Wreck it Ralph as a franchise is so strange. The first film represents everything i ADORE in a movie and the second film represents everything I DESPISE in a movie

The more details I learn about Wreck-it Ralph, the more it BLOWS MY MIND and the more I love and appreciate it. This film was so meticulously crafted with so much nerdy love and effort and the characters are written incredibly. There’s so much foreshadowing and little details you’d never notice on a first viewing, and it’s just so clever in every aspect. Everything just feels so natural, the dialogue, the world- I could go on about how much I love it for hours

Meanwhile Ralph Breaks the Internet is Disney’s Emoji Movie… the more I (unfortunately) learn about it the more disappointed I become. And also it’s already so outdated it’s painful. No- It was outdated when it was made. SOMEHOW. A movie about the MODERN ERA. Is MORE OUTDATED than a MOVIE ABOUT ARCADE GAMES!!? Stopping myself so I don’t rant for paragraphs. I haven’t even seen it in full because I know that watching it would break me LOL

I know they had concepts of Ralph traveling to the internet in the first film that they had to cut because it was too much to add an entirely new world. (Thank god)

I know this has been covered Extensively before. But It just continues to baffle me how this even happened. And saddens me. (Especially now that Wish is a thing) Sure it’s the same characters, but every little thing that made the original GREAT is just. Absent or downgraded at worst. And it was the same director… did something happen? Or was a sequel always going to be bad because corporate executives insisted on the vision of “Internet Crossover” cuz of how much they could self advertise and get product placement money and. Yeah.

At this point I’m just happy the first movie was as good as it is and we just have to leave it at that. Even though the missed potential Deeply Hurts me💔

Sky Kid - A comic segment where four main pilot members (and the other pilots) worked together, and go into their planes to fight against the Mekazukin army.

Who's Ace Yellow and Flight Green?

Ace Yellow is a lazy goth pilot member of the Sky Kids. Her favorite blueberry based food is blueberry pie. Ace would get up and get on to her plane, but doesn't feel like doing it. She loves to sleep on the job.

Flight Green is a shark pilot member of the Sky Kids, as doesn't speak, cannot talk, but does some sign language, and only Blue Max understands what he's trying to say.

Hunter lets out a groan, getting up and trying to figure out his surroundings. He knew Death had blind-jumped due to the danger they were in, but he wished it was at least to somewhere they knew. Everything looked ancient, old. Most certainly abandoned, with symbols and whatnot on the walls he didn't recognize. Was he underground or just inside a forgotten building? A temple maybe? Hard for him to tell. "...Death?" He calls out, cautiously walking forward. He had no idea where his friend was or where himself or Death had ended up, but they had clearly gotten split up. "...Ok... find Death, then find a way out. Just need to figure which way to go." He continues forward, cautious of whatever lied ahead, and unaware that someone else was near.

It was quiet, so far. Not to be clichè, but maybe too quiet for comfort. One could argue that being greeted with silence and a relatively easy way down was much better than having a welcoming team made of hungry predators and spike traps, but as she descends Lara gets more and more alert.

From experience, a silent temple mean that either the worst is yet to come, or someone else beat her to the treasure at the end. Or, at least, is doing their best to do so, and is currently lurking around with way more firearms than necessary.

as she turns the corner, and hears someone calling out for... death, was it? - oh, how much she wishes she misunderstood because of the echo! -, it looks like, today, she'll have to deal with the latter. There's a little bit of cautious hesitation as she turns the corner, both guns already in her hands, pointing them at the stranger's back. A stranger who looks... clearly unprepared for excavations, or attempt murder, for the matter. It could all be a misunderstanding, but... crossing paths with someone who simply took a wrong turn, down there, sounds unlikely.

Making herself notices fist by clearling her throat, then by removing the seuure from her weapons, Lara takes a step further.

"Excuse me? I don't think this is a good place for tourists."
