#river dipping #theodore doe #echthroi #ts4 #ts4 edit #after the save broke yesterday morning for the fourth! time i finally pulled up mod manager and started looking through the hundreds of #conflicts i apparently had and also deleted well over 500+ duplicates... my mods folder is SO rancid i'm sure i missed some conflicts #bc see those dark blue pillows on theo's bed? those are actually white :) but for some reason when i move the pillows near the wall they #change color depending on the time of day... it's not just those pillows some other objects do it too... just closing my eyes at it <3 #the bed and desk are where theo spends most of his time so i spent forever on them. his bed needed to be overwhelmed by stuff #there are... ten pillows i believe two large covers a sheet and a blanket. theo kind of just... burrows into the center and hides. #bunny boy behavior........ and yeah those are matthias's gloves on theo's desk <3 #i have to recolor the stuff on theo's walls later. i imagine his walls are mostly empty and it's just the floors in his apt. that're messy #but i wanted sticky notes to help him remember things and that back wall is going to have matthias's art and love letters #<- which theo definitely takes down and hides whenever matthias actually comes over lmaoooo #also i finally moved all of the pins from theo and matthias's boards over to @theodoredoe (mattodore was taken 😞) #i wanted a place just for my oc boards and i also wanted to be able to add sections to each oc's boards so! new acc! #yk how i mentioned theo's board looking so cluttered? yeah so. figured out it's bc over half of his board is just quotes #i made a section and threw all the 200+ quotes in there and will slowly put some of them in his main board #his board just looks so much better now like i'm so happy about it 🥰 it was definitely worth the time #OH ALSO!!!! IF ANYONE HAS SOME DEAD PLANT CC PLEASEEEE SEND IT MY WAY!!!! #theo really loves just. ripping plants and flowers out of the ground and taking them home to put in little pots but. he always kills them #jsknndkhj so i need dead plants!! limp!! DEAD!!!! #but i seriously can't find any #anyway... that's my build update <3 fr not much has happened bc i've had to start over four :) separate :) times :) but it's getting there. #i miss mattodore tho...... gkhjndfkhjn so i might take a break and get some poses and an edit going soon

Summary: Gideon has begrudgingly accompanied Harrow on her mission to Canaan House, on the promise that while they're there, Harrow will figure out what the hell is going on with these powers she suddenly has. Of course, things are never that simple. Firstly, Harrow is too busy avoiding her and trying to become a Lyctor. Secondly said powers seem to be more than either of them had bargained for. And thirdly someone or multiple someones are trying to either kill Gideon or take her power for themselves. She just cannot catch a break.

Notes: So I wrote a little fic, months ago which was just playing about with magic and powers, pre-canon. I wasn't sure if I was going to continue it, but I couldn't drop the idea of what Gideon could get up to with these "powers" she suddenly has. Said powers which make her kind of a hot commodity once they get to Canaan House

Expect plenty of shenanigans, weird tantrum magic/powers, hulk references (couldn't resist), inappropriate propositions (yes, Ianthe), angst, and something resembling actual communication (wild i know, and it's still like pulling teeth with these two)

It is finished, but i keep adding more scenes because it's so much fun, so yeah, check it out

James Hook is based on Captain Hook from Peter Pan. He is a 38 year old human, antique shop owner, and uses he/him pronouns. He has no powers. James is portrayed by Theo James and he is taken.

CATCHING MY DEATH, AND I COULDN’T BE SURE

Imagine being the ruler your own kingdom; a whole other world that no one but you could touch, able to manipulate time and feel the wind against unwrinkled skin forever. That was the life a young and adventerous James Hook led. Deemed the ruler of an island he named Neverland, James was not only a fierce and passionate leader of a crew of loyal pirates— but he was a powerful, untouchable, magical being. For years, James basked in immortality, quite literally shifted the sands of time, enjoyed the oceans of an island he knew to be his….until one day, as quickly as these luxuries were given, they were soon taken away upon the arrival of an… unwelcome guest; Peter Pan. Peter Pan somehow crossed the boarders into Neverland and was deemed, by the island it seemed, to be more worthy of the powers James had known for centuries. Suddenly, he was growing facial hair and unable to slow down the hours of the day when they passed by faster than he wanted them to. A once youthful, happy, and optimistic young boy became a grown man filled with a rage that couldn’t be quelled. James boarded his ship, leaving his crew behind in case Peter came back, and returned to the mainland. He searched for what felt like an eternity, consistently coming up empty handed…. and just when he thought he was getting close, James’s search came to a screeching halt when he ended up crossing into a town named Evermore. A town he couldn’t leave. He had lost his powers, his home, his crew and now he was trapped - and it was all THEIR fault. If Peter was here, James was going to find them, and he was going to make sure they never took anything away from him again.

❀ Stanley Pines: James could appreciate a good scam, and whilst he considers his antique shop to be filled with treasures far more valuable than anything Stan’s gift shop could offer… James would be a liar to say he didn’t find amusement in conversating with a fellow conm- salesman. ❀ Brooklyn Utonium: Her optimism is…. insufferable. She reminds James so much of himself when he was young and actually enjoyed his life, and every time he sees her he just wants to… kick a puppy or something to make her cry. ❀ Jafar Mungur: This guy gets it; he is determined, passionate, respectable. He is one of the only people in this town James will go to for advice, as Jafar’s thirst for power and respect is one James admires deeply. He’ll happily buy the man a drink any day.
