The Lightfoot children were a product of love and patience and, truthfully, a lot of Tony feeling as though he cannot quell their rambunctious spirits.

His twins were little identical sorceresses that had his knack for trouble, Tony probably having fed them too many of his rebellious tales from his many years in secondary. He couldn't help it! Especially when the girls begged and pleaded with a practiced manipulation that he was simply powerless against. Ian had been known to teasingly refer to his kin as The Shining Twins which only made them giggle and practice their creepiest of impressions. Tony had had to insist they not do it in front of their brother as it was known to make him cry.

His youngest, on the other hand, took after Ian as much as his daughters took after him. Everett, ever the curious child, was always trailing behind his siblings and parents with a furrowed brow and a question demanding to be answered on his tongue. Tony had tried to explain to his son that he was a Mundus like his father but Everett had heard about Ian's late magical upbringing and was sure that he was simply the same. Tony didn't have the heart to correct him too sternly, especially when he had the passion for it and it would do him no harm to learn like Martin.

Now Tony wasn't sure that he was the best parent, he certainly tried his best, but he knew that this family was the culmination of all those years of hardship. He and Ian would do their best, had definitely and would certainly continue to make mistakes, but what mattered most was that his children would always know love and support.

He’d said, “I wasn’t aware you had a heart, dear Lilith.” Thinking of his voice now still made her seeth. She had one, but it wasn’t hers. It was a telltale heart under his floorboards. His monstrosity was Lilith’s fondest golden treasure. During those years, she was characteristically cold while still gathered allies. The Emperor had made many an enemy in his reign. In retrospect, defeating him was the easy part. 

She uttered the last words Belos heard, “You may have made him, but I loved him.” She assumed his title. She built a better Isles. Still none of it compared to the loss it took to make it this far. Hunter Belos was gone, so the Empress grieved.

There was trouble to be had around every corner. 

Growing up, he had no problems finding it. Between Uncle Tito and Uncle Dodge, Zio Desi and even his father, Mason truly had no boundaries in what he could get up to. 

So when his mama told him they were packing up and heading back to Swynlake for a little visit, Mason couldn’t help but object. He didn’t need to go back there for some dumb stuff event! He could stay home with Fagin and the guys! But Rita insisted. Said it would be..... fun for him and Vivi to go back to where they grew up. 

But Mason didn’t care about that.

Agent Gamil Wahed was killed in the line of duty. On February 1, 2024 Agent Wahed was part of a reconnaissance mission. Wahed left his squadmates to pursue a suspect, going against the planned mission which was focused specifically on rescuing at-risk Magicks. He caught the suspect, but another culprit stabbed him from behind repeatedly. The RAS agents on the scene were unable to assist, as they were focused on getting the victims of the trafficking to safety. 

Per his last wishes, Wahed’s ashes were scattered at sea.

Dipper Pines loves his work more than anything in the world. 

Okay, that’s a lie — he loves his work just as much as he loves his daughters.

Maybe that’s what makes him a terrible father. 

Sparrow and Starling were a last-ditch effort to make his marriage work. When Dipper and Amy first got married, they both admired each other’s ambition and felt that it was a perfect match — after all, as two workaholics, they understood each other. They knew that research opportunities and book tours were worth a few missed anniversaries. They had a good partnership.

Until they didn’t. 

The twins gave them a year of denial. For just a moment, Dipper thought they could make it all work. For their daughters, at least.

But Amy was restless and Gravity Falls was small, and she traveled the world, and one day, she called Dipper up and said that she wasn’t going to come back. There was another man. Dipper couldn’t say he was surprised. It wasn’t a messy divorce, but it was a cold one, and Dipper threw himself into his work once again.

Only this time, he was a father too.

Sparrow is bright — she’s smart and passionate, but also she has a big, big heart that reminds Dipper more of her aunt Mabel than it does of himself. She likes sparkles and glitter and long hikes in the woods. She sees her mother and her sister several times a year, but sometimes Dipper wishes he could give her more.

But also, he has to work.

He aims to open England’s first interdimensional research center — right in Swynlake, of course. He has contacts in the demonology department (hello, Professor “Boo” Gibbs!) and with the new laws passed, England has never been more open to dangerous Magicks. If he can sweet talk the right people and convince them, maybe he can get some footing on his next big ambition. 

Only, he doesn’t realize that his ex-wife is showing up too. And he especially doesn’t realize that Sparrow and Starling have some ulterior motives now that their parents are in the same place they fell in love all those years ago…

Within weeks it was out that she was a succubus, her face plastered all over the Squire above other election news. The years she spent hiding it, living like a villain despite being so kind to anyone she met. All for nothing. 

Despite her dedicated friends reassuring her that it would blow over, Susan left for London that morning. It took a few months to settle back into living with her decrepit aunt, but she had to make do until she could pick another place to fly off to. New York was not an option anymore and she felt like she had to escape the United Kingdom altogether… and then she found Lydia. An eight year old whose Magick status controlled her just as much as her own. No Mundus would understand the girl and how endangered she was should her secret get out. Susan always wanted children, always. It was a match made in heaven and she moved mountains to keep Lydia with her. The one place she kept thinking about, the safest place for her daughter was always going to be Swynlake. Susan came home to mostly welcome arms and has lived pretty happily ever since.

The Riverlands were thrown into a time of prosperity when the rains ended and they no longer held an allegiance to a Queen who took and took. 

Then the time came, when Briar was reminded he needed to produce heirs. The fae were long lived, but with the Queen as an example, all things must come to an end. The King found his heart yearning for something in another realm, but he could settle for a high born fae for eternity. 

It was well after his marriage to Vetiver that he came to know of his daughter, Hazel. Born to a mara he’d had a trist with when he was much younger. From what he could gather, his mother took care of the situation without him ever knowing. But he knew now, and she was his true heir whether Vetiver liked it or not. Hazel didn’t seem to idolize a royal life, only wanting to achieve what she could in the Mundus realm. Briar remained in her life nevertheless, leaving the path to Elfhame open to his daughter.

Cécile was not always Cécile. Though her real name was not lost to time, she didn’t feel the need to bring life to a version of herself that was no longer alive. No one living knew who she was before. A noblewoman, a beggar, a Magick before the turn? In her three centuries of life, Cécile shifted with the tides. One thing stayed constant throughout history though; Magicks had a price on them. It didn’t matter how progressive a place was; mermaid scales, fairy wings, werewolf claws… they all fetched a pretty pound. 

And as much as Cécile enjoyed riding the tides of change, she would not let herself be swept away in them completely. On the outside, she played the nice ‘vegan’ vampire, amassing her wealth by generational interest accrued. Though it wasn’t quite the truth. Cécile was deep into the underbelly of the Magick Black Market, scouring the globe for rare artifacts and weak Magicks to prey upon. She was drawn to Swynlake for that reason. She just so happened upon another lost soul, a vampire with an extended family brimming with Magicks. The Morey family wasn’t the only one of interest in Swynlake. Currently, Cécile is biding her time… appraising everyone in this town.

BIOGRAPHY: 

Flynn was the type of story the RAS liked to promote. A ward with a criminal record who worked his ass off to become an agent. And considering his background to get the right clearances he had to work his ass off. And then Agent Gil was killed and honestly Flynn hadn’t been all that surprised. That was part of the job. Part of the risk.

What he hadn’t expected was the other Agents to spiral in their own way. From quitting the RAS to falling into their work. Flynn’s only focus was making sure Holley didn’t end up getting herself killed too. Once he was the getaway driver for anyone that paid well, these days he was exclusively hers. There was nothing he couldn’t break into and nothing he couldn’t get them away from.

He might not be able to fix everything but he sure as hell would make sure he could support her through as much as he could and help her kick ass. Maybe they couldn’t solve the world’s problems but he could help make some of his past mistakes right

The Court of Miracles had been left in capable hands - Jess taking over the business when Rita and Roscoe ventured back home, and all was well. The kids were growing up (being brats), New York was safe again (....like..for them), and Roscoe was where he felt like he belonged;

DeSoto and himself running what their father had tried to destroy, and a beautiful family that he loved back home. 

But... there was some huge landmark historical event happening in Swynlake. Rita insisted they go. To visit old friends and see how the town was doing. It would be like a mini-vacation. 

Roscoe... wasn’t sure that was the case when they could literally hop a flight a few hours over and go to Italy but... Rita was always right. 

And so - it was Roscoe vs Swynlake once more.

Maggie Ficiente-Pendragon knows she’s meant for more than Swynlake.

And she’s so close to that more. 

For the past few years, she’s been able to shapeshift back into her demon form — but only at night. (Except on days when the moon can still be seen in the sky, for some reason (the moon is a door, her mother always tells her, there must be a reason)). Maggie enjoys some parts of being a human, but there is something unmatched about flying through the night sky, the cool wind whipping through her feathers. She loves her claws, her sharp teeth, her piercing eyes.

But she also loves her curly blonde hair and her red, red lips and the sharp jut of her chin.

Maggie Ficiente-Pendragon knows that there is a way she can have it all.

It’s on the tip of her tongue. She just needs to do a little more research, that’s all. That’s why she decided to study in Pride University, instead of going off with her father and mother on their adventures (father comes back more often than mother does). With Professor Gibbs, she’s made some breakthroughs in her research — she just needs to find the right parameters to tear through that specific universe…

Maggie Ficiente-Pendragon knows she does not have time for love. 

There is research to be done, questions to be answered, ambitions to chase. When she was younger, she carved out her heart whole and gave it to Jaxson — and that was a mistake. Embarrassingly, he was the one who left — who jumped at the first chance to leave Swynlake, to leave her. Maggie wouldn’t let him even plead with her to try long distance.
