So there was once a seemingly innocuous question asked on Titans Twitter:

Though some used it to prop up their faves, it turned into a serious and big discussion: Who is the Greatest Titan, epitomizing what it means to be a Titan the most?
There were a variety of answers, majority being one of Dick, Donna, Starfire, Raven, or even Wally. But what I noticed was the surprising lack of one answer: Cyborg.
One of the most popular Titans, whom DC clearly sees as one of the Titans Trinity (upper right corner):

Thinking again of Buck as the person who empowers Eddie. The one who hears that there's a Certain Way to do something, and instead looks at it from another perspective and encourages Eddie to try Another Way.
Like in 3x12 Fools, where Ana says Chris should learn to pivot and do something else when he reaches a barrier and instead Buck said, well, hey, maybe we could try to fulfill Chris's desires in an accessible way instead of telling him to just pick something else. Buck showing Eddie this allows Eddie to once again provide his son with a joyous and fulfilling life.
In 2x04 Stuck, when instead of thinking "huh, maybe I can set Eddie up on a date with a woman and then SHE can take care of Chris while Eddie works and he can have a gf at the same time" decides he can introduce Eddie to someone who can help him navigate his situation, advise and point him in the right direction, watch Chris and be a series-long supporter and empowering Eddie to be the person he wants to be which is a present and active father to Chris.
In 5x01 Panic, Buck discovers Eddie's panic attacks and learns the reason, and instead of just being a generally supportive friend and saying "who knows, maybe you just need more time and your relationship with Ana will deepen" he says if you don't want to be with her, you can't stick it out, that's not fair to Ana or Eddie. He gives Eddie permission to give up, without judgement, to let go of An Expectation that he's been told he should have/do/be, when it isn't actually bringing happiness to his life but is actively bringing him pain.
In 5x14 Dumb Luck, when Eddie is arguably at the lowest we've ever seen him, instead of letting Eddie wallow and continue his downward spiral of believing that nothing he does to save anybody will ever be worth it in the end, Buck shows him a different perspective, of how saving people is worth it because sometimes you are the one thing that sets their life on a better path.
Something about how Buck has always represented the Unconventional and Alternate and Illuminating and Better path for Eddie, the path that brings relief, the path that brings support, the path that brings trust, the path that reveals truth, the path that brings empowerment, the path that brings partnership.
And you're gonna sit here and tell me that Eddie belongs with some rando? Nuh uh. Until the show provides me one (1) fucking example of a person who can be everything for Eddie that I just encapsulated, I'm never not believing that Eddie belongs 100% with Buck. Fight me.

SWK being so flawed is like one of LMK's strongest bits. I feel like a different show would just have him be infallible or have him be like a twist villain or irredeemable or something. But he's neither of those, he's just incredibly flawed. It's also interesting that even though Mei and Pigsy are critical of him, they're still shown to care about him.
All in all, hes a more complicated character than people give him credit for :/
I 100% agree!
Honestly, if Sun Wukong wasn't flawed I'd find him a bit boring. You remove his flaws and you remove the meat of his character. Even all the way back in season 1 you get the feeling he's withholding information and concealing his past ("Show me the real Sun Wukong! The old you would have leveled this whole mountain range to stop me!"), and that only becomes more and more prevalent as the show goes on.
Wukong is first introduced as a hero, as the King who defended the world from DBK. Next he's introduced as a mentor, planning to make MK his successor (which I think is pretty debatable at this point, as I've said I personally think he just needed an excuse to train MK).
Slowly we learn SWK is pretty terrible at both of those things. He's not the hero or mentor anyone thought he would be—he's not even the mentor he thought he would be:
Macaque: “Haha, you saw a story about a hero who got handed everything, who didn’t have to work for anything, and you thought you were the other guy? The second the hero got real power, he couldn’t care less about his friends.” [ - ] "You know, I meant what I said—you really are a good kid. A good kid, with a really terrible teacher." (2x07 Shadow Play)

s1 of Monkie Kid, as well as the Revenge of the Spider Queen special, establish a baseline. We meet Wukong as we're meant to know him—the legendary yet cheeky hero. Now that he's retired, Monkey King is training the next generation to protect the world and be the heroes in his place.
Right?
Well, just like our perception of Wukong, our perception of the role of the hero slowly degrades as well:
Lady Bone Demon: “Heroes? Please, you’re mere agents of chaos, the very thing I aspire to eradicate in this new world. No more destruction, no more disorder, I WILL HAVE PERFECTION.” (3x12 The Corrupted King)

Heroes aren't people fighting for the side of good, or even for what they think is right—they're agents of chaos. Destructive. "All doomed to play a role in tearing this world apart." Heroes are introduced as one thing, and then slowly revealed to be another.
Heroes, just like Wukong and anyone else, are flawed. They still make wrong choices. They still hurt people. Of course Wukong isn't a twist villain or irredeemable, because ultimately he IS a hero with plenty of the positive traits that come with that. But heroes are also flawed, and this is something I think is at the core of Lego Monkie Kid.
You can love someone, and that someone can do plenty of good, but that doesn't mean they're not broken, or that they aren't capable of causing suffering. This isn't something that only applies to Wukong either—pick any character and I'm sure you could apply this to them.
Now, all this to say that Wukong's two fatal flaws are his lack of communication and his self-sacrificial tendencies. Like Azure Lion says—he has a habit of keeping people at arms length, and more often than not doing that to protect them. These tendencies lead to his downfall.
So! Let's make some lists of where we see these flaws in the show.
Wukong's lack of Communication:
"Look, I'm going to come clean—um, I've been kind of watching you."
Leaving MK and lying to him during s2 (this includes lying about both going on vacation AND that LBD had returned)
Keeping his plan to stop LBD a secret during s3
"Where I got my staff!" "Got or took, right? You took it?"
Not telling the gang about the 4th ring
Other lies I'm sure have yet to be revealed (such as the truth about MK's origins, if that's the direction the plot's going)
Him and Macaque's past
Wukong's Self-sacrificial tendencies:
Leaving during s2 to find a way to stop LBD on his own
"What!? You're not going I'm going!" "Yeah so, here's the problem, you guys have this thing called mortality, so-"
Gravely injuring himself to get the samadhi fire Map
Blocking the brunt of the samadhi fire to protect MK in 3x10
Originally planning to put the Samadhi Fire in himself
Going off to fight the Lady Bone Demon alone
Protecting MK from the curse in 4x01
(and this post here that travels into theory territory)
Now, most, if not all, of these decisions lead to something bad happening. It's very in line with MK's words in 4x08:
MK: It doesn’t matter if I want to help people or not! Everything I do just- it just makes things worse!”
Wukong, even if he has a very questionable way of going about it, is truly motivated by protecting the people he cares about. However, these choices also hurt those same people. Not to reference samadhi fire Mei another time, but this is EXACTLY what she points out:
Mei: "We trusted you! All of us! How could you lead us into the fight without a real plan? Time and time again I've watched you put MK in danger leaving him to figure out EVERYTHING on his own. Don't you realize you're hurting the people who care about you the most?" (3x10 The Samadhi Fire)
But that's the point, isn't it? Even with all these flaws and after all these mistakes, Wukong still tries (he's very much like Mei in that regard):
Sun Wukong: “Point is, mistakes happen, but so long as you leave the world in better shape than you found it, then it’s all good. Right?” (4x01 Familiar Tales)

This is who Wukong is. He's not a hero or a mentor, but he's someone who cares (and maybe that's what a hero is). That's the tragedy of his character, really. That's the tragedy of both him and MK. They're people doing the best with what they have, but still failing anyways.
"Nice hero speech bud, but I know better—deep in your hearts, you don't believe a word of that."

Season 3 Rewatch Drabbles: 3x12 New York City Serenade

Summary:  A series of 100-500 word drabbles to accompany my    rewatch of season 3 of Once Upon a Time.  There will be a drabble–either a deleted scene, a “fix it” fic or a character musing for each episode of the season.  Focus will be on Emma, Henry, the Charmings and Killian–with an emphasis on Captain Swan’s epic love story.

Killian tossed the bean into the churning sea and then jumped just as he saw the smoke of the newest curse billow toward him.  He let out a long breath as the portal closed around him.
He’d made it.
Now came the real challenge.  Before he’d left the band of heroes, Regina had told him she’d given Swan and Henry a life in New York City.  Killian recalled the one and only time he’d been in this New York.  It had been a land of noise, bustle and endless people.  It was a strange land where he could walk among the citizens dressed as a pirate of old, and no one batted an eye. (Aside, of course, from that group of giggling women who had requested he take a selfie with them, whatever the blazes that was.) 
How did one even begin to search for someone in this sprawling metropolis? Killian supposed he could always break into Baelfire’s apartment and use it as a home base of sorts while he waited if that proved necessary. 
The portal deposited Killian upon a sidewalk and he fell to his knees with a wince.  He got quickly back to his feet, looking around himself, pleased to see this particular sidewalk was largely deserted.
Killian glanced around to find that he’d landed in front of what may be a lodging house of some kind–an apartment building, he believed it was called in this land.  It seemed to be outside of the heart of the city, the sidewalk lined by well manicured trees and shrubs.
Perhaps he’d been fortunate.  Perhaps the portal had deposited him in front of Swan’s abode.  He strode toward the gate before the building and pulled at the handle.
It appeared to be locked tight.
Killian peered down at the lock and frowned.  It didn’t seem to require a key.  All he could see was some manner of keypad.  How was one to pick a lock such as this?
He was still trying to determine the answer to that when an elderly lady came to the gate and gave him a disapproving look.
“Just why are you loitering here, young man?” she asked, frowning up at him.
Killian bit his lip to keep from laughing at the “young man” comment.  If only she knew his actual age!  “I believe my girlfriend lives in this building, madam,” he said in his most charming tone, the one that got even Granny herself to blush.  “Emma Swan?  Can you help me get in?”
If anything, the woman’s frown deepened, and she folded her arms.  “I’ve met Emma Swan’s boyfriend, and you are not him.”
Killian ignored the nasty, jealous feeling the statement evoked.  It was vital he get to Emma as soon as possible and restore her memories.  He hadn’t time to reflect on the current state of her love life and the emotions that dredged up within him.
“I think you must be mistaken,” he lied smoothly.  “That relationship is at an end, and she’s with me now.” 
She continued to watch him carefully for another moment, and then nodded, turning toward the keypad and unlocking the door.  “Well, I can’t say I’m sorry to see the end of Walsh,” she said.  “There was always something kind of….shifty…about him.  I’m not sure that you’re any better, though.  Don’t think I can’t see right through that charm you ooze.”
“You find me charming?” he asked, flirting shamelessly as he followed her into the building and then surreptitiously glanced at the buzzer board in the entryway to find the apartment number he was looking for.  His grin widened as the elderly woman finally blushed.
“Don’t let it go to your head, young man,” she said, turning to open an apartment door on the ground floor.
“I wouldn’t dream of it.”
Killian was still grinning from the encounter as he climbed the stairs until he’d reached Swan’s floor, but the grin was replaced by nerves when he reached her door.  Was he ready for this?  Was he ready to see her again and see the lack of recognition in her eyes?
Would his plan to bestow a True Love’s Kiss on her work to restore her memories?  He knew she cared about him; he’d seen it in her eyes when they’d bid each other farewell at the town line.  Was it enough to break a curse?
He took a deep breath and then stood taller, looking at the door determinedly.  There was only one way to find out.
Taking one more fortifying breath, he raised his fist and knocked.

Five minutes later, Killian hobbled down the stairs and back out onto the sidewalk, his heart smarting as much as his nether regions at the failure of his first plan.  Aye, it had been a long shot that his True Love’s Kiss would work.  Perhaps her feelings were not as strong as he’d hoped they were.  Still one hardly wished his kiss to his beloved to be followed by a swift knee to his groin. 
For a moment, as he got his bearings and began making his way toward Baelfire’s abode, Killian allowed himself to feel the sting of rejection, but then he firmly put it aside.
So his first attempt had failed.  He still had the potion.  Aye, he had hoped to give it to the lad after his kiss had restored Swan’s memories, but he could adapt.  It was time to rethink his approach and strategize.
Getting through Regina’s memory spell was going to be quite the challenge, but he loved a challenge, and he loved Emma.
She was worth fighting for.

i could def be working my lower body out more but tbh when it comes to my ass 1. it's enormous already 2. brutal volume is more my historic comfort zone... i grew up having to do over 100 reps of special punishment squat kicks 3 times a week bc i couldn't shut up during my martial arts classes. maybe if i get a trainer someday i'll switch over to a hypertrophy centered lower body workout, but for now idk. i feel better w something a little closer to what's familiar

Hey, I was just wondering if you would mind walking through kinda what your workout routines is and how you eat and stuff (if that's okay/not too invaisive). I've been making small changes myself but just curious about other guys are doing. ❤️
Sorry if this has been answered before!
Hey there anon, thanks for asking this I’m flattered! I’m definitely not an expert and I’m still very new to fitness in general (only been at it for ~9 months now.) I’m also not really one to be systematic about it. I don’t calorie count or follow a specific workout routine, for example. Tbh this past year I’ve just been dicking around in the gym and trying new stuff out lol. With that said I don’t really have a definitive routine but I’ll share what I’ve been doing:
• Push-ups everyday, even on rest days. I try to do at least 100 but 200 is my ideal range. I’ve started doing pull-ups most days as well but since I don’t have a pull up bar (yet) I only do those when I go to the gym. Still doing assisted pull-ups for now (multiple sets until failure) but already seeing big improvement in my back and lats!
• My “routine” can shift depending on my schedule but I generally do PPL (push-pull-legs) with a rest day in between. This averages out to about 5-6 days a week in the gym, 3-4 of those being upper body and 2 leg days. However, when I first started lifting I was only doing about 2-3 gym days a week total, so I’ve worked my way up to that. I generally workout for for 60-90 minutes. My workouts usually start with a warm up, then the actual workout, followed by a “Lightning round” to finish off where I just make myself go until absolute failure and get as much of a pump as i can.
• I generally split my upper body workouts into chest/back and arms/shoulders respectively, but sometimes I’ll switch it up. I make it a point to switch up my workouts everytime too, so for example, if I did bench press my last chest day I’ll do dumbbells my next one etc.
• Warming up I always do push-ups, pull-ups, and then depending on what im hitting that day I’ll do some drop sets accordingly to get a good little pump in, really focusing on muscle mind connection. In my opinion MMC has been paramount in me getting good pumps and making sure I’m targeting the muscle I want properly.
• I take my sets to failure every-time and I gradually increase the weight with each set (progressive overload). My only exception to this is during a warm-up where I do some drop sets.
• An example of my routine would look like this:

Pull-ups 3x8
Pec Deck Flys (drop sets, focusing on squeezing the pec muscles)
Rear Delt Flys (same as Pec Flys on the pec deck machine)

• As for my diet as I stated I don’t calorie count and I kinda just go off how hungry or full I feel lol. I try to eat mostly healthy but nothing too crazy. Chicken is my main source of protein, I also use ground Turkey a lot. Eggs. Eggs. Eggs. And beans! I mostly use frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, brussel sprouts, zucchini, etc) and I also use leafy greens (spinach, collared/turnip greens, kale etc) in salads and in smoothies. For breakfast I’ll have some oatmeal, toast, potatoes, and of course eggs. I drink protein shakes as well as 5g creatine every day
I’ll share my smoothie recipe because it’s pretty good and I’ve definitely seen gains with it. I drink this pretty much every night after my workout:
Green Smoothie
• Equal parts mango and pineapple
• 2 scoops of vanilla casein protein powder (50g protein)
• 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (I use Fage brand cause ima fag)
• several handfuls of leafy greens (spinach, collared greens, kale, etc, just whatever I have)
• 1 avocado
• 1 banana
• equal parts coconut water and cashew/almond milk
Blend until it forms a homogeneous liquid :)
This is kinda haphazard but I hope it’s kinda what you’re looking for!! I might make a more detailed post in the future if more people are curious :)

Btw, dad’s reports to the chosen episodes are in and unfortunately (actually scratch that, fortunately) his reactions are way more calmer. We finished with our watch because my brother made us sit and watch the episodes all day. Not that I’m complaining but also I swear this is the most I’ve watched qaf in years. So the reports are in: 2x04: he absolutely loved the pride episode. He really loved the ending. He thought that this is where it starts to show even more that Brian cares about him a lot (keep in mind we skipped the 3rd ep so he didnt see the ‘you love him’ scene bc my brother has some flaws).
2x09: my dad was LIVID almost the whole episode. He almost died of second hand embarrassment because of Mikey. He loves Emmett even more. He fucking hated Brian’s mom. Did i mention he was livid? His only comment about the episode was ‘oh this explains a shit ton about Brian’ Highlight tho: the date night opening happens and my brother goes ‘oh…yeah this is sort of awkward for a family night’ for some reason neither of us thought this through. But the best part was my dad going ‘hey, dudes be fuckin’ while doing a shrug towards my brother.
3x08: he was very confused why we skipped so much, he was also confused about them breaking up. He absolutely loved that Justin decided to be a stalker but at least got a little better since the pilot. He really liked their reunion. And then after it was done, my brother went ‘okay now you gotta watch it again so it hits harder’ and then replayed the reunion scene.
3x09: his only reaction was ‘yeah it fucking is’ when Ben called it the most historic reunification since Germany. He is absolutely tired of Mikey though. And he really liked how in the end they have this open relationship that clearly both are aware of how it goes. If only he knew..
3x10: he is very confused over who stockwell is. My brother gave him zero hints cause ‘maybe if you picked up my calls last year, youd know.’ He likes that at the end when they put posters up together, you can tell that Brian has been a big influence on Justin as in he goes for what he wants but Justin is a huge influence on Brian as in ‘he helps him figure out how to get his head out of his ass’
3x11: he really fucking lived that scene in the GLC and he just went ‘oh they planned this shit together.’ He loved the scene with Debbie and Brian but he was also a bit upset about it cause he’s still mad at her from the beginning of S2. And he was absolutely obsessed with the scene where Stockwell finds them with the posters.
3x12: only takeaway: he really enjoyed the scenes with Justin, Brian and Hunter. He likes how Britin has their own little banter and inside jokes that in his opinion Brian doesn’t have with anyone else. When they had that hustler/100$ bit going on, he went ‘Michael would hate this cause he wouldn’t be able to join in on the joke’
3x13: he was so fucking delighted with that scene where Hunter asks Brian if he has a boyfriend. And the you fucked a murderer scene was again a big hit. And his love for Brian grows every episode.
3x14: Brian is now his favorite person alongside Justin. The last scene made my dad cry and my brother cried as well. My dad turned to him teary eyed and went ‘fuck’ and my brother went ‘i know right?’ And he loves Britin more and more.
4x07: he is completely heartbroken over Vic. He’s really sad about Brian’s cancer diagnosis. And he is absolutely horrified with Justin’s haircut. He was so fucking confused when he popped up on screen that he actually screamed. And my brother went ‘oh yeah i forgot, he got a haircut..rude, right?’ When that little office scene where Brian loses it and then comes back to hug Justin came up my dad declared that Brian is deep deep in love.
4x08: completely heartbroken over seen Brian is such a bad shape. He thought it was cute how Brian took him to school cause he missed him even tho he felt like shit. He thinks this is where Brian started to reconsider some stuff cause of cancer. And once again LIVID with Michael.
4x13: confused because where the fuck did Rage the movie come from. Annoyed because Brian and Justin could have little bike trip together. He really likes Brian being a stubborn little shit tho
4x14: he is absolutely obsessed with Brian. He loved that moment where Brian explains why the bike race is important to him and he cheered him on like he was watching a soccer game. And the last moment with Britin made him absolutely love them both so much. He was smiling the whole time and then went ‘it’s nice that he got his head out of his ass and finally allowed himself to be happy and in love’
And then after the episode ended, my brother turned off the tv and went ‘doesn’t it end nicely?’ And my dad goes ‘isnt there some proposal and another season’ and before he could even finish his question, my brother goes ‘absolutely not. It got canceled after season 4 so i guess we’ll never know how they wanted to end it. Sad.’ And then he just left the room. And my dad stared at me and went ‘but your mom said that the finale was’ and he couldn’t even finish before my brother yelled from the bedroom ‘NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO’
I AM DYING at your dad’s reactions to the episodes. I adore that he loves Brian just as much as we all do.
“Dudes be fucking” is going to be my response to any pearl clutching about drag, queers, transes, etc that I see this year.
The Michael would hate this (everyone being in on the joke) observation is so right. Poor Mikey. But not really. Get a sense of humor that isn’t TUMS spelled backwards.
I am also glad that he appropriately appreciated the “fucked a murderer” scene.
He correctly dislikes the Pink Posse haircut. And realizes that Brian is in deep.
ALSO thank you. Someone should believe that the series ends at the end of S4. Brian asks Justin to move in. Period. End of show. “It’s nice he got his head out of his ass and finally allowed himself to be happy and in love” is correct. HAPPY ENDING. Done. Sorted.

TCL 3x11 thoughts
Very delayed bc life is hectic and it's the hiatus anyway. 3x12 to follow at some point lol
The main things: 
The Thony & Nadia of this ep was everything. Nadia being initially furious with Thony about taking the choice out of her hands with faking her death, but then realising that not only would she be 100% dead if Thony hadn’t done it, but Thony had also risked her own life to help her. Thony’s reaction to Jorge saying that she and Nadia were close, recognising the truth in it. Thony arguing on Nadia’s behalf when Jeremy goes back on his deal. Nadia turning to Thony for help getting the cash, and being genuinely appreciative of Thony for doing it. Thony and the family hiding Nadia from Ramona. Nadia being devastated over the marked cash, and Thony helping yet again by getting the stash from the motel. Nadia desperately pleading with her to bring Jorge in, and Thony refusing because she’s still trying to protect all of them, Nadia included. Nadia thanking Thony and Fi with the jewellery from Kamdar and telling them how much their help meant to her. Thony driving Nadia all the way out into the desert, being the last link to her old life, the one to literally deliver her to freedom…. and then the whole “I can’t believe all we’ve been though”/“I’m glad you’re free”/“I hope one day you can be free too, Thony”, and the way Thony is the one to reach for her and then they just hold on to one another so tight?? They really have been through so much together, and they care so much about one another. The love they both had for Arman was initially the thing that stood between them, but now it’s what links them, and in some ways part of that love has transferred to each other since his loss. Despite everything, they are truly family to each other now, which is what makes everything that happens next even more heartbreaking, bc of course the writers just couldn’t let my baby Nadia be free :,(
Ugh and when Ramona appears and accuses Nadia of stabbing her in the back, Thony completely freezes, but Nadia doesn’t panic or fall apart or beg– she could have tried to save herself by telling Ramona about Thony and Jeremy, but she doesn’t. She protects Thony like Thony protected her, and faces her fate with her head held high and her usual cutting snarkiness, and I love her so much for it, even as my heart breaks for both her and Thony. When Ramona stabs Nadia, you can see the utter shock and horror on Thony’s face, and then ugh I’ll never be over the way she just completely disregards Ramona and the threat to her own life to stay by Nadia’s side as she dies, telling her she’s here with her, screaming her name as she’s dragged away…Thony fought so hard to save Nadia, to do for her what she hadn’t been able to do for Arman, and yet she still failed, still lost her like she’s lost so many people she’s cared about in even just the past few months. And okay yes we had some warning, bc this ep was full of painful foreshadowing about it– “I don’t think anyone can make Nadia Morales disappear” “My whole life can’t be for nothing” etc– but ughhhhhh my creys. Honestly them killing Nadia off was just so fucking heartbreaking, because it didn’t need to happen! Losing Arman was of course so incredibly awful, but there was literally no choice there, so that made it just the tiniest bit easier to bear. Killing Nadia, though… I can see the narrative value of it, how having Ramona’s inability to just let her go be the very thing that later brings Ramona down, and how through that Nadia gets the ultimate revenge on her… (“Please, Thony. Get her for us. For Arman”) but stiiiilllll. The writers could have absolutely found another way for Thony and Jorge to bring Ramona down while still letting Nadia escape with her life– death is not the only way to write out a character!. But then again, I guess this show has always been about the price that comes with going to whatever lengths necessary to protect one person (and also the consequences of getting in over your head in a world you don’t understand), so Nadia apparently had to become yet another hard lesson for Thony to learn… I just wish that the writers could have stopped at Marco and Maya for that lesson, rather than taking Garrett, Arman, and Nadia from us too. Sighhhh. 
But ugh I really did love elements of this ep… Nadia and Fi becoming instant besties was so important to me ugh. And Nadia getting to be hugged by Fi, who was yet another person who genuinely wished her well and cared what happened to her, like Thony? She deserved that. And I’m so glad those guys finally got to act together, even if it felt like an even sadder goodbye after that
Honestly, Nadia and Thony and Fi just being SO done with Jeremy was a highlight in this ep lol. Thony referring to him as ‘a stupid undercover’ right in front of him. Jeremy offering for Nadia to move to Utah or Oregon and asking where she would rather be, and her responding “Dead. But for real.” (As someone who has been to every US state, that one definitely got a loud laugh lol). Fi’s rant at Jeremy was also amazing, and lol Thony “She had a few things to say, I didn’t want to interrupt” hahahahaaa. Honestly Jeremy sucks so bad and I want him gone like immediately, but at least his presence this season has meant some excellent opportunities for hilarious snarkiness from these women. I also felt very satisfied about how grumpy he was for most of the ep because he views himself as the good guy and yet these women clearly see him as the villain, and plus he kept getting the feeling he was being played but still wasn’t able to catch them at it. Getting outsmarted by these civilians again hey buddy? That’s a little embarrassing for you lol
I have been wanting Luca and Violeta to be friends since we first saw her, and I love that they immediately started happily playing together, but omg their hide and seek game was so goddamn stressful. Thony’s panic was so palpable I could hardly watch ughhhhhh 
Ugh Thony telling Fi about how she almost let Ramona die… that acknowledgment of the darkness that she’s learned she’s capable of… her needing the FBI to lock Ramona up because if they don’t, she’s afraid that next time she gets the chance to make Ramona pay with her life, she’ll take it…. I just love seeing her growing and changing as a character, and I love that her experiences through the seasons have made her understand Arman more and more. They were similar in a lot of ways, and understood each other to such a deep level, and ugh it was such a gift to watch *sobs*
Jorge tells Ramona that his partnership with Nadia “wasn’t like that” (aka had no romantic element), and tbh I believe him? He saw in her someone whose ambition and drive matched his own, and who had the skills and assets to help build his dream. He saw the opportunity she represented, and he also saw it as a chance to look out for one of the women his nephew loved, just like he looks out for Thony (honestly I think he intended to bring Thony in on the hotel development as well, which is why he deliberately got her to come to his office while the investor guy was there discussing the plans). And idk man, maybe this is just the Ace in me talking, but just because two people are attractive and get along well and find support in each other does not automatically mean they wanna hook up!?? I know TV show writers do often tend to go for the romantic/sexual angle when they have two single characters of different genders interacting a lot, but that doesn’t mean they’re going to do that in every situation, especially when it wouldn’t make sense in the circumstances (like in this case!). Tbh Jorge and Nadia’s connection (and Jorge and Thony’s) is just as compelling without the romantic element– for people to care about each other and support each other without it being tied to their desire for sex? That’s special and interesting in its own way. And who knows, maybe either of these two relationships would have had the potential to develop into something romantic in the future, but in the current moment it would make zero sense when both Nadia and Thony are brokenhearted and grieving the man they loved.  But anyway though, I gotta say I really appreciated Jorge for not hesitating to keep Nadia and Thony’s secret from Ramona, and for sending such a huge amount of money to help Nadia be free (how many people would have just let go of $40 million like that, when they could have kept it for themselves without any consequences??). Letting go of both Nadia and the money meant risking his hotel dream falling apart, but he did it anyway, and I respect him so much for that. 
Other stuff
Ugh Thony sitting in Jeremy’s lair, watching his video feeds of her family’s home… seeing all that must have felt like such a violation. No wonder she joins Fi in smashing the cameras after lol
Some of the scene choices in this ep were hilarious, like Nadia apparently going from arguing with Thony (at the end of last ep) to somehow passing out on the couch again lol. And then when she wakes (again) and they argue (again), Thony has her own little rant and then storms off… but just goes and sits on the couch in full view of the others? Like the writers could at least have had her go into the other room lol, which is what most people would do after an argument like that?
Oh man, the scene where Thony goes and gets the money out of the safe was so stressful, worrying if she was about to be caught any second... and it was also hard to see her in that office and remember all the moments she shared with Arman there. That space used to mean so much and now it must feel so empty ughhhhhh
Awww, Chris calling Paolo ‘Dad’, and then the very parental discussion where Paolo calls Chris out on the way he talks to Fi, just like a true dad would? I love that for them
Chris and Camila are so cute but damn the whole thing with them nearly getting caught by ICE was so damn stressful!!! This show has no consideration of my poor nerves lol
Was so happy to see the return of Samantha! I love that she is always down to help them screw over the FBI lol. A true ally 
Had the sudden realisation while watching this ep that the actor playing Jeremy also played Toby, Channing Tatum’s friend in the movie She’s The Man, and it honestly blew my mind. He was such a baby then!!!
