Credit to @wanderingmishap : So this weekend, @ArtemisBJJ (out of MyGym in Bristol) hosted a 24 hour #GrappleThon to raise funds for #charity. I went and had 4 hours of sparring with my first time playing #DnD thrown in. I wanted to go back for a second shift. But I was SO sore in my lower back and glutes I could barely move and it hurt to sit down on something not sufficiently padded. Better today after a muscle recovery shake! Less than 3 days before I compete in the @tapcancerout charity jiu jitsu tournament in New Orleans. The proceeds from this event benefit @alexslemonadestandfoundation stand, working to end childhood cancer. I am just $224 away from my lofty fundraising goal of $2000.
