But Thrawn held a special place in her heart ( and more importantly, her wallet ). A fellow savant of history – a connoisseur, if she would be so bold – he appreciated not just the practical artifacts, but the ones of cultural value. As an archaeologist, Aphra appreciated that these important keynotes of history were going to a loving home. And as a no-good-criminal with a mountain of debt, she appreciated that Thrawn was willing to pay. 

“I got a few things I’ve been saving just for you,” she began, the first of which she brought to the table inside a small briefcase. “I’m sure I don’t have to tell you about project Auger. The Empire has been picking Zeffo clean. But I just so happened to have gotten there first.” No small amount of pride colored her voice as she popped open the case to reveal a plush, velvet interior. Resting upon the red fabric was a collection of stone carvings, strung together by a delicate, twine-like material. With her usual fair, she presented, “A genuine Zeffo windchime, entombed with the first of their great sages, Eilram.”

the atmosphere was cold. the people, the air around her. but not in the way that this planet was much cooler in temperature than her home planet. no..it felt calculated in some way she hadn't quite figured out yet. sure, everyone was laughing and smiling and having the time of their lives, like there was something to be celebrating. but what? it felt like she was on the outside of one giant inside joke.

maybe it was the unfamiliarity of this group she had decided to meet with since newly becoming Inuja's queen. perhaps for the sake of her own comfort and face she would take it as that.

nervous fingers clung to a glass of some sort of alcohol she mindlessly sipped, green eyes scanning the city skyline from the balcony by her lonesome.

the inujan queen wore light colors in a typical inujan fashion. seafoam green and cream that draped to the floor and was woven with small crystals and flowers. a contrast to this crowd's strict black, white and dark sparkly gowns, making her feel all the more out of place.

that's when she heard the approaching foot steps, eris deciding to break the silence by making a joke.

                    there were many layers to the sentiment made by the heir to the empire. they were opposites in terms of their positions & ideals , yet shared similar goals to rebuild past legacies in their own images. additionally , luke never felt the same hostility from him as he did from the emperor , though he wasn't arrogant enough to believe he was safe. ❝ perhaps. my father was a great man ... until he was manipulated by the emperor.   ❞ a beat , hesitation stands between his thoughts & his lips as he wonders how much thrawn knew about his own father or the entity anakin became. ❝ what do you want , thrawn ? what is your goal ? surely you can see a path for us to be allies. you were protecting your people before , where you not ?   ❞

Grammarly - great for correcting English grammar!

Virtual Cottage - very cute lil productivity tracker; plays lofi & rain sounds, kind of like forest but cuter! Has a full-screen option.

Discord - ok this isn’t a study app, but given that we’re at home a lot of clubs at my school use servers on Discord to organize & hold meetings!

commander versio had been ordered to the dauntless to speak with a superior, her tie fighter in the landing bay and standing with a straight spine as she awaited what she assumed to be further instructions from moff raythe. yet it seemed as though she was being met with a face that she had only ever seen in images.

“grand admiral thrawn,” she greeted, chin lifting slightly to keep her posture straight and tall. “i didn’t expect to see you, sir.”
