This moment in the crown... Kinda fits firstprince?
Like, it's giving me similar vibes as the start of the lake scene with the whole "you are such a cretin" moment
Sidenote: also bloody hell this shot with the neck kiss and both of them smiling so happily, please imprint this gif on my eyelids I want to be watching this for eternity
Actually, this is from a philibet compilation video and there's a few moment that sort of fit firstprince as well?
(maybe I'll make an animatics if someday I finally learn how to make one and actually commit to it)
From Ted Lasso to The Crown, [Jodi] Balfour has been on all these amazing shows and gotten accolades along the way — something she doesn’t take for granted. “It’s a dream come true. I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, mostly on the stage as a dancer and then an actor. Los Angeles seemed so far away when I was a kid. It was something I used to think and dream about, so it’s not lost on me. I need to do a better job of reminding myself that it’s meaningful to be here.”

Rewatching The Crown and you have to admit how genius it was to present Uncle David as a sympathetic man who gave up the throne for the woman he loves ultimately getting the viewer to root for him and feel sorry for him and dislike the institution for icing him out. Then in season 2 they turn around and reveal he and Wallis were nazi sympathisers who toured concentration camps and collaborated with the nazi's to install him as a puppet king should the U.K invasion succeed.
There is a big royal event today or so I have been told so here is Matthew Goode in royally connected roles (some more tenuous than others, indulge me 🤣):
1) Antony Armstrong-Jones married a princess
2) King Sigismund of Hungary aka The Red Fox (but he was a bad'un)
3) Jeremy Hutchinson Queen's Counsel (that's a senior trial barrister in the UK)
4) Matthew Roydon, Queen Elizabeth I's shadow (spy)
5) Lady Mary and Henry Talbot looking beautiful for the ball given in honour of King George V and Queen Mary's visit at Downton.
