NICODEMUS QUESTIONS JESUS
John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Oh my god israel killed Refaat Al-Areer
I would scroll my twitter timeline and feel relief seeing recent posts from him. Tonight it’s full of memorials to his life and work
He was one of the first Palestinians in Gaza I followed to get updates after October 7th
He introduced me to other Palestinian journalists, writers, academics
He mourned every single one of his students whose lives were taken by air strike, sickness, or starvation
There’s no amount of words that could do justice to him, his life, and his work.
His last tweet sent 12/4/2023 12:00am:
“The Democratic Party and Biden are responsible for the Gaza genocide perpetrated by Israel.”
— Refaat Al-Areer
Killed alongside him in a targeted air strike were his brother, sister, and his sister’s 4 children
Israel will perish and it will happen in our lifetimes

2 Corinthians 3:18 (KJV) -
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

As I was falling asleep I had this idea like... imagine Tears of the Kingdom had an ancient Sheikah sage of shadow, and the game throws you a red herring to make you think the modern sage/descendent will be Paya (the obvious choice) but you get there and surprise! It’s Kohga

The AU: Ganondorf has found a tomb, and in it, he finds a buried-with-honours corpse with his own name. In poking around, he finds the corpse still has a piece of the Triforce.
His first instinct, of course, is to pry the Triforce from this corpse. He can care less who it was; if he can have the piece of the Triforce then he will have the leverage he needs in his plans of conquest.
As he realizes that the Triforce is very stubbornly attached to this individual, he goes back to do research. He finds that a Triforce piece will not leave its bearer so long as they are alive, or another bearer manages to extract the piece. He concludes that this corpse is not entirely dead, if his piece remains with him.
He goes back to find out more about this Gerudo male, back to the grand libraries of the Gerudo. He looks through ancient records of previous men, of kings that had ruled, but cannot find anything on a Gerudo man named Ganondorf that had taken the Triforce. He finds this bizarre; how can there be nothing when the Triforce is a divine power. Surely-
Frustrated, he decides that it is time to interrogate the people. He makes his way to the throne room...to find Nabooru, his second, seated on his throne. He finds himself a little irked, but dismisses this feeling. He had been busy searching tombs and reading transcripts of kings of old so of course Nabooru would govern in his absence. He calls out...but no one responds to him. It is as if he isn't even there. He shouts and clamors and demands attention. Some remark on feeling a certain presence in the room, but being unable to place why they feel as they do.
Now panicking, Ganondorf returns to the records and sifts through recent ones. He hadn't thought of thinking the recent ones because it couldn't be recent! He was king! He was alive, right? And then that's when he finds it, an official obituary, his name, and the date of his death.
