a little message to my therian friends: Do not use the Therian Guide Forums.

The owner of the site, Dustwolf, is transphobic and supports it under the guise of “allowing free speech” as well as supposedly defending biology. Specifically, he is against and tacitly supports people who are against especially genders based around species, or who are otherwise outside of the binary and whatever could be considered in between. He did nothing about people arguing to me that they do not need to respect a person’s gender because of culture or (bad) biology.

He essentially told me that they deserve to have “free speech”. Told me that he was doing what he was to “protect the community”. Like, protect who? The bigots? Your small little bigoted group of therians? Really?

Other things—Sysmedicalism was endorsed by the previous owner (and also literal child predator and bestiality committer. he has since been banned but co owner Dustwolf remains as sole owner) LycanTheory. The wording he uses includes rejecting self diagnoses of disorders that go under the label of plurality, and asks way too much personal, even confidential information of systems—“why should we accept anybody’s claims of ‘plurality’ without a professional diagnosis or history of treatment”. r/systemcringe talking points get regurgitated there as well.

The forums also allow discussion of zoophilia while at the same time banning mention of consent, and i really hope i do not have to explain why this is pretty gross and dangerous.

Rejected and banned members on the forum get labeled as “human”. Disrespecting somebody’s identity for any reason is pretty disgusting. Don’t particularly care what theyve done to make people believe they should be treated that way.

Dustwolf and previous co-owner LycanTheory have advocated for therian seperatism and clearly look down on non-therians under the alterhuman umbrella. Dustwolf does so while simultaneously trying to dunk on feminism and “identity politics”.

I saw kids applying to be on these forums when i was first trying to learn about my otherkinity and found this website (it is considerably high up in search results relating to therian information). I am worried for them. Please warn people against using this website as best you can. The sense of community you might get there is just not worth the potential damage to your identity journey and emotional state.

hey! i'm new to this community so im so sorry if this is rude. i just heard about otherkin and therians from sophieinwonderland? but she said things about how being attracted to otherkin and therian people is like zoophilia and stuff. i'm sure those posts are still up on her blog if you want to look. anyways, that made me feel weird? so that's why i'm asking you. you seem to know a lot of things? based on my vibe check. so i was just wondering what your thoughts on this are.

I've had sophieinwonderland blocked for a really long time now, so I had to take a quick jaunt through her blog to check this-- I'm guessing you're referring to this post from 2022, where she says "Zoophilia means an attraction to animals. [...] I think we can all agree that biological nonhuman animals cannot consent and that bestiality is wrong. But what actually constitutes zoophilia is so much murkier. [...] if attraction to animals is zoophilia, is attraction to animal-identifying biological humans?" (It's important to note that Sophie states elsewhere on her blog that the TL;DR of what she was trying to convey in this post and the related debacle surrounding it is that she doesn't believe in thoughtcrimes, doesn't want non-offending paraphiles harassed or attacked, and supports human-bodied animal-persons in relationship with other consenting human-bodied adults. These are all pretty reasonable stances to hold, all things considered, and we don't want to conflate her with actual Zetas and bestialists-- she just seems to accidentally be repeating some questionable rhetoric without realizing it, because she isn't familiar with the therian community and its unique missing stairs in this regard. Source)

So from an outsider perspective, regarding folks who aren't particularly familiar with the otherkin and therian communities and who don't know better, this can seem like a genuine point or a fair question to bring up. What people don't actually often realize is that not only is this not true, but this sort of rhetoric is actually most often used as a bestialist dogwhistle. Let me explain.

So first off: no, having a partner who is an otherkin, a therian, a non-human fictionkin, or who otherwise is a human that identifies as an nonhuman animal does not make someone a zoophile nor a bestialist. Having sex with your human-bodied consenting adult partner is not bestiality. Loving them for who they are is not zoophilia. Zoophilia is, first and foremost in this context, an attraction to real-life actual animals. Things like thinking Mufasa LionKing is hot, or being a murrsuiter, or following a therian on OnlyFans, doesn't count.

(For those interested, there actually is a specific orientation term for people who are strictly alterhuman4alterhuman-- the term is "Medusan," it was coined in 2018, and it's actually more popular than you think.)

Now, here's where the unique problems of specifically the therian community comes into play, and why what sophieinwonderland is implying here is teetering close to an unintentional dogwhistle on her part, something she wouldn't have known because she's not a member of our communities. If you're not interested in the history aspect of this and why referring to therianthropy or otherkinship as potentially or inherently zoophilic is a dogwhistle, you can jump-ship here and I won't blame you-- I'm putting it below the cut for brevity's sake.

The therian community, if you're not aware, has had an issue in the past where several long-term, respectable members were revealed to be bestialists, either they themselves participating in bestiality or being knowingly supportive of those who do. These individuals were (and still are) also, unfortunately, in charge of or otherwise held leadership positions in some of the biggest and oldest therian and otherkin forums-- namely Therian Guide, OtherkinPhenomena (who shared a majority of its staff with Therian Guide), and the Werelist (who also shared staff with Therian Guide). You can check out my Therian Guide Beware for details and citations, because that's where most of this initial explosion of "WTAF" stemmed from.

When this all came out in roughly 2017-2019, it created complete community chaos. People felt betrayed, and rightly so. There were a lot of divisions in the community about where to draw the line, when, and how. And the bestialists intentionally made everything as messy as possible during the course of it all.

The bestialists largely justified their abuse through their own therianthropy and connection to animality, and when that didn't work, they pivoted to trying to include as much of the therian community under the "zoophilia" umbrella as possible in order to argue that it was natural or normal for therians to sexually abuse animals-- you can see an example of them doing that here, in Therian Guide owner DustWolf's baseless Twitter assertion that "60% of all therians are zoo[phile]s." (mirror).

For the record, no, 60% of therians are not zoophiles, and no current statistics from the community supports this. I wrote a Twitter thread in 2022 debunking this claim. But this also ties into the next point-- DustWolf isn't just referring to people who are attracted to real life animals. DustWolf is also referring to bestialists in this statistic, even if it's not immediately apparent.

The bestialists tried to paint this picture of all therians being pro-bestiality by trying to expand the definition of the term "zoophile" in public discourse and muddle its meaning as much as possible, to mean everything from "person who commits bestiality" to "person who had a crush on Nick Wilde as a teenager" to "person who experiences a sex drive and who also identifies as a nonhuman animal." They also used anti-bestiality backlash to try and lay claim on anyone who got caught in the cross-fire, playing the sympathetic shoulder to people who weren't bestialists or even zoophiles to get them to join up in their communities, and they coined terms like "zootherian" to try and reinforce a nonexistent connection between bestiality and therianthropy. It was, to summarize it succinctly, a complete clusterfuck. Nowadays, bestialists have also picked up queer social justice rhetoric and language to try and argue for the legalization of bestiality, though this wasn't as prevalent 2 years ago, which is its own issue.

Because of all this, assertions and implications that therians and otherkin are by default zoophiles, or that a majority of therians or otherkin are zoophiles, or that therianthropy and otherkinship can be intrinsically tied to zoophilia, or that zoophilia is queer and alterhuman, or even publicly identifying as a zoophile, is considered a major dogwhistle in the community. Historically when people who aren't just outright anti-kin have said these types of things to our communities, it's been to cover the asses of people who want to normalize and legitimize bestiality, or because the person in question is freely involved with communities and groups who have welcomed pro-bestiality attitudes. Saying that shit is a quick way to get blocked by a ton of alterhumans on most platforms. Sophie made a distinct division between "bestiality" and "zoophilia" in her commentary so it's obvious she didn't intend it that way, but it's still really not a great thing to say or imply because of the history behind it and the ways it's been used before.

So, to reiterate: no, people who date therians and otherkin aren't zoophiles, and people who say such are implying a lot more than they actively realize.

Hello! I’m so glad you found my page and asked! I am sorry for how long it took me to reply.

I’ve always been very drawn to animals and nature since I was a little kid. I was lucky enough to be raised near plenty of wildlife and having the opportunity to learn about all kinds of animals. I’d run around through the woods and beaches for hours just howling and barking. To be completely honest, I didn’t know what therianthropy or being otherkin was when I was younger, I just thought I was a weird little guy.

When I was older I ended up finding the Therian side of YouTube in the early 2010’s, though at the time it was much more niece and mostly just AMVs from popular shows and movies. But regardless I related a lot to the Therians on there and I did plenty of my own research, self reflection, questioning, etc till eventually I came to the conclusion: I’m not human. What a shock.

I’ve identified as nonhuman for almost 12 years now, and truthfully I wouldn’t have it any other way. As for my actual identity as a species, that is always a mystery! Pin pointing an exact species or type has never been a super big focus for me, I tend to say “I’m a therian” as an all encompassing identity rather then a specific species. I am a coyote and werewolf, but perhaps that might change! I might realize I’m wrong or my identity might grow!

As for resources, talking directly to other nonhumans is a great start! It’s good to met new friends and understanding other’s identity’s, they can give you insight or even help you discover who you are. The best website I’ve found that has information has been Therian Guide, they have a full dictionary and a forum board where other therians and otherkin talk. Though I do warn that some of the boards can get overwhelming and some people on there like to stir up trouble. As for YouTubers I recommend Therian Territory, they post a lot of informational videos as well as good introduction to the culture and identity. I’d also recommend PD! PinkDolphin, they’re a Swiss Therian who has been in the community for a while and I used to enjoy their content back in the day. There’s plenty of therians on tiktok as well as a r/Therian and r/otherkin subreddit, though I haven’t directly interacted with either community before. My advice is to always double check your sources and make sure you keep yourself safe in the online community, some individuals can spread a lot of misinformation or be incredibly dangerous.

Aside, i've translated this to something I feel comfortable posting publicly nothing i've written is closed information. That being said be mindful and respectful. This is not a post to debate or spark controversy.

-Skin walkers-

I've been learning more about skin walkers from my mentor and find them interesting. From what I gather it's people that practice witch craft and are able to turn themselves into creatures. They have areas they patrol or live in that you should not go at night. When they get injured they'll turn back into their human shape having more hair than a typical person might. Snarling and feral at times they sound animalistic. I want to ask more about this but I don't feel i'm ready yet.

-non animate souls-

Something interesting I also wanted to note was the notion that any object that creates any energy is alive whether that is kinetic or potential it all seems to count as alive. I like this notion better than saying objects aren't alive because I don't think that's even neccesarily true. Objects can have different perspectives and shed light on something you might not have otherwise noticed. Dirt run off into a stream could signify a point of pollution similar to a wound.

Often the ground is alive and warm. When you walk into a cave it's never cold but a pleasant 70 degrees. Stones can speak to people and wood can bond to someone. Metal and man made objects are no different in this regard and it's important to treat every object with respect and dignity.

-gendered roles-

Roles are something inherent in human cultures but are less so important in spirituality. What some may consider feminine may actually be a gift from the gods for sensitivity and spiritual connection that people misinterpret. Taking the role of caring for others is often read as a womans role but for a medicine man it has no bearing on who they are. That doesn't mean other people won't heckle you or ask you to change it just means you know your being an authentic sense of self that doesn't need to change with creator at your side.

-ancestors-

Ancestors do not need to be clear by skin tone or relevance. Being guided to a path may be the most significant thing to listen to. Ancestors speak with us and help is through out life with advice and hints on what to do. It's important to listen to them and follow your instincts.

-lycanthropy and shamanism-

I feel as though clinical lycanthropy has the potential to be re-written spiritually as shamanism. The more I read about skin walkers, witches, medicine men and people that are atune with animals I realize my disorder is not a 'disorder' it's an unharnessed gift. These people learned to control their shifts in a way that was spiritually empowering and not distressing. More often than not I listen to my mentor and his experiences and notice some of my own the only difference being it seems as though he was never considered disordered for it and there is no negativity. In time he learned to intertwine that aspect of himself with his human self and they are both present.

I'm curious to see if I can do the same. If i remove the negativity associated with shifting how will I be?

I felt myself shifting at his home yesterday and it was quite powerful. I had to leave early that day suddenly because of it and I wasn't sure what was happening. It feels as though there's a wolf inside my chest gnashing it's teeth against my ribcage. My scared human self it horrified to let it out in a reasonable and safe way.

It seems like i was validated from my mentor saying I seem to be a wolf.

It makes me want to go back to therian guide forums and go "fuck you! I was right! I am more of a wolf than you would ever be!"

Since I also recently found some theriotypes I'm not sure how helpful this will be but I'll try my best!! The way I found my theriotypes had a lot to do with journaling, this may not work for some people but it did for me!

Writing down every non-human and human behavior that could be linked to an animal trait, and general habits of mine. Shifts also are a very good thing to write down.

Besides journaling if that's not your thing, I recommend just looking at different animals! You may see one and it might reflect yourself, I also used a few websites to help me find out my theriotypes 💗

calling myself a pocket dragon hasn’t felt quite correct recently (since a little while before this post, but it’s only really stood out to me since then) and i think i’ve figured out why. i’m still a pocket dragon, but i’m also a big dragon.

(big as in bigger than a pocket dragon. and more sapient. relative to some other dragons i’ve seen around tumblr, i’m still on the smaller side, i think.)

section one: quick little backstory

i remember being a (not pocket) dragon since i was about nine or ten. i may have had an idea of what my own species looked like, but i don’t clearly remember it if i did.

as i got older (fifteen-awakening?) i started subconsciously trying to ignore any shifts. they didn’t mesh well with my main daydream worlds, and i think i did subconsciously view it as “cringe.”

i had my first pocket dragon shift a month or two after i initially awakened as alterhuman. it was very strong, the most acute shift i’d had yet, so i assumed that the big-dragon stuff i felt in the past must’ve just… turned into a pocket dragon. (now, obviously, it’s making a resurgence.)

maybe i was suppressing it even then — i think i internalized some of the stuff i saw on the therian guide forums, and was worried that admitting i was still a big dragon would somehow mean i was wrong about being a pocket dragon.

section two: the reasons (besides phantom limbs)

me as a pocket dragon is only concerned with basic life things. i have a simple thought process. communication isn’t nuanced, sounds and movements are used to convey emotions rather than ideas. eating, sleeping, crawling in little hiding spots, and finding pretty things to look at/play with is my natural state. it’s nice. of course, it’s all filtered through my human brain and non-pocket dragon thoughts still leak in, which can be annoying or stressful. but i can feel what it’s supposed to be.

but i’ve also been having other dragon-related instincts and thoughts that don’t match that.

it’s… hard to explain, the thought side of things. there are times when i am thinking, and i am a dragon, and the thinking is definitely related to me being a dragon, yet not at all related to me being a pocket dragon. they’re completely different somehow. not just the fact that i’m more articulate, but the… color, i guess you could say? the color of the world is different. not literally, my eyes don’t literally change to see different colors. but something about my perspective or mood is not the same. it’s like the difference i observed between being a fox and being a borzoi, during my borzoi cameo shift a while back.

i also relate with the sentiments of other dragons on tumblr in ways that don’t make sense if i’m just a pocket dragon. for example, longing to fly high enough to reach the clouds — my pocket dragon species stays close to the ground, not even really flying above the trees if we can help it. (this longing to fly isn’t connected to being an avian-person either, since that ‘type [whether kin- or heart- or something else] doesn’t seem to come with instincts, just high-def limbs.)

being territorial is another one. i can tell that while it’s tied in with several of my ‘types, it’s also tied in with me being a dragon, and yet not with my pocket dragon species. things like this: things that feel distinctly dragon to me but distinctly not pocket dragon.

(i would give more examples, but i don’t know much about this bigger species compared to what i know about my pocket dragon species. in my defense i did just rediscover it after a year or three of not thinking about it much.)

conclusion

i feel i’m just repeating myself at this point, so, conclusion: calling myself just a pocket dragon doesn’t feel right. calling myself a pocket dragon and a bigger, different kind of dragon, does, because i am both.

A symbol for the therianthropy community

History: A symbol created in 2003 from discussions that took place on both the Werelist Forum and Awereness Forum.

Symbol Meaning: The symbol for therianthropy was created out of a huge discussion thread in which the Theta-Delta gained popularity. The artists who helped create the final design included Crinos and Jakkal with input from Coyote. The symbol is of two Greek letters: a theta (which looks like a circle with a dash in the center) and the delta (which appears as a triangle). Each Greek letter has a certain general meaning - the theta is the Greek equivalent to the letter T which began the term “therianthropy” as well as sometimes being used as a symbol for the soul; while the delta is famous for its symbol use in Mathematics to represent change.

A symbol for plurality

History: The Plural Pride Symbol (also now generally called the Plural Rings) was created in October 2011.

Symbol Meaning: The symbol consists of four interlocking circles (originally with a circle encompassing them all, but this circle is less often used). The symbol was created by the multiple system, Ouregaiya. Ouregaiya are the creators of the "plural activism" movement, a movement that held the stance held that multiplicity was not inherently a disorder and that plurals should be able to be open about their existence and be accepted by society.

History: In July 2017 the symbol was created. The symbol was created by a user called Apex on Tumblr.

Symbol Meaning: The symbol consisted of the alchemical symbol for earth with a simple design of a planet consisting of a single stem with two leaves in the center. The original symbol was green but could be shown as black as well.

Symbol Meaning: The ampersand symbol is shorthand for the word “and.” The symbol and its use is a reference to how being plural means its one person “& others,” “& company,” “et cetera,” and so on.

History: Over the years people have combined the Theta Delta and Septagram symbol into one symbol in various ways. This specific iteration was created by Synanthrope as part of an alterhuman, otherkin, therian, pride flag that was created in May of 2020.

Symbol Meaning: The symbol combines both the Theta Delta and the Septagram.

A symbol for otherheartedness

History: The symbol was created by Poppy (aestherians) on the social media website, Tumblr in 2017 after feedback.

Symbol Meaning: The heart represents the otherhearted person and the diamond within the heart represents the hearttype. The use of a heart also reflects the words that make up the term itself. The interwoven circle both reinforces the existing symbology as well as makes the symbol “look nicer when compared to the septagram and theta-delta," referring to the symbols for otherkin and therians respectively.

A symbol for the otherkin community

History: The symbol dates back to the 16th century but the symbol became connected to otherkin in the summer of 1986 when it was used and referenced in an article by the Silver Elves.

Symbol Meaning: The septagram is also called the elven star or faery star and its use in the otherkin community is a reference to the otherkin community getting its start among people who identify as elves.

Symbol Meaning: The use of the alt key comes from the fact the symbol means “alternate” and the “alter” in “alterhuman” comes from the word “alternate.”

A symbol for the furry fandom

History: The symbol was created in 2007 on the Yiffstar forums on a thread called “Some discreet way of telling others we're furry."

Symbol Meaning: The PhiPaw consists of the Greek letter, phi with phi is the Greek equivalent to the letter F which begins the term “furry.” The symbol of a paw is integrated into the phi with the letter replacing the paw-pad.

A therian and otherkin symbol

History: A symbol created by Nøkken in March 2018 with commentary from others during that time on forum threads.

Symbol Meaning: The symbol is an alternation of the Theta Delta. Rather than being based on the Theta and Delta, the theri delta’s symbology uses the triangle to represent change/transformation, the circle representing the self, the life cycle arrows representing continuous transformation of life, and the black and white dots representing the human physical/body and the nonphysical/nonhuman self. Various modifications of the symbol exist to represent different kinds of therianthropy and otherkinity (including a “Kin Delta” variant, a variant for polytherians/polykin, and more) which can be modified together as needed/wanted.

Seeking a forum that i had found here on tumblr

I haven't heard much about it in a long while and it's name escapes me entirely, it wasn't alt+H or Kinmunity or even therian-guide. I can't find the post in my archives which is odd. i think alterhuman was in the name and it was ran by the same forum host as the dragon cave forums are I'm completely lost trying to find this forum or if it even still exists.

If you are interested in learning or discovering more about the Therian community I suggest the popular forum The Therian Guide. I will say one thing imo...

Dont socialize with THIS forum past the necessary requirements. I say this for a couple reasons:**

-As many communities go, even though there are queer people IN the community, many people don't share the same opinions and are allowed to voice those opinions. If they are triggering don't interact and move on.

-People who talk to each other are very cliquey sometimes. As to be expected people are allowed to be close to others though its not okay to bad mouth on other folks.

-A language mistake gets you antagonized; genuine othering of other species in regular light hearted conversations is just allowed.

-You cant go to the mods because some of them are just chill with the antagonizing. Not to mention as a forum of the therian community you don't actually have to be therian to be a mod. Which would be great if therians weren't being antagonized by the mods and others.

-very common theriotypes around, there are none common theriotypes too but its hard not to feel out numbered. Especially that they moved from having single places for specific species to find each other and a big area to find other species- to [imo] generalizing many species into two sections and then the other area for chatting with other species as mentioned before. Its really hard to not feel out numbered and left out.

OTHER THAN THAT the information on the forum itself can be extremely helpful to go through. I would suggest other places to socialize with people as the forum itself can be very closed off (which I get because there are dangers out there but othering fellow members is uncalled for).

There's information on gear and other essential stuff like finding out your therotype as well as other very helpful information! I would give it a look if you are a person who wants to learn about some experiences outside of your own or are a therian or otherkin yourself and need a let bit of help!

Still Alive, Thoughts

I noticed Othercon happened this prior weekend, it made me nostalgic to think of.. I'm not sure what place I have in the dragonkin community after my little freak out last year, but rawr.. Kind of day dreaming of "Maybe" updating my old 2011 dragonkin guide a little. Why I Identify As Theriomythic

(and maybe why you should too)

One of the great things about the Alterhuman community, and maybe one of its many downfalls as well, are the many, many labels found within it. While the obvious like Otherkin, Therian, and Fictionkin come to mind, there are many labels you can find online so specific that only a few really use them. Heck, I was scrolling the other day and saw the term Otherpunk for the first time.

One label that has a longer history yet is oftentimes overlooked is Theriomythic. Officially defined as someone who straddles both the Otherkin and Therian communities, Theriomythics tend to be people with multiple kintypes with some being mythical and others earth-based, people that have mythical kintypes that act more animalistic, or someone who in general is more connected to the Therian community with a non-theriotype kintype. The term was first coined in 2010 on the website Therian Wilderness, however, another term called “Weremythic” was coined back in 1996 with a nearly exact definition.

For someone like me, this is the perfect label for me. Having been introduced to the Alterhuman community through Therianthropy, my relationship with the Therian community dates back to my awakening. I have always felt more connected with Therianthropy through its expression: forests, Celtic imagery, Native flute music, flannels, clip-on tails, dog collars. The “aesthetic” of Therianthropy has always spoken to me.

On top of the aesthetic factor, my first steps into my Alterhuman identity was through the website Therian Guide (the actual guide and not the forum). That website helped me immensely and, despite the creator of the website, it has some great information. From there I joined a forum called Kinmunity where I started talking to others like me. It is a great website with lots of in-depth discussions and articles and overall just great people.

Because I entered the community from the Therian side and first heard of the term Otherkin merely through the lens of someone being Alterhuman just with a mythical Theriotype, I was in for quite a shock when I joined the website that would become my main social media platform for my middle and high school self: Tumblr.

Joining Tumblr in 2016, I realized very quickly that the Otherkin on here was a lot different than the Otherkin talked about on Kinmunity. Fictionkin, for one, was quite the culture shock, and having jumped onto the website when everyone gained a new Fictiotype every new episode of Steven Universe, the word “fluff” didn’t even scratch the surface. But to be fair I was a part of that trend, too, getting a kintype list of 20 strong and rotating out kintypes every two weeks.

While I was technically Otherkin by definition of the term, I didn’t identify with the community that would soon become the mainstream image of what Otherkin are like. There were few deep discussions on Kin-blr, it was just a cesspool of discourse, discourse, and more discourse.

Side note: remember when that one Youtuber was making that cringe compilation of us and everyone went nuts? Those were the good ole days…

So when I found the term Theriomythic, it stuck. It both described my Otherkin side with my elven and draconic kintypes, but also kept me connected to the Therian community I have always loved and connected with. And as a Polymorph as well, it feels like such a fluid label as both, describing both parts of me that are connected to the planet we live on but also everything beyond it.

Of course, this is all just my experience and opinion. What do you all think?

So I am now seeing mostly everyone has had some sort of issue with Therian Guide forums. It makes me laugh considering about 5 years ago I had joined their forum as a young otherkin individual / therianthrope and when I expressed how I thought I was having dream shifts where I thought myself to be a wolven creature with black fur, the admins of forum & their friends (instead of educating me) proceeded to call me a fake and bullied me on my introduction post so consistently I ended up deactivating & leaving the website.

I’m not particularly well rounded when it comes to emotions as I’ve mentioned in archived posts, however as a 13 year old boy who simply wished to join a community I felt would understand & embrace the part of me that felt more wild, they were not welcoming at all.

In addition to that, when I mentioned I felt a part of me was more divine in their chatroom, they proceeded to invalidate that as well instead of asking me productive questions regarding my own sense of identity. (I no longer hold that identity, however one of my headmates does).

I ask you to please spread/reblog/repost whatever so young therianthropes & otherkin individuals will not seek validation and advice from those on Therian Guide. Please consider joining therian tumblr or therian Instagram. Rather than answering your questions, Therian Guide will invalidate you & overwhelm you with not so warm welcomes. When you are questioning your identity the last thing a young one needs is to be bullied, bombarded and alienated.
