Quote - Consistency
Consistency is a key factor in achieving success in any field. To work towards our goals, we require discipline, commitment, and a step-by-step approach without setting high expectations. Over time, success is guaranteed with patience and dedication. It’s common to fail when we seek immediate results without a long-term commitment.

Once upon a time I used to wake up, have a cup of tea or coffee and go off for a round of golf, a walk or swim, before heading to work. Today, I do most of that barring the tea/coffee habit - with one life-changing technique added in. It’s a simple word called meditation. I soon abandoned my morning cup of tea when I realized it’s a hindrance more than a necessity. Instead of that I do a simple Art of Living Sahaj meditation technique when I wake up.

The power of consistency
There are days when you don't feel like getting up and hit the workplace. There are times when you think of excuses turning a working day to a holiday.
Or may be you give your 100% on early days of week and fall back the other days.
But will this attitude, help you reach your goal?
And we all know that answer is NO!
Q. So how will you change this attitude?
By acknowledging the power of consistency.
We all know that success is not a game of a day but hardwork of every day. Here I am to put forward key points to give your best each day.
Q.Now question arises why consistency? (matter of each day)
•‌ consistency is only way to give most out of your ability as product.
‌ • you receive best average in your results when consistent.
• ‌by being consistent you work on your mind muscle, resulting your subconscious mind to act accordingly, even in trouble.
‌This way will help you track your progress in proper manner.
In my previous blog - The mental urge to give up. I quoted
"A river that cuts through rock, not because of its power but because of its persistence. "
-Jim Walkins
Here shows the relevance of consistency. So how to handle those tormenting "Monday blues". Remember all progress takes place outside the comfort zone.
At hard times following steps such as these
• ‌Acknowledge importance of small steps taken in right direction.
• ‌Train your mind not to quit daily small tasks, thus work on your mind muscle.
• ‌work on pareto principle 80/20 rule which narrates 20% of hard task done at right time may give you the 80% of productive results.
By this you may achieve extraordinary results under ordinary circumstances.
" If you are not willing to risk usual ,you will have to settle for ordinary "- Jim Rohn
Maybe entire effort is required to make just one day to best out of our abilities.
Thus all you have is NOW!
The work done today will reflect your future.
" The only difference between success and failure is ability to take action"- Alexander Graham Bell.
Remember performing average on a day is also a part of growth. You don't have to be a master every day but be an average performer.
As Gita Quotes :
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन ।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
which means "we are entitled to work done and not fruits of it. "
As poem of Harivansh Rai Bachchan also narrates
कुछ किये बिना ही जय जय कार नहीं होती।
कोशिश करने वालो की कभी हार नहीं होती।।

feel like people keep forgetting the sibling aspect of shivs decision and of the kenshiv fight. that wasnt just shiv dealing with the situation at hand that was years of kendall being her brother and her being kendalls sister culminating into one moment. it Is the idea that she fucking earned this and kendall just gets it handed to him. its the idea of 'you can't be ceo because you killed somebody’ because that wasn't shiv being morally upset about kendall killing someone, that was shiv thinking 'how the fuck did you fuck up so bad and you Still get to win' esp in light of everything else her brothers have done. connor and his embarrassing run at presidenancy roman with the dick pics and kendall who Literally Killed Someone. and shes still in last place, despite everything she has and hasn’t done

Fear of failure: The biggest killer of ideas....
Fear of failure: The biggest killer of ideas….
Fear of failure is the biggest killer of ideas. It is this fear which prevents most people from taking risks without which the possibility of innovating is zero.   Fear of failure….. Why the fear of failure?  The problem starts from an incredibly youthful age when the fear of failure is firmly embedded by the duo of elders and teachers in the mind of the kids. “If you do not pass you will end…

I will not self-sabotage my gift.
I will not let fear hold me back from stepping into levels I've only dreamed of.
I would not have been given the gift if I couldn't handle it.
