them too.

Anyway, DNWhatif is a lazy grifter who has not changed their ways, the only reason they’re asking permission now is because all the DMCA strikes on stolen content have started eating into their revenue. Don’t let them profit off of your work as a writer. And if you have to interact with them, tell them to go fuck themselves.

Hello fellow Scum Villain fans! If anyone is bored, loves Moshang and Qijiu (especially Shang Qinghua and Shen Jiu), and would be interested in hearing the details of the very long fic I’m writing, I would love to have a brain or two I could bounce ideas against to make sure they sound valid, interesting, and in character. Since Gojo made sure Geto’s body wasn’t cremated as usual for sorcerers/curse users by Shoko, it really adds some mystery to what actually happened to let Kenjaku get the body. The vague situation of Kenjaku swooping in to steal it almost makes the situation creepier and adds a lot more unseen flavor to Gojo’s character by implying that he was suddenly compassionate and emotional when he had to actually deal with Geto’s corpse.

Logically, the body had to be kept in the morgue, somewhere by Gojo, left in the alley, or given to Geto’s cult family, but there’s no way of telling with a single line of dialogue. I’m leaning towards the latter, since it Geto’s family met Kenjaku soon after and it’s hard to imagine anyone else would not notice a stolen body for over a year.

#don’t mind me I’m rambling without any point #honestly there’s likely more ways kenjaku could’ve stolen it and made an elaborate plan to #but these are the only ones I could think of #jjk spoilers #what would kenjaku do if Geto’s body WAS cremated 😭 Kenjaku would probably have a backup emergency plan to steal it #gojo satoru #kenjaku #geto suguru #kenjaku had to do a LOT in one year with that body tbhhh #meet and group up with the cursed spirits #set up sukunas finger for yuuji #get Geto’s cult family involved #set up the culling games and shibuya #help manipulate mechamaru to spy #all while being a single working parent 😪
