6 - Character A giggling when Character B trails kisses down to their neck because they’re sensitive/ticklish there, which causes Character B to laugh along with them

Alee was always ticklish around his neck. Something the choker he wore aided with for the most part. But in his vulnerability to reveal the scars on his neck to his lover, he also revealed a rather sensitive part of his skin too. It was something Vesper took advantage of.

Xe always enjoyed the way the man giggled, a loud snort escaping him as their lips brushed against his throat. He always flailed beneath xem, pinned down under xyr weight as xe kissed his neck with feather light kisses, the ghosting of xyr lips against him.

"Vesper!" Alee whined, a loud laugh escaped the sorcerer as he tried to wiggle out from beneath xem. "Stoppp-"

Vesper chuckled against his skin, lips pressing over the layered scarring on his throat. "You're too much!" He complained between laughs.

Vesper pushed themself up some, black and blue hair a mess as xe looked down at him with an amused expression of their own. His slit pupils were round and blown, cheeks red from breathless laughter. He was free, he looked free and happy. It made xyr heart swell with pride.

"I love your laugh."

"I sound like a pig."

Vesper shook their head, kissing his nose. "You sound like you're happy." Their words were perhaps softer than they intended, sweeter than they even realised they were capable of.

He was still teaching them things about themself. Teaching xem what xe could be, what xe could feel. Alee wasn't the only one that was safe and free, no longer haunted by the image of a man he feared. Vesper was safer too. Something that the fox sorcerer ensured every day.

Alee reached up, his knuckles brushing against their warm skin. His expression softened, his pupils returning to their usual slit like appearance.

"I am happy." He clarified. "You make me happy." He promised.

"You make me happy too." Vesper smiled softly, turning their head inwards to kiss the inside of his wrist. He more than made them happy, he gave them the purpose they so sorely lacked. He made them feel like they could be more than the destiny they tried to deny.

"That's all I want, Vesu." Alee giggled, nuzzling their cheek with his. Vesper dropped his hand so they could nuzzle him back. Xe purred softly as Alee's soft fox ear brushed against their skin. The natural cat instinct xe couldn't always help. It was embarrassing, but he made it feel…

Normal.

He made xem feel normal.

Not a weapon, or the byproduct somebody else wanted.

But a normal person, with normal needs and interests. With normal love. Xe owed that to him.

Vesper exhaled, suddenly dragged from their thoughts by his sharp fingers digging into their sides.

"Ow! You have little daggers for fingers-"

Alee laughed maniacally, very pleased when they began to unravel too.

Alee couldn't help his own giggles as xe tried to wiggle away from him. It was their turn to face the music, but not like this. This was somehow cruel and unusual punishment. Alee managed to flip their positions, easily overpowering them with his raw strength alone.

"Noo!"

"Too late!" Alee pinned them down, knee on either side of them as he tickled their sides. Vesper laughed, voice high pitched and breathless as xe tried desperately to get out from underneath xyr hyper boyfriend.

"This is revenge, cat!" He teased the cat sorcerer, a gleeful smile on his face as he watched xem laugh beneath him. The sound was like music to his ears, his torn fox ear twitched happily.

"Menace!" Vesper breathed between loud laughs.

"Maybe so, but you love me!" Alee giggled at their laughter, it was infectious.

"UNFORTUNATELY!" Xe announced, pouting up at him with red cheeks. Alee relented, leaning down and pressing a chaste kiss to their lips instead.

He loved them too.

The problem with the Minecraft mob vote is not that the vote exist.

The problem is the rule that the other two mobs will never get added into the game. It wasn’t a problem prior because the number of people voting has grown exponentially (3.5 million people voted for sniffer).

Edit: also this years choices are the objective best that we have gotten. None of them feel unfairly overhyped by the crew. I don’t judge most people for being a bit upset about their favorite losing. My favorite won last year, the mobs this year all have a similar vibe. There is no lost rascal mini game or whatever it was.

The problem is that if you never get the mob that wins you are gonna start off all “dang it” and just progressively get more pissed as time goes on. It’s nice how the whole Mojang rebellion has united the community though.

I FINALLY got to watch some hermitcraft...

And it's sooo GOOD.

Just watching one episode makes me so inspired, it gives me tremendous amounts of joy whenever I see something that makes me want to create. I feel like the biggest compliment you can give to a piece of media is "you make me want to get out of bed and make stuff" and I'm more than happy to give it to the hermits.

Well, decided to call it there for minecraft. Still got a reasonable amount to go, lots to go on getting that whole area done, but like... if I did, that's almost 1/3 of the base taken care of... well... maybe more like 1/4 since I also need to do the nether, and I always forget that but it really does need to get done

(No matter how much it sucks... and it sucks because netherrack looks like ass and also lacks... if I could just have like the... nylium or whatever it's called, if I could have a version where that was growing from the bottom of the block and I had it in stairs and slabs this would be easy... it's inventing something that looks natural, like the nether, and not totally like ass to go on the ceiling that's the issue)

(Also... this is less a nether issue and more of a me issue, but I'm still having trouble figuring out a nice building to put around portals... like the ground, more or less know exactly how I want that to look and more or less how to spawn proof it... but the ceiling and buildings... that's the rough part)

Anyway, point is getting the underwater shit designed would be a huge part of the base done

It'll take a ton of time to actually install this design, and it'll almost certainly mean we have to make a couple farms, but man... be so nice to have this well and truly done

I always look forward to the day I can call the base done, really done, really get to show it off while moving on to new areas

a/n — god my heart is melting seeing my friends act like couples in minecraft.

KAVEH — It’s obvious, guys, come on. He focuses on arts and the beauty of architecture and would most definitely take on the role of the builder and the designer of the world. He’s the type to build the most beautiful and extravagant house, create an underground base, and have a fully functional and pretty home that it feels literally out of the world. He consumes a lot of resources though and would spend more time gathering the things that he needs more than the time he spent on building. He’s the primary reason why the forests are bald in your world because of the amount of wooden logs he needed. There was also the time wherein a creeper came to his home and blew it up, ultimately destroying it, and he was in despair. Alternatively, if you threaten to destroy his base, hell will break loose.

ZHONGLI — The most efficient and lucky miner of all, as well as the gatherer of materials and resources. He’s the type of player to immediately venture out and look for a cave with a wooden pickaxe on hand. Nobody complains though because he’s extremely lucky at finding ores and getting the things you need early-game. Progress is easily made with him on your side because of how fast he can mine things and because of that, it feels like he’s an expert on the game even when he doesn’t play that much nor has any prior experience. Oftentimes, he’ll immediately find diamonds but doesn’t have the appropriate pickaxe to mine it but it’s not a problem however as he’ll find another one so easily. ‘I came looking for coal but found diamonds instead’ type of beat.

CHILDE — An all-rounder. He can be the miner, he can be the explorer, he can be the gatherer, he can be the farmer, and most especially, he can be the fighter. We don’t talk about his building skills though, this man would build a 5x5 house made out of wood and call it a base then reasons that this is much more effective and saves your resources. Well, whatever makes him happy, I guess. He often accompanies you wherever you go especially when you go mining as he’ll protect you from the mobs. He’s the kind of person to believe that placing a bed on nether and sleeping on it will give you a huge buff. He’s the adventurous type of player, the reckless and careless kind, and is the reason why keep inventory is switched to true.

TIGHNARI — FOOD. FOOD. RESOURCES. FARM. ANIMALS. FOOD. Food is the essence of life and is really crucial in the game. He’s in charge of anything related to farming and alike. You’ll find dozens of chests fully stacked with food and animal products, especially bread and baked potatoes. He’s the main supplier and giver of food, as well as, potions in your world. He’s the type who loves collecting flowers and has his home decorated with plants and vines because it looks pleasant and not like anyone complains because it looks good. He’s also the builder type and just one look at a reference picture for his builds, he knows how it is done even without watching a tutorial. Definitely doesn’t like spiders because of the way it looks and how it can climb up structures and invade your home.

CYNO — The fighter and bodyguard to the farm. He’ll take on the role of the protector as he protects the base and farm from creepers that threaten to approach, blow up, and destroy any form of hardwork and kill annoying skeletons that shoot at you from afar and hide underneath the shade of the tree to avoid being burnt and dying. He often uses the weapon, Trident, and would go even at the ends of the world just to attain it (since it’s a rare drop). He does whatever he is asked to and would often go explore to gather materials or get what is needed. He occasionally finds lush caves and would tell you about it, asking you to come to these specific coordinates if you can. You won’t need Iron Golems and anything to protect your home when you have Cyno.

WANDERER — Just like his name suggests, man is the player incarnation of Dora the Explorer and would rather focus on looking for those rare and hard-to-find biomes than settling in on one place. He takes days just for adventuring and sometimes it can last up to weeks or months in-game. He goes out to venture and seeks for strongholds, mansions, and villages, then once he’s satisfied, he’ll come back with good loot and hard-to-get items on hand. He pulls an uno-reverse card on enemies and would raid them, blowing up mansions and taking everything that he can. He knows how to come back to your base or wherever he came from though no matter how far it is. You really don’t have to worry about him getting lost since he understands how coordinates work and if you don’t, he’ll make fun of you for it but will teach you afterwards.

ALHAITHAM — An explorer and expert in gathering. He has tons of materials stored in his chests that he doesn’t use and only chooses to fight when he needs to but he somehow has his character on a fully enchanted diamond armor with enchanted tools, either iron or diamond. You need a stack of clay? He has it, it’s on the chest on the third column at the top. How about some cactus or snowballs? He has quite a lot of those. He also has a collection of leaf blocks and vines that you might like as decorations of your home. Of course, since he has those unnecessary things, he also has a ton of importance that are often really hard to get and find, especially the slimes. Because of this, farming and gathering wasn’t something you’ll have to think of when you play with him.

KAMISATO AYATO — Exploration? Mining? Fighting? Gathering? Farming? Building? Whatever you mention, he knows how to do it and is even good at it. He immediately becomes an expert on the game from the very first few times of playing, saying that it’s just like life itself with some weird mobs and a square world. However, he only gathers and collects precious and rare materials and items that, majority of the time, he ends up not using. He would never touch copper because he thinks that it has no use— it’s true though. He doesn’t do a lot of work and wouldn’t invest that much time in doing such trivial things and tasks so his base is mediocre, not big nor small, only made for functional and competent use, and his chests are filled with only items that are needed for late-game.

But we have hope. He threw into the fire all the things that were his, from his childhood, objects that were intertwined with a side of himself that he doesn't recognize, innocent and vulnerable. However, staring at his sister's drawing...

He was unable to burn her memories, her love, her longing. He didn't throw her into the flames.

He's tired and traumatized, but all is not completely lost.

HOWEVER, I still have questions about Roberto, the worm from q!Cell (who he burned as soon as he recovered). Some people were theorizing that it is to blame for him being punished by the Federation, as it is a rare creature in Minecraft.

I have no idea, but I believe so. From the beginning, upon the arrival of the Brazilians, Cucurucho treated q!Cellbit with hostility, almost as if he already knew him and hated him in his essence. Maybe little 13-year-old q!Cellbit saw or did something he shouldn't have and was punished with the unimaginable.

Some random sketches of the celestials because I made a majority of them before I developed a crippling minecraft addiction.

I will continue my trend of making super long posts but this one may be a bit shorter as a lot of the information on the celestials is very relevant to the plot of the melodious monster chronicles that I want to turn into a comic or something some day. So I don't want to spoil anything important for obvious reasons. I'm also very unmotivated to write a whole lot so that'll also make it shorter.

As you may notice the celestials look marginally different than their cannon designs. I usually like to keep the little details in my monster designs cannon compliant (I might end up redoing those blow't drawings for that and a few other reasons, I kinda messed with it a bit too much for my own tastes) but in this case I'm not drawing a standard individual of a species, there's only one of each celestial and each one is their own character so I want their designs to reflect their unique personalities and also to better reflect my own tastes. As for them being their own character all of them have their own names that I won't share as they aren't all that important. Also all the celestials have a sibling-like familial relationship because it's cute so there will be no celestial shipping here.

The celestials themselves are pretty much a pure organic form of their element's essence. The elements themselves are energy from the celestial's constellations so the celestial's physical forms are basically the personas of their constellations if you think about it.

The celestials also made the natural and ethereal monsters themselves with no help from the colossals or anything. I wanted to make the celestials more important and be on-par with the colossals in terms of power and influence over the monster world so I made them more responsible for things. I will try to explain how monster species are first made by just copying it from a document I made on how that happens. A lot of context is needed to understand the fundamentals of how my monster world works so some things may not make sense so if something confuses you, uh, idk just guess

"A species of monster is formed by a god manipulating some elemental essence that it’s able to control, then it mixes it with a compatible power element to animate the elemental energy into the lifeforce ( and body in most cases ) of a living sapient creature. The elements making up a true monster's lifeforce determines its species and class. Once a specific elemental “signature” has been associated with a species formed solely from it’s lifeforce, anything else made with that same “signature” will be that species.

The natural and ethereal monsters were created by Galvana with slight assistance from the other celestials when the ethereals were made. With its control over all the elements, Galvana wadded together elemental energy and zapped it to life forming the first single elementals. After a while with just them (and after the other celestials were fully aware of this project) the celestials began trying to mix even more elements together and then bring them to life. Turns out that worked and created unique species. "

Let me introduce you to Necesse

A game where you build and run your own village with individual villagers. You assign them jobs to make sure the crops are taken care of, trees are cut down, food is cooked, and potions are being made. While your villagers care for the world above ground, you get to battle monsters and get resources below ground!

In regular and deep caves across all biomes, you gather ore, essence, weapons, and all sorts of quest items. You can use all of these to make magic potions, more advanced weapons, and armor.

I bought this game back in July and have been absolutely addicted to it. I play it every day, at least one hour a day but usually closer to 3 hours a day.
