I'm not even into yandere normally but I'm thinking about a polyam yandere situation with some of the WBP division commanders. Maybe you were a stowaway, maybe you were a hostage they couldn't bear to get rid of. Regardless you're entrapped between the group of them now. With such a large crew someone always has eyes on you. They rotate you between different DCs to sleep with, like a prized possession they share.

Also, if anyone is too harsh with you, there's always Marco to heal and soothe any injuries. He seems like the softest, most rational one--but in reality he's the most obsessed.

WB lets it happen--anything to keep his sons happy and under control.

You get hurt defending one of them- you’re no one really, just some islander, never left your village hardly never mind your island, but the WBP have been protecting the place for half your life. You watched things improve.

Like most people you lookup to them, so when other pirates start a fight with them at port you’re staying out of the way, but you’re also close by. You’re not much of a fighter, but you want to see them fight, you want to witness your heroes being heroes. You’re so unskilled comparatively that you don’t realize that Marco isn’t moving because he knows an attack is coming, you think the attack is working.

Moving before you can speak the realization hits all three of you at once. The pirate turns toward you as Marco turns to see who those third person is, and it all happens just fast enough he can’t stop you from taking the strike. Clumsy and accidental, it’s still deep. Deadly, if not mortal.

The white beard pirates erupt in ferocity - they had been holding back cause they don’t treat weaker crews cruelly, but now someone under their care has been harmed. The battle barely lasts a second after that.

You’re in Marco’s arms, flames flaring around you as he takes you back to the ship. It takes days - fighting off infection and fever with his help, he and some of the other commanders listen your fever dreams - your devotion, and they watch you struggle to live. The offending crew will be on the bottom of the ocean if you don’t pull through.

When you come around there’s a celebration. You are quickly effectively adopted by the crew. You’re so enamored with all of them, these great men you idolize, that you are on your best and kindest behavior. You couldn’t dare to put them out or offend them.

By the time you’re fully recovered you realize that something’s wrong. No one’s talking about how they’ll miss you. No one’s talking about getting you home. They’ve talked about your room, your space, your home and you realize they don’t mean the island.

You stand at the railing of the great ship, so large you hadn’t barely felt the list and tilt of the waves from your recovery bed, and you see naught but sea.

Marco puts a hand on your shoulder and when you look up at him you see a darkened face and fiery eyes, a fierce and demanding gaze hidden in the hooded eyes that always seemed so docile. Thatch, Izou, Ace, and a couple other commanders are standing around. Their kind smiles and warm expressions slightly off just like Marco’s.

Menacing to you with your new understanding.

“Don’t worry, yoi.” Marco says, even and clear voice oddly reassuring, equally terrifying. “We’ll keep you safe, pretty bird.”

And Marco is the constant. It’s his eyes you see in the dim edges of the kitchen when the drugged food Thatch is giving you starts to take effect. Marco sitting in for tea with Izou, while you’re bound in shibari, elegant and beautiful and immobile. Marco who pulls Ace off you when he’s fallen asleep buried inside you and you’re too tried to get out from under him.

Marco who sits on Pops’ shoulder when you’re called to talk to the Captain.

Marco who soothes your rope burns and relieves the ache of bruising marks even as he moves over you, laying you down so sweetly beneath him. Don’t worry sweet little bird, he’ll be so gentle, so precise, so sing for him in that song that no one else gets to hear.

Do you know why Sanzomon is with those other digimon in her card art? Chohakkaimon, Gokuwmon and Shawujinmon I think. Is it random or a reference?

Gokuwmon, Sanzomon, Cho-Hakkaimon, and Sagomon.

So, what do these Digimon have in common? It’s probably not that obvious to Western fans, but these Digimon are based on the main characters from the famous Chinese tale 西遊記  Xī Yóu Jì, “Journey to the West”.

First off, we have Gokuwmon, who is based on the Monkey King, 孫悟空 Sūn Wùkōng, or how the Japanese transcription reads, Son Gokū. This character has inspired other popular culture characters before, most well known, Son Goku from Dragon Ball. The monkey looking tailed beast of the Naruto series, the four-tail, Son Goku, is also named after this character.

The "w” in Gokuwmon is supposed to show it should be pronounced like a “coo” sound.

Next we have Sanzomon, who is based on the monk 唐三藏 Táng Sānzàng, which is read as Sanzō in Japanese.

Then Cho-Hakkaimon is based on the Pig 豬八戒  Zhū Bājiè, read as Cho Hakkai in Japanese.

Lastly Sagomon is based on 沙悟淨 Shā Wùjìng, read as Sagojo in Japanese. It is a recolor of Shawujinmon, which is named after the same character.

While Gokuwmon, Sanzomon, and Sagomon seem to share somewhat of a design philosophy, Cho-Hakkaimon does stick out a little, which probably makes the group look more confusing if you don't know the reference.

However, while Shawujinmon debuted in 2006, in the Digivice iC 20X toy in relation to the Digimon Savers series, its recolor Sagomon debuted in a Digimon Jintrix set later in 2011, along with the other three of the group

It’s really interesting. It feels like once you’re even a little familiar with elements from “Journey to the West” you’ll notice references to it in many popular franchises.

I'm thankful for Marco because despite being the second in command to one of the most powerful pirate crews on the planet we have seen nothing from him but warmth, caring, and love not just for his friends but the people in his community. He uses his abilities to help others and I think that's very sexy of him. He's also super cool and handsome. 😳 I think about him all the time. u_u

Marco barks out a laugh, leaning back on the ship’s railing, closing his eyes and letting the ocean’s winds blow over him for a while as he mulls over your words. “Well ain’t that sweet, you making me blush like a young maiden over here.” He straightens up just a bit, tilting his head to look at you and squinting his eyes as his lips curls up into a small smile. “Just doing my job, you know, and returning the good will pops and my family gives me. Why have these powers if I’m not gonna use them to help others?” 

He flexes his arm a bit and colorful blue flames emit from his body, his body heat and the heat from the flames warms you up quickly from the chilly ocean’s air. “Power doesn't come free, you gotta use it responsibly and for me especially. I gotta show the young folks how it does.” He rolls his shoulder and sighs out, “They tend to get rowdy heh, but I wouldn’t trade this life for anything else in the world. Also it helps that I know someone as cute as you is keeping me in their thoughts all the time.” He shuffles closer as he winks at you, swinging an arm around your shoulder and pulling you in. 

“The air is getting colder and it's gonna get even more cold later on, you should snuggle up closer to me. Doctor’s orders and all that.” He presses a chaste kiss to the top of your head, lowering his voice down a bit as the waves crash behind you two. “Or we could also go inside and cuddle while you tell me just how ‘cool’ and ‘handsome’ I am.”

Hi it's me again. I may or may not have started jotting down ideas for a 20s!Maren/Reader fic where they meet at a concert? But I don't want to go any further with it without asking first. And if you're okay with it, could I possibly ask what he was like when he was younger? From what I've gathered from the art (tho admittedly I'm terrible at picking up context clues) I currently have him written as kind of a dick but in a masking-inner-pain kind of way. (First thing he does is tell the reader to get lost or he'll bite them, to which the reader responds 'don't threaten me with a good time,' and it goes from there. >.> )

So younger Maren is going through a lot of shit (tho isn't he always fjsjddj) and I kinda see him in an identity crisis phase. At this point, he's leaning hard into toxic masculinity (hes not really come to terms with his gender or sexuality stuff yet), anger, the fiery side of himself that's been weathered down by experience in present Maren. That said, he's still a jokester, still a big clown.

I think threatening to bite someone right away isn't out of character, but he'd be saying it more like...you can't tell if it's a joke or not because he's got a smile but he's HUGE and scary and it almost looks sinister? He's probably in and out of the mosh pit too so if much time had elapsed in the show, he'd probably be covered in scrapes and bruises. Honestly even current Maren can come off as a bit of a dick, so I think you're spot on.

He's a big playboy and flirt in a huge way when he's younger, he's still somewhat like that but it's definitely amplified to like 100 when he's younger. In general he's really the same dude but just....minus the laid back/lazy part, so everything else is just turned up to 10, like he's a lot more in people's business and has a lot more energy.

I'm not familiar with the market for buying figures, I've never done it and only ever gotten them as gifts. But that Scary Monsters Diego looks so fucking good, I want to buy it for myself. Do you know where I might be able to pre-order/buy it once it comes out? Would I have to use a proxy service? What social media should I follow for updates on when it will be released? Sorry if this is a lot, I just dont really know the process for this sort of thing and you seem knowledgeable.

I don't have many details, there's no pre-order date yet and I can't find whether he's limited or standard release, which would affect where and how you could purchase him. He should go up for sale on Medicos' e-shop, I've used a proxy to shop there and it was pretty easy. If he gets a wider release you can buy him directly. I don't think we'll have new info until at least this Summer.

So, wait for production and release updates at Medicos's twitter and maybe refer to his page on MFC for updated price and date information. Also, any of the official Jojo social sites should carry announcements when he gets closer to being preorder-able.

I wanted to tell you about my "monster" reader/Crocodile fic idea. You are a saltwater crocodile zoan. Crocodile goes to throw you into his bananwani pit for having stolen from him. You cry, you plead not to, but your tears don't move him, and he tosses you in.

A few days later, he spots one of his bananawani holding their mouth closed like a guilty dog. Once he gets them to open their mouth, he finds you inside--a crocodile wearing familiar clothes, being held like a mama gator holds her babies--you triggered the bananawani's maternal instincts. Your crying protests? Crocodile tears.

Crocodile sighs. Decides hiring you is a better idea than killing you.

You become Miss Sabbath, and Crocodile learns he has a thing for when you go on snarling, murderous rampages.

Crocodile tears. I can just see the twitching snarled grin from Sir Crocodile like you clever little shit.

Thief turned employee turned love interest. I can see you being a sassy shit too. I would be. Realizing the boss is sweet on you, and hells he's hot, rich, powerful, etc. You're a thief and now a pirate the hell you care about a conflict of interest?

Offering to spice things up and asking him if he's into pet play, you already know you can pretend to be his faaaaaavorite ❤️ animal, really well.

Man wonders what the hell he got himself into, but sure, he'll dance to this little power play idea of yours. You'll be on the leash and at his heel no matter what form you're in - he's sure of it.

hehe I would too! when I first started daydreaming about him, I wasn't really into shipping him and just enjoyed imagining him taking baking classes for the first time 😳💕 excuse my tangent but it'd be so cute if his partner taught him how to make donuts or something...I think he'd be super good at it and so excited about how the food changes from basic ingredients to his favorite food! his body is just. mochi. the food just exists. and people just deliver food to him. I think he'd get a lot of enjoyment out of the creation process personally

since its time consuming im not sure itd be a regular hobby for him but I have done some baking myself and it seems like attention to detail really gets you a great result and I know he's got plenty of that.
