I think my favorite part of the FNAF movie is how the children are such a big part of it

Because the games forgot that the whole plot of the franchise is about ghost children hunting the animatronics. From FNAF 4 until Security Breach with Gregory as a protag, the focus was just Afton and the robots, heck, freaking BABY is sexualized and treated as an adult

But in the movie? Every moment we get a reminder that these kids were murdered. These kids died, Garret got kidnapped, Abby was almost going to die. The games are about a security guard but here they remembered who were the victims and who deserved to put an "end" to William, not Henry, not Mike, not Vanessa, but the kids.

i don't know enough about miguel to make proper content, so this might be ooc for him lol.

you and miguel are relaxing at home together. he's just watching tv, while you idly feel up his hand (affectionately). then just as you run your finger over (presumably) where his web shooter would be, miguel makes a strange noise.

you turned to look at him, his cheeks are lightly tinted red, though he had his usual poker face. unsure if you imagined the sound, you lightly traced around his web shooter with your thumb—and sure enough–

“mgh– stop..”

this reaction was a little strange to you, as you didn't think that massaging a spider's spinnerets would provide any kind of stimulation. but you couldn't help but tease your lover, continuing to gently manhandle his web shooter. in response, he let out a series of soft groans and curses.

all was well(?) until– thwap! a web was shot onto your chest—the force even knocked you back a little. for a few seconds, you sat there in bewilderment, staring at it. you then looked at miguel, who had a mixture of emotions on his features, though the most prominent ones were annoyance and slight embarrassment. he was even trembling a little.

“i told you.. to fucking stop.” he growled softly, his fangs bearing a bit as he spoke.

knowing you, miguel had a foreboding feeling that you would use this newfound weakness against him. of course you would. why wouldn't you?

also i'm VERY impressed with how much suzume adapted modern technology to move the story along. everyone's synchronized earthquake alerts. the maps app to show just how far suzume went (and hence how far she was willing to go to follow her heart). following daijin through people's social media posts. suzume's one resource that allowed her to safely run away being her smartphone. it was all so clever and brilliant and it's the proof everyone needs that you CAN properly integrate modern tech with fantasy and magic so if i ever hear shit about it again i WILL be fighting people thank you that is all!!
