see this is perfect because they have sex once, it's really, really sad for both of them, and then they become really close friends! like it is probably thee most heartbreaking sex you've ever heard of because of what it means to both of them (not each other, but what each of them are tryna forget just for one night)

and i think maybe they try again but it just... doesn't work out so instead they really just cuddle a lot and share physical intimacy that isn't sex (which is my favorite kind to be honest!) every once in a while. it's wukong visiting heaven. everyone knows he makes "special visits" to chang'e. everyone has the wrong idea about what exactly happens during these "special visits" but they do know that outside of these "special visits" they really just act like casual acquaintances.

they're both really just touch-starved and there aren't many people who understand their positions—and chang'e is one of the very few people wukong actually and actively trusts. he's been betrayed and let down so much, but chang'e has always been there for him, and he's been there for her immediately whenever she's called. even when he's disappeared from the face of the mortal realm, she knows that he'll come if she calls.

it's just. needing to be close to someone. needing to be touched. needing to feel loved, even if it's not the kind you want. needing to be wanted. seen. understood. anything that isn't being alone.

Im picking me and S. Hinata's kids:

Our middle child, and first daughter is named Hotaru, she is a sweet ray of energy, she has her dads hair and might gray blue eyes. She's such a daddies girl and you can tell, they are attached at the hip. But she will pick my side over her daddies in any situation, like if he says he wants to get strawberry ice cream at the store but I say I want to get chocolate she will chant "chocolate, chocolate" in a lil lisp even though her favorite flavor is strawberry. If I'm in a position where her head is close to mine she will headbutt me affectionately, same with the rest of the family but it always seems like she bonks me harder- i think this is a habit i taught her, thats what Sho tries to claim anyways. She almost always demands to go to practice with dad, she more often then not does go with him when she doesn't have school.

Our younger daughter Juliet however almost refuses to leave my side, she's a lil dirty blonde baby with dark gray eyes that cry as much as her momma does, she hates exercise but loves to look at flowers and animals with me. She hates walking, she can don't get me wrong but she loves when I carry her and will only let Shoyo carry her if I'm not around, if he picks her up she will automatically go "no, mama" then grab towards me. You should see the man pout! it always makes me giggle. She's really smart for her age, but also on the smaller end height wise I think I past her my shortness but only time will tell. Jules is the sassiest and bluntest child alive, something that will probably get her in trouble later but I'm sure me and her dad will always appreciate. She adores me, and close second is uncle Sakusa who she always loves to see.

Our eldest son Kai is such a shy thing, always hides behind me and is silent in social situations. He prefers to either be alone or with me, always holds my hand in public despite getting older. His hair is dark brown with natural highlights of gold just like mine while he inherited his fathers dark brown eyes that hold a puppy like expression. He doesn't say a whole lot but he more often then not gets his point across. He does not get along with his eldest sister much, they remind me of Kageyama and Hinata in high school- Kai being Tobio and of course Hotaru as her father. He's a little moon child- metaphorically and actually, he loves anything involving space or stars or the moon- he thrives at night. Like me he hates the heat and has inherited my gene for extreme paleness and burnability, earning him a spot under the umbrella and an intense amount of sunblock whenever we're dragged to the beach. He loves when I read to him or when I let him stay up later so we can look at the sky and in the telescope we got him for his birthday. He and his dad don't always meet eye to eye, Shoyo doesn't always get him since he hates sports and is obsessed with books and the sky and Kai's so convinced that his dad only sees him as a let down compared to his sister. Me and him have an unspoken understanding, I was a lot like him as a kid, he just naturally drifts towards me.
