so if you haven’t seen it yet basically basically the dwd pitch got leaked and they mentioned that megavolt would possibly have a son and God and I eating this concept up ‼️ first of all it’s a perfect callback to Megavolt and Darkwings high school dynamic But also tell me megavolt wouldn’t be the proudest dad also also THE ff4 as bonus dads I’m loving it

What's your opinion on other darkwing ships like liquiroot or quackervolt?

AAAA i love them both! personally i ship the fearsome four as one big indescribable polycule. however, quackervolt is by far my favorite ship secondary to drakepad.

i just love how much chemistry the fearsome four have. quackerjack and megavolt getting along so well and being the silly dynamic duo never gets old. liquidator and bushroot have a really cool dynamic because of their water and plant themes respectively, and liquidator being an apathetic and detached villain while bushroot is a misunderstood angry little doormat is just so fun.

i just love how everyone both compliments and contrasts each other. for example, liquidator and megavolt probably have to keep a distance because megs short circuits, and i find that concept really entertaining. there’s just so much to explore with them and they make me smile so big when on screen together.

and not as a romantic ship, but i have been thinking a LOT about the potential in a launchpad and morgana friendship. they would be unstoppable bi guy and lesbian solidarity, i just know it.

Do you have any headcanons for Jim Sterling, pre- and post-Negaduck?

Pre-Negaduck:

• Jim Sterling became severely depressed after his Darkwing Duck show was canceled.

• Jim and Megavolt’s actor were actually close friends when the show was still being made.

• during the filming of the episode that Launchpad shows Dewey where DW slams his foot into QuackerJack’s back, Quackerjack (the actor for him) had to be rushed to the hospital when he didn’t get back up.

• QuackerJack’s actor never fully recovered and still has back issues to this day.

• QuackerJack’s actor’s injury was covered up as a on set accident. Jim didn’t want his reputation to be ruined.

• as time went Jim became obsessed with getting every shot perfect, and would keep everyone on set well past midnight.

• when Jim’s obsession continued to grow, the majority of the cast for the other characters quit and after QuackerJack’s actor got injured most of the show’s writers quit as well.

• ratings and views for the show plummeted majorly after that.

• the injury from QuackerJack’s actor was covered up so greatly that even some of the official cast members who weren’t there that day doubted Jim did anything.

• Jim landed a few roles after his shows cancellation but nothing major.

• Jim dated Morgana’s actress for a while but the majority of their conversations were arguments so they decided to break up.

Post-Negaduck:

• Jim made sure to stay out of sight when he found out he was declared dead.

• When Drake Mallard became the real life version of Darkwing Duck, Jim kept an extremely close eye on him.

• During the “The Let’s Get Dangerous” episode, when the Fearsome Four appeared Jim followed Drake Mallard throughout the entire event.

• Jim stole the plans for the Ramrod in hopes to bring back the Fearsome Four and use them for his own revenge against Darkwing Duck.

• Jim incorrectly built the Ramrod and instead of bringing things from other dimensions into his own, he was sent through to another dimension himself.

• Jim Sterling landed in what he called, “The Negaverse”.

Unpopular opinion, but I have a strong feeling that if in the Jail Bird episode Liquidator and Reginald got de-mutated (? is that how you say it??) two things would have happened:

1/ Bushroot would DEFINITELY look waaay younger that he did in his debut episode. With all the regeniration powers helping his body after the transformation and stuff, not to mention that he regrow himself multiple times from scratch (which can be assessed as a sorta rebirth(?))

2/ And the second is Liquidator not being able to walk stand or even move properly for at least hours. Because lets be real, a properly functioning body of a person that spent last years of his life as a literal water sounds like a bullsht. It's like the same thing that happens with astronauts when they are in space for a long time, the body just starts to wean. The worse part here that the astronauts are well training for this, which speeds up the recovery process, and Bud ... oh dear lord save the poor man (well, at least he has the rest of the fearsome four to drag him with them around).

Bud the second Negaduck stole his powers:
