3.      are you typically too warm or too cold?: cold probably. I loath a ‘cool breeze’ on a warm day. 

4.      what were you doing 45 minutes ago?: laying in bed just as I am now.

5.      what’s your favorite candy bar?: Galaxy chocolate bar.

6.      have you ever been to a professional sports game?: I went to an Arsenal match once. Never again. ZZZZZZZZZ. 

7.      what’s the last thing you said out loud?: “Nighty night!” to my dad on the phone. 

8.      what’s your favorite ice cream?: chocolate with chcolcuate sauce and chocolate chips and chocolate brownie and more chocolate GIMMI! 

9.      what was the last thing you had to drink?: water. 

10.    do you like your wallet?: YES. my mum got me a Mulberry purse for my birthday last month and its lush. 

11.    what’s the last thing you ate?: chips, sausage and gravy from the chippy.

29.    do you go in fast food places or just hit the drive thru?: drive thru and eat it in my brothers car in the carpark.

45.    do you play cards?: yes!!! long standing tradition in my family at Christmas, Easter and Birthdays to play cards. my grandad is the bluffing master and always wins the kitty (money) but then hands it to me and my brothers.

47.    can you change a tire?: hahahahahahahahahahaha

48.    your favorite state/province/county/etc.?: North Yorkshire, Wetherby. Imagine any period British drama with beautiful country views and adorable little old fashioned streets, that’s Wetherby. 

49.    favorite job you’ve had?: never had one. 

50.    how did you get your biggest scar?: I’ve two liver transplants so I have a T across my belly.

favourite comfort food: too many... but sliced bread. If im anxious in the middle of the night, i get up and eat that and feel a lot better

favourite alcohol (or hot drink): wine. i love dry reds and whites. particularly savs

favourite relaxing activity:  coffee in the morning at 6am, when no one else is awake

favourite white noise: ive never really had a fave white noise. but birds are nice as well as any forest sounds tbh

favorite book to get lost in: so im pretty lost in Tian Guan Ci Fu (Heaven’s Official Blessing) at the moment and im enjoying it so much. But i always come back to harry potter.

favorite chill-out tv show: the office. 

the best advice you’ve ever had: Not necessarily advice but a saying: 

Everyone is doing the best they can, with what they have, at that moment.

Summary: Canon Divergent tent scene drabble where King is honest with his feelings.

“Thanks,” King said. He moved to lie down, quickly closing his eyes. 

Ever since the trip started, King had begun to notice how much time he and Ram spent together. He had begun to rely on Ram way more than he realized but he still didn’t know how he felt about it. Earlier in the day TingTing made a comment about them looking like boyfriends and at the time he didn’t think much about it. But now, after Ram had brought him back from the first aid center, the more he thought about him and Ram as more than friends. Maybe there was the possibility that they are there for each other in more ways than normal friends are.

King continued to struggle with getting comfortable while lying down in the tent, shivering from a lack of blanket from rushing to make the bus for the trip. The medicine slowly dulled the pain of his headache and he could feel Ram’s strong gaze focused on him after he took the medicine. 

Ram pressed a hand over King’s forehead, “You have a fever...”

King didn’t answer. Holding his breath, he waited for him to remove his hand while keeping his eyes tightly shut. His heart was beating fast and felt nerves pool in the pit of his stomach. 

“Are you cold?” Ram was expecting an answer so King exhaled and finally replied with his eyes still closed. “A little bit.”

King could hear some movement and rustling near him but desperate to stop thinking about Ram and acknowledge these new, unknown feelings he was experiencing, he continued to keep his eyes shut, hoping for him to go to sleep soon. What he didn’t expect was to feel a warm hand over his. Or for his heart to start beating. Or for his body temperature to suddenly rise. 

With these new found feelings beginning to emerge he looked at Ram. “Cool boy, what are you doing?”

Ram was staring at him with the same doe-eyed look he wore when they went out for their first meal. King’s nerves had reached a boiling point. He quickly removed Ram’s hand from his arm. “I’m all better now, thanks. You can sleep.” 

He immediately closed his eyes, now even more desperate to ignore everything that had ever happened between them. King was not sure what to expect with this new relationship. He never had felt this way about someone before so he didn’t know where to place his feelings. Was Ram just a close friend? Or was he something more? He knew that he cared a lot about him. He was sad to see Ram upset. He was frustrated with himself when he brought up Ram’s Dad, which definitely was not something he needed to remind him of while on a trip. 

As Ram pulled away and put distance between them in the tent, King felt the cool draft return and continued to listen to Ram shift and move further away. After some silence. King opened his eyes to see Ram’s back and for some reason, it did not comfort him at all. In fact it just made him more upset. A different feeling pooled in his stomach but this time it was not nerves or excitement-- it was regret.

I want him next to me, Ram thought. I liked that nearness. Why did I push him away?

“Ram?” King called softly. 

No answer. 

“Hey, cool boy.” 

Still no reply from him.

Fuck it. In a split second, King made a new decision, something that he knew he wanted. Determined to get a reply in some form, he shifted his body inch by inch closer to Ram, until he was lightly breathing hot air onto his neck.

King paused and when Ram remained still, he gently ran his fingers over the length of Ram’s arm before moving in closer to hug him, pressing a kiss to the back of his neck. 

“I’m sorry about earlier, Ram. This is how I really feel.” Ram continued to be still and for a moment King thought he read the room wrong, beginning to shy away from the situation. Before he could, Ram suddenly grabbed hold of King’s arm, turning to face him. Ram searched his eyes intently  before firmly pressing his lips to King’s. King deepened the kiss, realizing, yes this feels good. This feels right. 

Eventually they broke apart, continuing to keep their gaze on each other while breathing heavily. King is not sure how long they stay that way but it is for a long time until Ram broke the trance, bringing King’s head to the crook of his neck while stroking his hair, careful to avoid his wound. King wrapped his arm around Ram, bringing the rest of his body closer to his cool boy. 

Sighing with his head close to Ram’s chest, he thought, This is all that matters.

Tag Game: 5 Male (BL) Characters That I Love

I was tagged by the goddess @piningbisexuals! Thanks Axelle!

I’m going to do what Axelle did and say: “I consider a bl story’s primary purpose is two men falling in love, so 3 will be free and other shows like that are disqualified (sorry shin ily). ALSO I didn’t include airing shows bc that’s too much for me lol. OH AND ALSO! I only chose one character per show.”

Okay here we go! and in no particular order bc that would kill me.

1. Pharm (uwma)

Pharm is such a complex character and Fluke Natouch seriously nailed it. Fluke is an absolutely incredible actor. I love the complexities of Pharm and his story, but also he's just so adorable and has the best reactions. Him getting flustered is the cutest and funniest thing. I could watch him all day. He also makes for the best reaction gifs 😂

2. Rome (puppy honey)

Rome is amazing. He's super cute and sweet and also bold. He is SO ballsy sometimes!! He's a confidant gay, and I love it. Rome is such a good friend to Emma and a hilarious amazing wingman for Porsche. This whole show, man. It's so good. I love rewatching it, and Rome is always a highlight. I love Pick's character too. He's so interesting and fun to watch. And he's really easy to like and feels like a relatable person. And I love watching his slow acceptance of his feelings for Rome. I love the dynamic they build too. I love them both, but I'll pick Rome out of the two this time.

3. Shao fei (trapped)

He is so funny and adorable and a bad ass. I don't know what to say other than that. When I first watched trapped, I kept getting surprised that he was good at fighting. I think I thought his character was the type to talk big but then got being able to do a lot. But nope! He's awesome! I love watching the fight scenes in this show! He also is just such a confidant character. And he works so hard to do what's right and find justice.

4. Kit (2moons2)

When I first watched 2moons and 2moons2, I liked them, but I didn't care too much. It was whatever. But for some reason, lately I keep going back to 2moons2 and just falling more and more in love with mingkit and even more in love with Kit in particular. I think I relate to him a lot more than I usually would like to admit. He's very guarded. He has a lot of walls up and has a fierce bark. But I think he really... wants connection and love and acceptance. But he's very very careful about who he chooses to open up to. He wants that closeness but he needs to be able to trust the person first and feel safe with them. It takes a long time and a lot of pursuing from Ming for Kit to feel like Ming is someone he could open up to and he wouldn't just magically disappear from his life afterwards.

5. Techno (Tharntype)

He's a cutie. 😂 But he's also a really great friend. He's always there for his friends and he has such a good soul. I just want to protect him and give him all the love he deserves. He's also hilarious and makes the best facial expressions 😂

I love this picrew. I love the amount of options there are for shiny tone, lip shape, the outfits. And the hair. Those side bangs legit look like mine. It's awesome. My favorite thing though is that background! It's so cute!

I went for kind of going out for drinks with friends kinda look. Kinda dressed up, kinda casual. And I'm totally the type to throw on an oversized Jean jacket over almost anything.
