These are difficult times for young people and for those who deal with mental health challenges. You can help support YOUR own mental health and mental health charities by buying copies of my books.

Please help me strive to make a difference. The net proceeds through the sale of my books are to go to mental health charities.

A Note...

Having sold my books on Amazon for the last few years, they have decided not to keep my first two books in stock, but only the third as it is ‘print on demand’. This is making my work as an independent author even more difficult.

My publisher is working to fix this issue to ensure all my books remain in stock. It's been an on-going problem for many months, too many for me to think about. It's one of the reasons we created a page, enabling my books to be purchased directly from my website.

The stats show that mental health is at critical levels and needs us to be proactive. If you're reading this, please don't ignore your mental health, turn your back on my blog, or my books. To sustain wellness, to avoid illness and disease, you need good mental health. My blog and books, can help you to sustain good mental health.

I hope you will continue to support me and the mental health charities, who are struggling to help young people and society in general. They set to benefit from each book sold, as all net proceeds will be donated.

So, why not be part of the 'mental health' revolution, well not quite a revolution, but you get the gist and it's a good place to start!
