So Theo says, “Okay, then hurt me instead.”

Summary: Liam asks, “What are you doing here, anyway?” 

“Same thing you are,” Theo says. Avoiding, searching, not-thinking, maybe. 

His answer seems to appease Liam. Or maybe he’d just rather not elaborate on the circumstances that made him seek shelter in a bus stop with a boy that he only spends time with when danger is making a home for itself in the corners of their lives. 

(Theo thinks everyone might be a little out of place, trapped.)

11. and I'll find my way back to you, party of two 2k, completed

Summary: On Theo Raeken’s nineteenth birthday, he is gifted three bullet wounds, two flat tires, and a grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich made by the boy he might love. None of it is as bad as it sounds, really.

Summary: The funniest thing is -- most everyone seems to be under the impression that Theo's driving Liam.

Like most things in Liam's life, it doesn't quite work out that way.

Summary: Liam comes home, in more ways than one.

Summary: In which Liam is terribly high and completely smitten, Theo is allergic to emotions and totally whipped, Mason has the patience of a saint, and everybody wins, except for Stiles.

Theo raises an eyebrow as he looks over at Liam. They're both in the kitchen— Liam near the fridge while Theo stands at the entrance watching him. "You don't think so?"

Liam shakes his head. "No."

"Really?" Theo questions as he steps closer and to the side, right in Liam's path. "Because I've done it before."

"You got lucky," Liam says. "That won't happen this time."

"Oh, I think it will," Theo says. "In fact, I'd say I'm the one with the advantage here."

Liam scoffs. "Bullshit."

Theo smirks. "You don't believe me? Then come on then. Try it."

Liam growls and charges at Theo. All Theo does is laugh and brace for impact. He knows better than to jump to the side. That's exactly what Liam wants. So Theo stays put as Liam barrels right into him, sending them both tumbling to the ground.

"Just give me my phone, Theo!"

"Never," Theo says. "You can't be trusted with it. Not after last time."

"You're being so stupid," Liam mutters. He digs his fingers into Theo's sides, and Theo yelps but doesn't relent.

"You're the one that committed crimes against all of humanity," Theo tells him.

Across the room, Mason, Corey, and Alec sit on the couch watching them.

"Are they always this weird about ordering pizza?" Alec asks. 

Mason nods solemnly. "Always."

Summary:

“Where’s your pack?”

This time, Theo winces. The boy’s voice is soft and somehow sweet and exhausted just like his scent and Theo huffs.

Theo’s pack is dead. Josh’s throat ripped, Tracy’s guts out. Corey and Hayden nowhere to be found. The girl was probably smarter than Theo and left the city without second thought. The chameleon disappeared as Theo taught him to, but Theo is pretty sure that he is still around, spending his time and freedom with his human boy. But his pack is long gone, their blood behind Theo’s nails.

The boy notices his reaction and gives him an apologetic grimace.

“You don’t have one. Sorry.”
