Study motivation #1
Sometimes it can be more difficult to find motivation to start or finish studying. For these times i’ve made a list of things that can help you in those moments!
• Write a todo list
• Create a Notion dashboard
You can really customize this to fit your needs
• Write out everything you need to do
• Create a study plan
When you know what to do and when to do it, you get to it faster.
• Follow study insta accounts/blogs
Following motivational accounts (like this one!) can really help boost your motivation.
• Study in the library
• Study at home
• Create a study music playlist
• Listen to nature sounds
Having a nature playlist ready could really help maintain your focus.
• Take breaks
• Turn off your phone
• Skip social media while studying
Social media is known to be distracting, let alone when you need to do important tasks.
• No distractions
Put your phone either on silent or away from where you’re studying, the notifications can be really distracting and get you out of focus.
• Have drinks and snacks ready
This is a great way to be prepared for smaller breaks in between!
• Keep your desk empty
This will keep you from distraction.
