This was such a beautiful moment! While the other cast members were getting really gross (Yui and Aio) or really boring (Maya and Kaito), Masao’s courtship of Risako kept the show afloat for me. His behavior was a little stalkerish, maybe, but I give him the benefit of the doubt. I have to, because I crush just as hard.

So, aside from a few random posts I’ve got queued up, that’s it for Opening New Doors. Netflix isn’t adding new episodes of Tokyo 2019-2020 until Christmas Eve, so maybe it’s time to go back and take a shot at finishing Aloha State. We’ll see.
